68,368,000 Perspective
What are we all optimistic about?
Seems like maybe only 10M volume in the last hour (just seems that way).
My Post #9989 will explain that.
I have a TD Ameritrade account as well. I bought additional shares on 6/12 and 6/15. On July 1, I initiated an inquiry regarding my entitlement to restricted shares for those buys. TDA said that Depository Trust Company (TDA) had allocated shares based on the 06/10/2009 record date. TDA's clearing department has contacted DTA "for clarification on whether we should have been allocated based on that record date or an ex-dividend date of 06/16/2009."
Comment: I have not yet received a reply from TDA. If, however, the record date controls, we would have needed to have bought on or before June 5, 2009 (take the June 5 trade date, add Monday, June 8, add Tuesday, June 9, and then add Wednesday, June 10 [Trade Settlement Date, and also the RECORD DATE]). Trade Date plus 3 business days equals the Settlement Date / Record Date.
In considering the two share counts, it should be recognized that the numbers are separated by 3 months. The Quarterly Report amount was as of March 31, 2009, and our "polling" of shares took place just a couple days ago. There was probably little or no value in my post.
Regarding Post #9412 and the "1,027,287,722 FREELY TRADEABLE SHARES" taken from the Quarterly Report & Initial Company Information, did we not exceed that number in the list we compiled alone by our ihub-member efforts to identify and estimate the number of (tradeable) issued shares?
P.S.: Post #8832 gave a number of 1,030,824,987.
ABSOLUTELY NOT! (I did not want to appear excessive or extravagent).
Perspective speaking: Please consider this thinking, and make your own adjustments. Perhaps flawed. $194,000 Quarterly income times 4 quarters times a P.E. ratio of 15 divided by 1.599 billion shares, yields an indicated share value of roughly $0.0073. And as to future income, EVFL has a 40% interest in American Petrox, Inc. and a 50% interest in Willie's Place Truck Stop, etc. Going forward, I believe (and hope) that EVFL will show profits and remain profitable. Besides that, the Company IMHO has a positive net worth exceeding the recently reported $12,000,000 (which amount, by the way, supposedly took into account the debt overhang).
Forgive me, I forgot there was such a thing as MOUNTAIN TIME!
One more hour. 9:30 Central Time is the time.
9:30 Central Time: Financials PLUS A PR.
Good morning Techlover. I am guessing that EVFL will trade in the 0.008 to 0.01 range before we see the month of August. (Not a prediction, but rather, an expectation.)
iKauai: I noticed that the most-recent share count excludes the 358,000,000 shares reported by Scrilla Gorilla in his Post #8715 - "Me and my family own 358,000,000 shares together." Do you know why those shares came off the list?
Thank-you Dandream.
Anyone involved in the tally, please acknowledge my last two posts.
Perspective apologizes for not knowing how to cut and paste my shares. I am a 64 year old guy without any formal computer training. Anyone, please cut and paste my 68,368,000 shares. Thanks.
68,368,000 Tradeable shares. Perspective
Let them shoot each other. Better yet, let them shoot themselves. Who needs them anyways!
Put the MMs in the oven first, and let them SWEAT!
At this rate, todays volume will surpass 1.3 or 1.4 billion shares, and exceed the previous all-time high volume number.
Back to #6 on the ihub Most-active forum.
Ditto.
Guys: $0.0002 is the cellar (where all of the wine is stored). Even if all 100 billion authorized shares were issued, the share value would be roughly $0.00012 IMHO, based on the recently reported "over $12,000,000 assets." Simply moving the decimal point to the right one place and you get $0.0012. AND I DO NOT BELIEVE THE COMPANY HAS EVEN ISSUED 10 BILLION SHARES! When, and soon (perhaps even today), the MMs will be visiting their own destruction. JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL!
I would not be surprised if EVFL reaches 0.0007 today, and closes at 0.0005. Those MMs know what is coming!
Davday: One further comment - That is institutionalized thievery which preys upon the uninformed ASSUMING investor. It is also the height of LAWLESSNESS wrapped-up in law. (GOD NEVER INTENDED THIS, AND GOD IS NOT AMUSED)
Davday: Your Post #8073 explains the sick and ruthless dynamics of this securities market, and shead bright light on the pathetic vultures that live and thrive in this world. In your estimation, do you believe EVFL should consider incorporating in the State of Nevada (referring the second to last paragraph in your Post #8073)?

We are #6 on the ihub most-active.
FYI: Look at my Post #7817.
Amen Mr. Scorpio!
FYI: I just got filled at $0.0002 on 7,700,000 shares. My total just got increased to 68,368,000 shares. My average cost is now $0.00037694 per share. (FULL DISCLOSURE)
Snowgoose, and all others: Please refer to my Post #6858, before considering the following:
I was successful in getting the EVFL chart corrected on BigCharts.com. The chart previously showed distortions caused by the stock dividend, which BigCharts displayed as a 2:1 split.
E-mail from BigCharts, Data Integrity Department, 11/29/09:
"Thank you for your data quality feedback."
"This incorrect split has now been removed from the EVFL ticker symbol."
Stuart Stardust: I too have a TDA account. I am in the same position as you. I bought additional shares on 6/12 and 6/15 (totalling 10.6 million shares) with the understanding, as expressed by a TDA representive, that the Ex-dividend date controlled (and not the Record Date), since this was not a CASH DIVIDEND. Accordingly, I too am awaiting a resolution. I received the stock dividend for my 48,200,000 "N/A" shares which I purchased before the record date, and expect/hope to be credited with the other 10,600,000 dividend shares.
Feedback please on #7190.
Professor: Amen. The Company, IMHO, should buy up these RIDICULOULY-LOW-PRICED-SHARES. In doing so, it would bolster the net condition of the Company (going forward), and make a statement to the world - to ALL onlookers, market makers (MM), bottom fishers, flippers, and all of the EVFL hopefuls who have remained loyal, confident, and TRUSTING. Just a thought.
ps: What a great return-on-investment for the Company.
Dandream: Just think of all of the Indian art, pottery, jewelry, and wares the stores would be able to merchandise. Fabulous! Also, had three buy orders at 0.0002 in before yesterdays opening - none were filled today.
ps: How about another outlet with a Daniel Boone theme!
For all: Referring to the BigCharts.com chart for EVFL, you will notice the "disjunction" caused by the stock dividend. The bar-chart prices are correctly shown on the chart. The bars for all dates prior to the stock dividend SANK fully 50%. To any prospective buyer of EVFL shares viewing the chart, they say to themselves, "I am going to try to buy at 0.0002 or 0.0003." This situation (the chart graphic), caused by the stock dividend, contributed to our sinking to new levels, including the RIDICULOUS LEVEL of 0.0001. IMHO
Dandream: I formed my opinion solely on the basis of assets, and my guessed number of outstanding shares. I completely excluded net income as a consideration. (I did not consider income, having no sense of current income). Even if there were no net income, I would still guess a fair value of $0.0020, as things stood yesterday.
