Right on! lol! I think people would be very interested in seeing Phil fight and so I think that Pro signing him would be great for a pile of reasons.
I hear you on Tim! He is it actually starting to, in my view, embarrass himself. He has lost 4 of his last 10 Fights and 5 of his last 12 with losses that include a loss to notables such as aging boxer Ray Mercer who is now 50 years old and only has 1 MMA fight which was against Tim who he knocked out in the first 9 seconds of the first round. I think Kraniotakes actually beat him in their last fight and actually tried to make it fight but had Tim mauling him the entire fight. Tim was probably scared he actually might get knocked out with any real attempt to really fight and the only attempt to make it fight was by Kraniotakes alone.
Overeem would destroy him and I don't seem him leaving the first round with him or really winning a fight against anyone in the top 20 or maybe even 30 guys in the overall rankings. But he does say he "could beat 80% of the people in the UFC", "so they have to put guys in like Morecraft, Joey Beltran, Stefan Struve; the list goes on and on. I don't understand why any of these guys are in the UFC".
Why anybody would even talk like that is beyond me for a few reasons including even if it's true saying you can beat the 80% of the people that don't matter in my view is actually quite dumb as why do people then even care or want to see something that doesn't really matter.
Notice he doesn't mention anybody who is a real contender in any way but figures he could beat the guys that are essentially as he says are no good or second rate and don't belong there in his view. I use to think Tim was a half decent fighter but now I have limited to no no respect for the guy or his ability to fight and begging to get back in the UFC doesn't help his case or raise my interest at all but yeah Overeem Beating up on him might actually be pretty entertaining. lol! I hope Pro does not even bring him back or if they do make it with Arlovski as I think Arlovski would crush him in a second as well.
Go ProElite!
I agree and also have thought the same thing. I also think he would make a nice addition to the ProElite Lineup as on top of being a very good fighter he is a great entertainer who comes to every fight to fight. I think he is a pretty good friend of T Jay's so think that there is very good chance this will happen and would not be surprised at all to see that happen soon.

Thanks GreenMan! Good to hear your back with the rest of us and while I think like most that Investment in any stock is a risk especially when dealing with the Pinks, few to none have such great, real and very tangible potential as POW!
I personally believe having a position with POW! as as good as it gets, especially in the Pinks. I truly believe that POW! is going to take it to the next level and many levels beyond in the not too distant future.
I agree on the price. I personally think the stock is way undervalued IMO and still would be at 5 times the current price just based on the known Projects at various but very real stages of development much less the many we don't know about or don't yet have a status on but are getting ready for there own take off with much bigger days ahead.
I am a little disappointed that there is not alot more happening at this time with the BOOM titles but will not be surprised if there is more to the Plan than again we know, whether it's in the near or longer term. I too thought they were pretty awesome and they seemed to be very well received by many.
Yeah I am with you on the Romeo & Juliet - The War - I think this one will be a home run again with many legs and many directions. The Mighty 7 also looks good and is slated to be released in March 2012 so I think this will offer a major boost to the company profile and hopefully the stock.
I think we may hear alot more about the Three main Movies in the near future with the known titles of Nick Ratchet and Annihilator as well as the one not yet known or named with Lionsgate.
There is alot of information available with more and more big names being attached to these Major Movie Projects already in major development and I like yourself and others believe we will see a jump with the next major development of any of them much less where it will take us with any of them being even a moderate hit. And this does not even touch the fact we know Disney already have 2 more already lined up with POW! also in some stage of development as well, which I think we will hear more about before the years out.
The other Project I think we will see some major momentum for in the very near future is the Guardian Project and again I think this will shoot POW! into the stratosphere for the very long term. Huge players already involved with tons already being invested. All IMO.
Peace.

Thanks alot Jack! I appreciate the comments and am pretty happy with how it came out. Like I had mentioned previously more to do but I think it's looking pretty good. I think it will work well for new viewers who want a pretty good sense of where POW! has been and where it's going with a good starting list of Projects, News and Partners.
Go POW! Symbol POWN
Thanks Jack! Yes! Lots of Changes to the IBox/Intro Message! Even alot more in the past week, right down to today and more to come!
Major Re-formating and and change in the order. Re-Formatted and created a more formal News Section with the newest News first, moved the Projects up front, Added more Projects to the Projects Lists and added little bit more detail, especially for anyone else looking to get a quick glace of the Board and the Company Information!
There is still more work to move more of the information up as well as adding in some other information but I think it's coming along! I hope everyone gets a chance to check it all out! I think it looks pretty good but will leave everyone to their own opinion.
Go POW! Symbol: POWN

Has UFC Hit An Inflection Point?
By Nate Wilcox - MMA Editor
Three recent events indicate that the UFC has reached an inflection point in their business cycle: the decision to cancel UFC 145 in Montreal; the decision to test new UFC fighters for PEDs before signing them; and the UFC's continued stubborn advocacy of SOPA even after it failed.
Follow @MMANation on Twitter, and Like MMA Nation on Facebook.
Jan 24, 2012 - Its obvious that the UFC has entered a new phase of its history with the move from Spike TV to Fox/FX/Fuel and the loss of their two biggest pay-per-view draws Brock Lesnar and welterweight champ Georges St. Pierre. This is a critical phase in which the trajectory of the business for the next 18 months to 3 years will be determined.
Three unrelated events over the last week have made me suspect that the UFC might have hit an "inflection point" in the life of their business. For those of you who didn't take calculus, an "inflection point" is the point on a curve where it changes direction. For a fight promotion like the UFC an inflection point is a critical point in time that determines whether the next phase of the business will be one of growth, stagnation or decline.
The recent three events that may hint at the direction of the UFC's fortunes in the near term were:
The decision to cancel the planned March 24 UFC 145 pay-per-view from Montreal
While its a retreat, it's the most positive sign of all. This is the first time ever that the UFC has cancelled or postponed an already announced (pay-per-view) PPV. Since at least UFC 108 when the planned Rashad Evans vs. Quinton Jackson headliner was replaced by Evans vs. Thiago Silva, the promotion has pressed forward with numerous weak events after losing their planned headliner.
This is a classic case of swallowing their pride and doing the right thing for the business. After a three-year period in which even the weakest UFC sold 350,000+ PPV buys, the UFC's string of weak headliners in 2010 and 2011 saw their base fall to just over 200,000 PPVs.
The decision to begin testing fighters for performance enhancing drugs (PED)
The UFC has long relied on a strategy of pushing any responsibility for testing MMA fighters onto the athletic commissions of the states in which they compete. UFC President Dana White has often publicly commented to the effect that MMA is one of the most toughly regulated sports for PEDs due to the testing by athletic commissions. The fact that the UFC has long done its own testing in jurisdictions like Texas, Australia and England with little or no public regulation went unmentioned.
The recent announcement that the UFC will now test new fighters for PEDs before signing them is a long-overdue admission that there is too much to be done to clean up the sport to leave it to the athletic commissions. This willingness to confront PED use by fighters directly is a sign of a maturing business that's willing to confront difficulties before they explode.
The decision of the UFC to continue to publicly endorse SOPA after the failure of the legislation
Of course for every two steps forward, there's a big step back. The UFC has long supported the movie and recording industries in their lobbying efforts to crack down on Internet piracy. That's understandable since they believe that illegal streaming of their PPVs is seriously hurting their business. Unfortunately they supported the recent SOPA/PIPA legislation and continued to publicly do so after the bills were withdrawn in the aftermath of a massive online protest led by leading websites such as Reddit, Google and Wikipedia. UFC executive VP Lawrence Epstein wrote an op-ed in the Las Vegas Review Journal last Sunday continuing to advocate for the already defeated bills. I have to wonder what their strategy was in advocating for hugely unpopular legislation that had already been defeated.Regardless of their intentions, the result was that they came to the attention of a number of hackers who brought down UFC.com for much of Sunday. Even more ominously, online responses to the op-ed indicate that this is one issue where the UFC does not have the support of their fan base.
All-in-all these moves reflect an organization that is making moves to attack serious issues that present long-term threats to their business. Only time will tell if these are the right moves.

Agree all the way! And I expect every Event going forward will continue to improve even more! I thought all the Fights were very entertaining! Obviously like any Event some much better than others but to be honest I really thought any of them could have gone either way at any point, and some almost did, that makes for some great Fights!
I was again pretty impressed by almost all of the Fighters on the card even if they did not win this time out as their potential appears to be unlimited and I am looking forward to future showings by all of them.
And Yes Sara proven once again she is a fantastic, very fast rising Star with a top MMA Organization in ProElite! It looks like she is able yo easily dominate even the most seasoned world class competition and can see why others like Rousey should be scared to fight her at any weight. I think they should look out as she is very much the real deal and proved it once again.
ProElite proved once again they are a fast moving Major Player putting on some top quality Events, top quality production and a growing list of major partners and sponsors. Again only bigger things to come! IMO.
Go ProElite!
Have great one as well!
Peace,

This coverage is completely awesome!!! It is fantastic to get the MMA News Media much less the big players in MMA News Media and Pro has now got the attention of pretty all of them but to get possibly the biggest player in Mainstream Media with an outlet like USAToday means people are paying attention everywhere and the ones that weren't before or just weren't necessarily aware of ProElite! They sure are and/or will be now! Only bigger things to come! IMO.
Go ProElite!
If not it's pretty darn close! lol. But I think your huge and ongoing contribution here still has quite an edge on them but I think they are closing in and I am pretty sure though they will have us all beat by a mile and much more at the next Event in April! Much less the ones to follow! Look out world!
Go ProElite!
Great to see USAToday again covering the Event along with pretty much every major MMA News Site! It says alot about where Pro is and where Pro is going.

Your comments about the Stock are not in anyway accurate and in reality are actually false.
The Company is fully update in required Financials as Shown on the correct and exact Board you referenced which was correct http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PELE/quote . No Yield or Cautions listed anywhere( Which would be shown there ) clearly indicate it has fully Filled!
Your comment about the stock being anemic is again false, the main reason there is little volume is purely due to the fact there are only handful of Brokerages Trading at this time with the rest choosing to comply with the DTCC freeze. And this has been well known and heavily discussed on this site and others, and I will not to go into great detail but ultimately this freeze had nothing to do with the Company or it's operations but the stock was grouped in with a pile of others stocks related to a shady Hedge Fund group who Traded it and others some years ago.
We all know you can pretty much make any Chart read any way you want if you pick what you choose to show and again you are choosing to trend a Stock that essentially is not Trading due to the DTCC freeze and so the data is essentially useless as it sits.
If you really want to do a real comparison do one to compare last year at the exact same to time to this year and you will find the Stock even at it's lowest over the past number of month's as you and anyone else who wants to look, you will find it UP over 650%!
If you want see where this company is going or it's development, which has been substantial in the last year ( with more to come ), it is clearly shown all over the News as well as documented in the IBox/Intro Message Information for anyone who really wants to look and you don't have to look hard or be overly smart to see both the potential and what it's future really looks like, which all appear to be very good by all accounts, again for anybody who really wants to look.

ProElite Holds Another Successfull Show With Grove & McMann Picking Up Big Wins
By Charttopper on January 22, 2012 in Photos, Press Release, ProElite
Kendall Grove vs Ikuhisa Minowa
(Check out all of the event photo’s at ProElite.com)
Kendall Grove vs. Ikuhisa Minowa
Press ReleaseHONOLULU, HI (January 21, 2012) – ProElite (PK:PELE) held another successful event in the beautiful state of Hawaii as Kendall “Da Spyder” Grove (14-9) dominated all three rounds in his main event tilt with Japanese MMA legend Ikuhisa “Minowaman” Minowa (51-33-8). With effective stand up and picture perfect back control, Grove took the score 30-27 on all three judges’ score cards. “I put my own pressure on myself. Minowa has very dangerous leg locks and I know if I gave him the opportunity, he would have broken my leg.” Grove said about going the distance in his bout.
Sarah McMann vs Hitomi Akano
In the co main event of the evening, Sara McMann (5-0) continued her dominance in the 135 pound women’s weight class with her unanimous decision over #5 ranked Hitomi “Girlfight Monster” Akano (18-9). McMann used her extensive wrestling pedigree to complete some cage shaking slams throughout the bout. Sara addressed what she wants next by saying “I won’t call out individuals in my class because I want everyone in it. I want to fight the best.” With this win you can certainly expect Sara to be ranked well above the #9 spot she held before this fight.
Cody Griffin vs Ryan Martinez
The semifinals of the heavyweight Grand Prix saw two men emerge from their bouts who cannot wait to square off in the final. First Ryan Martinez (7-1) used solid kicks to welt the ribcage and thighs of Cody Griffin (5-3) on his way to a unanimous decision. On the other side of the bracket, Richard “The Black Eagle” Odoms (7-0) overcame a tough first round that saw him get slammed to the canvas and controlled on the ground by Jake Heun (2-2). In the second round Odoms took over the fight and ended it with a rear naked choke at 1:56 of the second round.
Richard Odoms vs Jake Heun
The card started off with two great opening round finishes. In the first bout of the night Brent Schermerhorn (5-1) showed off the dynamite he contains in his hands by blasting B.J Penn trained fighter Kaleo Gambill (1-1) with a left hook that put him to sleep at 45 seconds of the very first round. After the victory Schermerhorn said “That’s what happens when I put my hands on someone, they go to sleep.” The second bout of the card showcased wrestling standout Pat Cummins (2-0), who submitted a very game Tasi “The Tyrant” Edwards (2-1) with an arm triangle at 4:01 of round one.

I totally agree with you and thought the exact same thing. I think blaming the poor attendance on the economy is a copout to the real question and/or answer which he does elude to but doesn't outright want to say.
When the TUF 14 Finale in Vega's only the month before in December over Doubles your paid attendance things are not looking good and it has nothing to do with the Economy or MMA at all.
When you give away more Tickets than you sold and still have a little more than roughly equivalent 78% of the Tickets you did sell remaining unsold and probably really couldn't give away, your in deep trouble because nobody cares and is buying what your selling.
Look at UFC 132: Cruz vs. Faber with a Bantamweight Weight Headliner and mediocre card overall still did 13,109 in Vega's in July and UFC 141: Lesnar vs. Overeem also in Vega's in December did 13,793, so no issues there with the economy or MMA.
In my personal opinion like your own comments and as I have stated the Promotion is doomed and essentially a "Deadman Walking" and everyone knows it. And it isn't even that the Fighters or Fights are all that bad as much as know body cares and they pretty much meaningless as a second rate Promotion with second class meaningless titles.
To be honest who wants to watch a second rate product that makes no attempt itself to "compete" and never will make any attempt to be anything other than what it is, a second rate feeder organization now designed to be the Purgatory of MMA for the UFC.
I Agree, Sara is pretty awesome! This should be a fantastic Fight with Hitomi Akano who is currently Ranked #5 in the World as well as the former Smackgirl Middleweight Champion and Sara as the #9th Ranked Fighter in the World.
This will be great for ProElite and of course Fans but my money is still on Sara!
