Actually Sol Cool under another name is in business! They sell a line of DC powered air conditioner units. It was Neah that couldn't keep the terms of the agreement. That's why caution is need with what Neah says and what Neah does.

For every buyer there is a seller. It might turn out the ones who sold at .02 or higher were the smart ones. IMO
Why would there be a sell off? It's not like it was a candidate to have tax losses this year? The stock gained little and has basically been flat.
Really, some people here have shares where the broker commission alone makes them worthless. Nobody can claim that they know the future. The facts are its a dead stock.
Very good points Optimus. Now we will see what the demand is for the product. Time will tell.
You should really look back at the history of this company and you might realize its nothing to get excited about until they actually show profitable sales. Many here over the years have been dissappointed.
It's a short trading day
You're also correct he isn't sure what's next. He apparently misses opportunities in the US.

WASHINGTON -- As part of the Obama Administration's all-of-the-above energy strategy, the Energy Department today announced more than $7 million for projects that will help bring cost-effective, advanced hydrogen and fuel cell technologies online faster. This investment – across four projects in Georgia, Kansas, Pennsylvania and Tennessee – will increase U.S. leadership in fuel cell-powered vehicles and backup power systems, and give businesses more affordable, cleaner transportation and power options.
“By partnering with private industry and universities, the Energy Department is helping to build a strong 21st century transportation sector that cuts harmful pollution, reduces costs for U.S. businesses and leads to a more sustainable energy future,” said Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz. “Reduced oil dependence is an important part of President Obama’s energy security and climate plans, and hydrogen and fuel cell technologies will help ensure America’s continued leadership in clean energy innovation.”
With support from the Energy Department, private industry and the Department’s national laboratories have already achieved significant advances in fuel cell and hydrogen technologies – reducing costs and improving performance. These research and development efforts have helped reduce automotive fuel cell costs by more than 50 percent since 2006 and by more than 30 percent since 2008. At the same time, fuel cell durability has doubled and the amount of expensive platinum needed in fuel cells has fallen by 80 percent since 2005.
Building on this progress, the projects awarded today will help further reduce the cost of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, expand fueling infrastructure and build a strong domestic supply chain in the United States. This investment also supports the Energy Department’s broader efforts to continue U.S. leadership in clean energy innovation. These projects include:
Center for Transportation and the Environment ($3 million DOE investment): Based in Atlanta, Ga., the Center for Transportation and the Environment will develop a fuel cell hybrid electric walk-in delivery van with a 150-mile range per fueling. The project will also retrofit 15 UPS delivery vans with fuel cell hybrid power trains and test these vehicles at distribution facilities across California. The University of Texas’s Center for Electromechanics, Electric Vehicles International, Hydrogenics USA and Valence Technology will also participate in this project.
FedEx Express ($3 million DOE investment): Headquartered in Memphis, Tenn., FedEx Express will develop a hydrogen fuel cell delivery truck with a range of up to 150 miles per fueling and test 20 of these trucks at FedEx facilities in Tennessee and California. Plug Power and Smith Electric Vehicles will join FedEx in this project.
Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. ($900,000 DOE investment): Located in Allentown, Pa., Air Products and Chemicals partner with Structural Composites Industries will develop a cost-effective tube trailer for hydrogen delivery and storage that can withstand high pressures. Air Products and Chemicals will also test this new technology under real-world operating conditions at hydrogen fueling stations in southern California.
Sprint ($250,000 DOE investment): Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, Sprint will deploy fuel cell-powered backup power systems for rooftop telecommunications equipment. The project will demonstrate modular and lightweight fuel cell systems that can be easily installed without heavy cranes and can be refueled from the ground -- overcoming the need for transporting fuel to rooftops. Air Products, Altergy Systems, Burns & McDonnell Engineering Inc., CommScope Inc., First Element Energy LLC, IGX Group, Inc. and ReliOn Inc. will also participate in this project.

I think your right. I have never been impressed with D'Couto at the helm. They had a hard time even getting the first generation right. They had to have the Navy do it for them. What raised the red flag for me back then was, if this is such a ground shattering technology, why didn't the navy enter into a contract with them after they helped Neah fix their problem? The bottom line is can the company make a profit. IMO they won't.
You're probably right. Although a interesting product the price point is affordable but wonder what the net profit would be on the buzz product. They would have to sell hundreds of thousands of units or maybe a million units to show a profit. Also the demand for the product. I agree with another poster who wrote, one of the products appear to be similar to a battery. What kind of demand is out that would warrant high demand? The majority of people can recharge by plugging into the grid. Maybe their is more demand for this product in India, but certainly not in the US. Will see how the sales and company expenses effect the bottom line. At least they will finally have some income, but if you can't make a profit, not much of a business model. The stock will most likely slide down until they prove they can make a profit. IMO
Not much momentum. On a thinly shortened trading day this stock lost 17%. Once the promo is over it will be trading lower IMO
You're right. After the pump is done, this stock will go back down. Sell to take some profits. Wait to long and you lose.
So what! What was the price of the stock the last time you checked? How many R/S the past year the last time you checked?
Those just watching know better given this company's past history. It's not a lock. Hype only goes so far where reality counts. Trust but verify!
You bet we will "Mark it". Just like all the other high profile people they hired that turned out to be a dismal failure! Your entitled to your opinion as I am entitled to mine. Just more hype, smoke and mirrors. How's those internet sales coming? On schedule? NOT How's that income statement looking with all the sales? Where's the cash coming in? Are they profitable and have good profit margins? That's what counts!
Well said!
Nothing to be stunned about with this stock. More like disappointment. The people who have been here the longest know better.
This is a sure bet vs. those penny gold miners!
Be prepared to lose your money. Join the crowd.
Your right on Mulla. There are less expensive alternatives and as long as there is a huge price gap Neah will have a hard time selling product. IMO
I sold my PMET stock and got out of this mess when they proposed the R\S. So glad I'm out for good!
Looks like the bottom is in. With all the issues with the debt, we should be going higher from here on out. IMO
My how the news changes from selling product Oct 1 on the internet to now rebranding and yet another delay! Where is the news about selling on line? More smoke and mirrors. This will most likely fizzle like most other announcements with this company. Don't hold your breath.
The other concern is selling product at a profit. As I have said before there are plenty of competitors that offer less expensive solutions. If they don't sell enough product at a profit this company has a slim to no chance of survival. The company missed out on a big opportunity with the Navy years ago who gave them money to make a workable product. Has to make you wonder why the navy never purchased product. If they don't see substantial revenue from this launch, I don't see much future for this company.
If it has anything to do with a trademark, I'm afraid this won't happen in 2 weeks. Possibly another disappointment yet thats par for the course with this company. They have moved the goal posts back constantly over the years.
Let's see if they follow through. They should have announced this when they knew they couldn't make the timeline they set.
He's right.
Just buy at the ask, your order would get filled no problem.
You probably won't be getting a reply. But let us know if you get one.
Another all time LOW new bottom yeah right. The trend is still down, your floor must have an open trap door. Triple 0's are up.
That means nothing in penny stocks
And a lot of regulars who know better not to put any money here. R/S coming.
Isn't it you who wrote
Once again, this is the ground floor. Get in, get out.. I don't care. The ship is pointed in the right direction.. IMO
LOL
Don't get to excited . This company has a history of failure to,perform.
Not only was SolCool a failure, so was Hobie Cat, ELCR, some India Motor scooter company that never came about. I have serious doubts this company can make it. The fuel cell they produce is nitch market at best with a narrow market where they can sell, mainly to military applications and underwater exploration companies. Other than that there are plenty of competitors in their market space for the consumer market that offer products at lower price points. IMO
That's the main problem I have with this company. The ability to get anything done on time. Just don't want you all to get yourself set up for another disappointment.
3rd world countries with 3rd world incomes won't be able to afford Neahs fuel cell. HA!
You most likely know nothing about deer hunting. LOL yeah that's right hunters are out in the woods talking on the phone all day and need to recharge. If Neah launches a product and that's a big if there are other alternatives already in the market place already.
My point exactly. It's shelled out in shares, not cash the company has on hand or should I say doesn't have. As far as the launch of he power chip, did you not read the "forward looking statements" . Watch Sept 30th come and go with no launch. You can't believe just because it's in writing it must be true. I'll be back Oct 1st and will see what actually comes true. It either meets the timeline or it doesn't.
