Slojab,
Well ... you don't ... "have to". There are choices / options ........
As far as ECSL is concerned ... it is Lorton deal ... or bust. Simple as that. And given the deal closing is "eminent" ..... well ... who knows what that means. I'm sure we'll hear something sooooooooooooon. =)
Amigo Mike
Wow Slojab,
Busy weekend for ya ! Frankly, you are engaging with posters who offer not much more than personal attacks and ridicule. Nothing on ECSL .. cept .... "I know more than you". In fact the bullish case for ECSL is never substantiated with ANYTHING at all. More or less represents an ongoing attack on independent thinking and common sense.
Mills and Lawrence have had ample time to clean things up. Provide info to investors as any normal company would do. Etc Etc Etc ... yet they choose not to. Like how much this Lorton deal is for example. Still amazes me not publicly disclosed. Patent number info ? Audited fins ... ya know .. in prep for "Nasdaq" listing ... that is still not going to happen any time soon (I've previously stated numerous times). Last I checked ECSL still hadn't registered proper and current with the SEC. I'll check it again. Add BoD members to give the appearance of some governance happening. Ya know, baby steps required for uplisting. Fancy that.
We are all in ECSL to make some money. Ultimately that boils down to Lawrence getting this Lorton deal done. I do find it encouraging that the additive is gonna be tested by a trucking firm at Auburn University. Still wondering why that wasn't done long time ago. Duh. I previously asked why weren't new additive tests done and updated. But taking Lawrence at face value, you will know if the additive results are positive if prominently touted going forward (probably sometime Sept) ...... or if you never hear of it again .... well .... you know that answer. For me ... additives don't move the needle unless a deal(s) is signed for several million in the additive space.
As for Lawrence and ECSL .... national PR as soon as the Lorton deal is completed !!
Guess it isn't completed since no national PR at this point.
LOL last update July 17th .... "eminent" .... wrong use of adjective ..... "imminent" ... meaning about to happen .... its been three weeks since "eminent" .. LOL ..... seems Lawrence .... assume he meant ... "about to happen" .... has fallen into the ECSL .... "sooooooooooooooon" abyss .... but of course in terms of how long this deal has taken, maybe "eminent" is still weeks away ... come hell or high water though ...... I'm still in the camp Lorton deal is still in the works ... and Lawrence at face value, even though he forgets what he told investors in prior "updates".
Amigo Mike
Oh Well,
Another nothingburger this week ?? Shocker eh ?
National PR as soon as deal is completed.
"Eminent" 3 weeks ago !
Amigo Mike
The ZivoLife deal ?
I doubt they got diddly up front. It's their own brand. ZWorldwide is a Z .. ero. Why would they pay to market ZIVO dried algae ?
And ZIVOLife I'm pretty sure is "marketing and sales" wing. ZIVO the producer. So IMO they are getting everything outside of ZWorldwide's cut and whatever they pay Alimenta to grow it. Last I know full grow cycle had been condensed to less than 2 weeks and once going it is a fairly constant harvest.
LOL. These guys presently have 14 videos on Tik Tok in last 5 days.
https://www.tiktok.com/@zivo.life
Music choices are interesting.
Nothing on Twitter for ZivoLife ..... nor on the Zivo Bioscience Twitter feed. No surprise. Wouldn't want to broadcast to the world right ? Ease into the rollout .... LOL
Anyway .... it's chickens for me. And need a license of ingredient to known brand to incorporate into their lineup.
Tick .... tock ..... tick ..... tock .....
Amigo Mike
But Yesterday's 8K is another example this mgmt continues to destroy the capital structure of the company. Millions and millions of shares and warrants .. some at below market prices ..... for Pref B divs and $855K in funding which more or less is almost a net zero .... for over 10 million shares and warrants combined. Totally ridiculous.

Amigo Mike
I'll say one thing .... there are some very sizable bids being tossed arounds for SLNH lately.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
He's been there the while time. He's not new.
Just a shuffle of offices . Just got rid of Toporek as CEO who drove this into the ground but who is still chairman unfortunately.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
SLNH did not go from 160 to 700 in a month.
The pipeline.. so we are.clear went FROM 2GW to now talking about 700 MW .... of which 160 MW is part of the 700MW. The 160 mw is project Kati. And NONE OF IT IS NEW. THESE.PROJECTS HAVE BEEN ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SEC filings for 2 years.
I like the business model but don't post false info. This company has alot to fix. SLNH hasn't expanded anywhere. They MW today is less than it was a year ago.. FACT. The only thing different is they are hosting other companies for BTC mining.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Their business model is what got them in trouble in the first place .... with BTC tanking.
Today's business model isn't much different than the original.
But you posted with the video that are up to 700MW. By itself. That is false. 700MW is a pipeline of projects. 160 MW is one of the component of the 700MW pipeline.
Today ... SLNH is running roughly 55MW. 25MW is totally hosted clients at Project Sophie and isn't going to produce alot of revenue. Just watch the videos on earnings potential per project.
Dorothy 1A is 25MW up and running but IS 85% OWNED BY Spring Lane Capital ... only 15% SLNH. They get all the money. Dorothy 1B was partnered with Navitas for prop mining. I believe is 50/50 if I'm not mistaken that is due to be up and running with 25MW this month.
The CEO is his interviews is NOT LYING. Never said he was. But he touts SITE LEVEL FINANCIALS. Not corporate financials to shareholders.
Example with fictitious numbers.
CEO would say something like Dorothy 1A to produce $10 million in revenues, EBITDA $4 million ..... problem is .... 85% of that goes to Spring Lane Capital which CEO doesn't highlight.
Been following this company for years. They like to play games with the numbers provided so you need to listen very carefully and understand the number being provided.
Fact is ... CEO's own presentation.... slide 20. SLNH EBITDA is projected at $1.1 million for the entire FY2024. It is $10.7 million with Dorothy 2 online. This company needs far more scale and MW producing and Dorothy 2 is part of the key to it for which the company has no money and not announced how it's going to get built even though it is characterized as shovel ready and is already approved by ERCOT.
So ... why are you posting a video about FY>>>2022<<< earnings ?
Those are long past. And not relevant to now. The company since those earnings shut down a data center due to being foreclosed on. And completely changed its operating model.
The next earnings report is the F2QFY2023 and they will be atrocious like I said.
Amigo Mike
Plenty of ECSL stock available for sale again. Almost 18K. Not a negative comment. Just statement of fact at present.
If ECSL closing this week, why isn't it being snapped up ? I penny doesn't make a difference if you think the stock is $$$ in the not too distant future.
Amigo Mike
No Question,
Certainly not about what I think ..... but stick to facts.
And earnings to be posted shortly will be atrocious. Count on it. Lotta noise about reducing expenses and EBITDA. This company has a deep hole to climb out of.
Amigo Mike
=)
I've been following this stock for years and know it VERY well. 700MW is a pipeline of projects that have been in discussion for YEARS. The pipeline has been as high as 2GW. If you'd like me to provide links to prove I'd be happy too.
Last video ... LOL ... talks about next Project Kati .... that is 166MW project in Texas that they hope is next project after Dorothy. Which is part of the 700MW pipeline which again has existed for YEARS. These clowns don't have the money. And bad financing on Dorothy is going to dilute this stock significantly. That is why it is in the toilet. And BTW ... the fireside chat stuff IS PAID FOR PROMOS BY SLNH.
The story is great. Mgmt execution and delivery is not.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
This company is at 50MW in production ... and on it's way to 75MW this month. It is NOT 700MW. Factually incorrect.
They have a PIPELINE and several hundred MW of projects that may or may not ever come to exist.
And the Preferred Stock isn't getting dividends paid any year soon. No money through 2024 to pay them plus ... to pay them ... they need to pay all in arrears ...... which equates to about $500K+ per month or $6+ million a year. AIN"T GONNA HAPPEN in lieu of need to build out new projects as the arrears is already roughly $6 million about now.
Nice pumping though.
Wait til convertible debt starts getting dumped on the market. $16 million convertible at 30 cents.
Put that in your calculator. I don't think that all will be converted but this company will encounter significant dillution below $1.
BTW ... I do think there is promise here, but mgmt is not above board with the numbers they present to shareholders and potential investors which is problem and leads to misunderstanding the current potential here.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Nah ... couldn't be. Never. How dare you !
=)
Amigo Mike
Things that make ya go ..... hmmmmmmmmm ....
60,000+ shares being offered presently on ECSL. Awkward given assertions of ECSL closing on Lorton deal this week. Or .... maybe not so much .. eh ? Guess longs aren't all the confident in ECSL closing this week or 60,000 shares would be snapped up in a hot second. Oh wait .... ah yeah .... what ... it's the Tuesday MM games ?
ECSL isn't even remotely interesting til it at least moves above the .81-.85 range which it hasn't surpassed in quite some time.
Amigo Mike
BTTC looking like another great decision by Dr D on behalf of SPIN investors.
So far .... Bitech is a zero.
Speaking of which still holding at a nickel for price just seems ridiculous. Roughly a $25 million valuation. I still don't see it. Should be below a penny by now as cash should be gone and no news on money coming in or business generated. Looking like vaportech.
Amigo Mike
Understood,
And yeah I get it ... being able to refute certain messaging. Not saying all should be iggied but there are several candidates worth consideration that have more or less proven themselves worthy.
Meanwhile ... hey ... ECSL is up a little bit on a Friday. Weeeeeeeee ... .we're green ! (for now) =)
Amigo Mike
LOL Slojab,
Why bother ? Use the iggy feature. You know who doesn't bring value to conversation of ECSL or who is totally classless or doesn't even talk about ECSL. New recent rules just make it that much worse. I like to hear all arguments about an investment but when they step over the line and prove over and again totally worthless ... well ... time to remove that from the equation. Just isn't worth it.
Ya think I'm considered a basher of ECSL =) .... even though from the start .... I have maintained that ECSL had a deal going here ?? LOL Never said otherwise. I just take a realistic approach to investing and do my homework. And I pretty much don't say anything that I can't back up 100% (and usually do) ... one way or another. I don't need to lie about anything. Like there's no issued patent assigned or owned by ECSL or a known subsidiary. I've shown the proof of that with links to appropriate sources. That isn't bashing. It is just the facts. ECSL isn't proving otherwise and neither has anyone else.
I've had the pleasure of opposing pied pipers before ... one even mentioned in side swipe at me here a while back ... but ... some ..... didn't bother to actually read and know that I opposed the narrative of the pied piper and that stock ..... that eventually went into the toilet. I'm not saying ECSL will go into the toilet. It will if Lorton deal fails. But if Lorton closes .... there's a chance to make some money. We all know it is Lorton closure or bust.
So rid yourself of the riffraff. Life will be much simpler.
Amigo Mike
I'm still wondering about this product launch. It just isn't professional.
Ya can't be standing pat with Alimenta selling packaged dried algae under your own label that has zero brand anything. There just has to be more. Small scale cost is too high to compete as an unknown brand.
Payne did mention other products and .... did throw in a one liner at the end on the chicken study. Working to complete the study would seem to me to mean it is still ongoing .... or it's done ... and they are working on the evaluation of the study results. Either way, the note is just so non commital and non descript that it is difficult to glean anything from it. Damn sure better be working on it. Would have preferred to hear an estimate on when the results might be expected. Midyear is here. It is time !
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Slojab ... ECSL isn't even remotely interesting unless the Lorton deal closes and the stock is at least beyond $1.50. It hasn't seen the $1.50 plus level since 2018.
I wouldn't be opposed to buying some additional ECSL but each update continues to fall short on details. The updates are nice but not enough. And too many other opportunities elsewhere in the meantime.
Amigo Mike
Welp,
Can't say I'm surprised ..... Mr Market ... rather underwhelmed by the first commercialization announcement in more than a decade for ZIVO.
I am hoping (bad strategy) that this is a "warm up" for ZIVO coming out with more info. So far this first commercial offering looks like just the general dry algae powder for very basic human use.
Wondering if next item is NutriChipz/Chipuras .... although that was one of Dahl's buddies. So not sure that's even in play any more.
And then there was testing that was occurring with the dermatologist for topical skincare applications.
Or ... maybe even news on chickens eh ? Fancy that. Nice to have the dried algae on the market but I don't expect that does diddly unless offered as an ingredient and incorporated into an existing brand's product lineup either as a new supplement or added component (enhancement) to an existing supplement.
I would certainly like to press that little green "buy" button at these prices ..... but still just cant bring myself to do it. It is prolly a mistake not to buy at least a token swing position on the assumption chicken news is near. hmmmmmmmmmm
Amigo Mike
Ya,
It's a start. So ah, who here gonna jump on the introductory offer eh ?
I used to order proalgazyme back in the day. But can't say this latest offering is compelling in any way as it is presented currently.
Hopefully the website is significantly improved ... quickly. Certainly don't need a middle man for that.
Amigo Mike
And,
Website sucks.
Looks like first product cost $99 for introductory offer .... LOL. And it doesn't tell you what you get LOL. Picture is of 3 3.5 Oz pouches.
https://www.zivo.life/products/zivolife-microalgae
Well. At least have something out there. Testimonials on there as well. LOL. Amazing !!
Any bets on revenues for f3q ? LOL. $10k ?
Amigo Mike
Hate to throw water on the parade .... but ... semi fairly certain ZWorldwide is a nothingburger.
Alimenta already been working with for years one way or another.
Amigo Mike
Kinda looked like $1.75 got supported again in yesterday's trading.
Amigo Mike
LOL General,
ECSL hasn't been telling the whole story for more than a decade. Nothing new.
Case in point, how much is the deal with Lorton ?? How is it paid for ? Who is lending money ? Are they still buying the 10 parcels and 2 businesses ? ECSL disclosures only say the lender is to "provide $30 million for the Port of Tampa real estate closing". That doesn't mean anything other than how much the lender is to provide. No information on how the $30 million would be used. After 3 years, still haven't informed investors.
And BTW, there is no qtrly report next month. Won't see that til October ..... as ECSL FY ends June 30th so ... got 3+ months to report.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Significant U turn ?? LOL
Guessing ... or get some new info ?
My guess ... same old shit. It is almost August and nary a peep out of ZIVO on progress for months. Bare minimum reporting.
Amigo Mike
Drip,
D r i p
D r i p
Someone picking up shares at 1.75 ?
Amigo Mike
Agree Weasel,
There isn't any support below. My initial guess was around the 1.50 area as that's were I'd potentially pick off shares with a stink bid. I think the market ... in lieu of the very smart move of zivo to say nothing .... is basically adjusted downward for the dilution even though it was advertised as market price. 1.50 was just my quick calc guess on downward adjust.
Anyway, not touching it for the time being in lieu of nothingness.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
$1.70s but bidder for 10K at 1.85 now. Not much else.
Amigo Mike
Weasel,
100% agree. All underwater.
Still not sure why you put Armistice in that category. Stephen Boyd is no joke hedge fund manager. But that of course doesn't mean they couldn't push ZIVO anywhere they want to.
I hold no swing position so I'd be missing any popping at this point. I'd love to buy it at $2 or less but the company not offering diddly. Hell ... anyone know where these clowns are with any of the testing process ? Anyone actually get a response from ZIVO mgmt ? I haven't bothered honestly .... too many other companies firing on all cylinders to waste time on the ZIVO black hole.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
$1.84 bid. There still literally almost no bid support in the order books for ZIVO. Of course this is point in time info and could easily change in an instance .... but .... Armistice buys at $2.67 2 weeks ago and is down over 30% already.
Tis why I never has purchase ZIVO in a pp ... ever. Wouldn't even consider it unless there was a massive change in how this thing operates.
Maybe gets to my stink target or even lower. Brilliant on mgmt's part. Pretty sad.
Amigo Mike
Thanks Carl,
Yep understand. Plenty of opportunity elsewhere and definitely landmines lurking in the financial markets.
Appreciate your honesty. Lacking in these parts.
Amigo Mike
Carl,
So you aren't buying the ... "come hell or high water" quote from Lawrence that the deal will happen ?
Surprising that you'd be unloading of late what with all the DD on ECSL on this thread and the done deal chatter.
If you don't mind, what is your thought process on that ? Are you just fed up and at your breaking point or some other reason ?
TIA
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Good one.
Amigo Mike
Slojab,
Gotta give props to the bulls for getting ECSL to the top of the breakout boards without noting a single tidbit of valuable info on ECSL.
Impressive. I was actually wondering if this was the "some" or "personal attack" board. Given the new Ihub rules and all. Those topics probably got more play than ECSL.
So what happens with ECSL tomorrow eh ? The dump ? Flat ? Continuation northward ?
Amigo Mike
Nothing happened with the raise. 8k was already filed and new form D filed today to more or less put the icing on top.
Of course Zivo has chosen to remain silent so SEC filings the only thing market has to go on which no one really reads fully and doesn't add context like a PR might.
It's kinda like Zivo gone into a shell. Merger or sale of company is my vote at this point.
My stink bid wouldn't have gotten hit today. Was thinking $1.50 last week.
Amigo Mike
LOL General,
John Lawrence confirming what I have said for years. Deal doesn't close til everyone else comes to the table.
In this case, deal not closed due to environmental concerns of lender (still). i.e. Lender not yet willing to come to the table. Not my words .... John Lawrence's words.
You'd think even the simple minds could understand such simple concept.
Nice uptick today. Nice to see for once. The question is whether it is sustained and continues.
Amigo Mike
