I have a relatively small order in at the ASK and I'm not getting filled

yeah, all the sells today appear to be impatient retail sellers...I guess waiting more than a week is just too much for them. :)

NOB, on a separate note, I emailed etrade about the ticker problems...I'll let you know if I hear anything.

yeah, I'm on Etrade and something is definitely wrong with the display this morning (on a few stocks)

I didn't mean to sound like he is trying to help us by keeping it low...I just meant that that is the opportunity that has arisen. I don't think he cares about the daily PPS either way right now because he knows it will be fine when the acquisitions are done and the numbers are released. It is up to us personally to decide to stick it out or drop out. Though I think it is unfair to him to say he doesn't care about his investors, there is nothing to show that at all so far...

why? don't you think that maybe by letting the price fall that the CEO is giving us the opportunity to load up at lower prices before he releases meaty numbers? Watson doesn't care if the PPS stays low for a couple weeks while he builds the company, he is busy building a solid base for later.

I think you're right...last time we saw a drop this drastic was right before the news that took us to .004 in about half an hour.

ACE, everything you say is right...I don't think anyone is arguing with you, but you are beating a dead horse. We are all having the exact thoughts you are, but we refrain from broadcasting them over and over.

Also, I think you are missing a key component of this being a pink, buyer confidence...anything and everything can affect the PPS. If you keep bad mouthing the stock you are really shooting yourself in the foot. What if everyone on this board are the only people buying? One negative post can kill confidence that would lead to a run...extreme example I know, but at this low volume movement we've had you never know. You're free to say whatever you want, but just think about the effect of your words before you post.

They are trying hard to get cheap shares...they have walked us down from .0026 to .0022 with only about 300K shares sold. Even the .0022s have all been buys.

Guys...what's with the negative posts? If we were left hanging and the trading looked like this it would be really bad, but we know exactly where we are (as much as you can in a pink). Watson said we will get a 3rd acquisition by the end of march and then a PR with revenues after the campaign...and since he has been 100% truthful about everything so far, that is when we will probably run IMO. So have some patience, I wouldn't expect a major run until then.

Yeah, it's been a great day over all...no arguments from me. I almost feel bad for the people who get out now (but not that bad):)

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind NITE knows what is coming in the next few weeks with the games that are being played.

It's really only one or two sellers. There have been two big(ish) dumps today and that is it. Everyone else is holding very strong.

We just need buying volume...that is the answer to everything here.

That was great news yesterday...for investors. For people who want a quick buck it was not great because there were no specific numbers. Luckily I'm in the first group.

as long as nobody is as dumb as the person who just sold...the MMs will keep ticking the BID up. Anyone who has watched this stock for more than a week knows their game. Scare people into one big sell and then move up, repeat.

This is outstanding news...we now know that we will have three acquisitions and revenue numbers by the end of March. I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get numbers, but I completely understand and can wait a few weeks. I'd rather get the actual, larger numbers when everything is complete. This just gives us more time to grab shares before we get numbers.

That's because there are very few weak hands actually selling down there. The MMs are skewing the actual value right now. You should probably just buy at the ASK :)

and it looks like we have some people who are willing to sell in the 3's that we need to weed out...no problem, once they are gone they'll have to try the 4's :)
