Sure!
Replace it with the Patents Invalid sticky. That one makes no sense anyways.
As long as there is an MMR PHR in place, I believe we have more than enough time to become very profitable here if you decide to buy more shares of MMRF.
Can we somehow make that post a sticky?
The only companies that get loans are the ones who have a future.
If the CEO loans the company money out of his pocket - I would hope this CEO plans on doing big things.
Patents REAL, Licensing will produce revenue, more settlements to come......Maybe big things are happening?
Not sure what you mean? Can you elaborate?
Lorsch and the RHL Group both have a MyMedicalRecords PHR - there will be no croaking.
Doctor's have all of Lorsch's important medical information at their fingertips in case of a medical emergency so that they can make better informed decisions.
MMR's PHR has saved Lorsch's life many times already:
http://blog.mmrglobal.com/2013/11/25/home-from-the-hospital/
Deloitte TMT Predictions 2014 predicts that smart glasses, fitness bands and watches, should sell about 10 million units in 2014, generating over $3 billion . The pace of growth is likely to expand with the global market for wearables in health and fitness predicted to reach 170 million devices by 2017.
MMRF is in the right place......finally getting to be the right time.
PHR's were cold 5 years ago. Health IT was too.
Things are getting much hotter now.
When Apple starts going away from entertainment and starts to focus on health - you know that HealthIT is the place to be and things are really heating up.
Think something BIG is brewing.....
As per the latest SEC filings....I think Lorsch may have talked to the RHL Group and they both realize that MMRF is waaaaay undervalued because they just got another 3M shares at a level much higher than we are now.
http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=178404&p=irol-SECText&TEXT=aHR0cDovL2FwaS50ZW5rd2l6YXJkLmNvbS9maWxpbmcueG1sP2lwYWdlPTk2OTczMzEmRFNFUT0wJlNFUT0wJlNRREVTQz1TRUNUSU9OX0VOVElSRSZzdWJzaWQ9NTc%3d
Maybe there is something that Bob Lorsch and the RHL Group know that we don't.
Never in history has MMRF ever dropped under a penny.
If history repeats itself there will be another run up
“It was exactly what we needed,” Earley said. “All that paperwork was so cumbersome and complicated, and this is so simplistic and easy to use.”
MMRF can help THE WORLD and the WORLD is their Oyster! They can save the country billions....
Patients keeping their own records might also lead to a reduction in the nation’s health care costs. A 2008 Harvard Medical School analysis found that if 80 percent of the US population could access and share their medical records with any doctor, it could save up to $29 billion a year in medical expenses by reducing toxic drug interactions and unnecessary imaging tests, as well as saving administration costs such as time spent getting a complete medical history.
Gotta LOVE MMRF!!!!!
E-HEALTH provider MyMedicalRecords has inked a patent licensing agreement with Sydney-based health IT solutions provider Claydata.
MyMedicalRecords, a subsidiary of MMRGlobal, said the deal allows Claydata to offer its services to customers with the assurance that end users would not be infringing MMR’s patents.
Last year MMR alleged that the National E-Health Transition Authority, developer of the personally controlled e-health records system, had infringed its patents.
Claydata will be first end user to license MMR’s portfolio of personal health record and e-health patents in Australia and New Zealand, MMR said.
MMR will receive licensing fees based on a percentage of the gross sales of Claydata’s products and services revenue, it added.
“There are tremendous changes in health care going on in Australia and throughout the Asia-Pacific region,” Claydata founder Joseph Grace said.
“The agreement gives Claydata the opportunity to sell our interoperable systems to customers with a licence to MMR’s intellectual property.
“It also gives Claydata the right to resell MMR’s MyMedicalRecords product to the clients we serve,” Dr Grace said.
MMR said the alliance was sealed as part of a week-long, high level meeting between US and Australian officials, including PM Tony Abbott, on a range of business opportunities to strengthen ties between the two countries.
The meetings were also aimed to generate revenue locally for myriad sectors including tourism, defence, music and the arts.

MMRF is making money....not as much as they project, but they are a startup slowly starting to get bigger.
The PHR industry as a whole has been weak and MMRF has had to suffer along with the industry.
I would not consider the people on the MMRF board "realists" when MMRF signs a licensing agreement and they immediately bring up CEO compensation or share selling like it has anything to do with a licensing agreement.
The PHR industry is very very new to investors. I understand that people don't get it at all. Even when a deal is signed today investors in any other industry see the money roll in shortly after, but not in the PHR industry. Nope.....and its not even MMRF.
Every deal that is being made: Walgreens, Cerner, Salutopia, ClayData, etc. will just make this company that much more interesting to a potential buyer looking to capitalize on MMRF's patents.
MMRF is now finding a way to get more revenue streams.
I like!
Hoping this can translate into Q's that get better and better. Hopefully this ClayData Program can begin in a reasonable amount of time so we don't have to hear from the rest of BashersHub on the MMRF board about how nothing ever came from this deal next week.
Here to make money which is what I thought everyone is here for???
There is money to be made trading MMRF and there is money to be made holding MMRF for the buyout.
Done well on the first and waiting for the second....
It hasn't helped shareholders yet, but TRUST me it will.
The deal with WAG and Cerner will prove to be very beneficial soon. PHR's need to be more widely used and we are getting there little by little.
No other PHR company can say they made a deal with WAG & Cerner.
MMRF is a very big buyout candidate.
I'm a shareholder and I can say I am very happy with the progress here!!!
VERY!!
Love it!
That's exactly how the Walgreens case started.
Things are looking very good for MMRF nowadays!!!
MMRGlobal celebrates the launch of MyMedicalRecords through hundreds of physician practices in Sydney followed by 2 days of meetings with the Australian government regarding healthcare policy, initiatives, technology & personal health record programs.
If MMRF can conjure up a deal in which they have control of all PHR's in the continent of Australia.....watch out!
Great company to be invested in now and moving towards the end of the year.
Things are starting to come together.....PHR's are still at an early stage, yet MMRF is starting to gain some momentum. Expecting to see more signed agreements is starting to become the norm around here. The PPS will eventually follow when the money starts rolling in.
Starting to see a big trend with the judge ruling in favor of MMRF.
Would be great to see one of these cases go to the end to prove the validity of these patents, yet I doubt defendants would dare to do that if they are continually being denied.
Electronic personal health records are “beginning to be truly useful because they’re easier to use than in the past and focused on real world needs,” said Dave deBronkart, a patient activist from who started the popular health blog e-Patient Dave after being diagnosed with advanced stage cancer.
Only a small percentage of Americans — typically those who are sick or caring for small children — maintain a “personal health record.”
http://www.bostonglobe.com/lifestyle/health-wellness/2014/06/15/apps-store-personal-medical-records-growing-popularity/mh9wIhU4KdFHa1veptEUEO/story.html
When that "small percentage of Americans using a health record" turns into a large amount of Americans using a Personal Health Record then I believe we will start to see a larger amount of revenue coming from MMR, Walgreens, Cerner, and others. The patents are valid and the deals are real, but we need the world as a whole to start embracing Personal Health Records and wearable devices like the FitBit and others are starting to make that happen IMHO.
If you were a business and you have a lawsuit against another company you have 2 good options:
1. Settle ASAP = money upfront, but maybe not as much
2. Drag out court to the very end (sometimes years) and get a larger check, yet spend a lot in legal fees.
No one in their right mind goes to option #2 unless they HAVE to.
It's a win anyway you look at it. PHR's are still not relevant now. A couple thousand for a deal now will be worth millions down the line.
Almost 3M in volume, supposed settlements in less than a week, and MMRF products in major pharmacies in less than 2 months.
This is it.....still holding on to my shares and waiting for the big PPS push upwards. Things are happening. Will the PPS follow? Hope so.
It's possible.
MMRF would fall under the category of wellness services and/or patient education.
This will be the most hated stock until it becomes the most loved......patience is key!
Interesting.....
UST Global Enters Patient-Centered Healthcare
Blue Button Services Will Help Clients Meet Meaningful Use II
June 11, 2014 09:30 ET
ALISO VIEJO, CA--(Marketwired - June 11, 2014) - UST Global, a leading provider of information technology services and solutions for Global 1000 companies, today unveiled its plans to enter the burgeoning market of patient-centered health information. It will provide a palette of services based on the Blue Button initiative. UST Global also announced a strategic alliance with Amida Technology Solutions of Silver Spring, Maryland.
"Easy access to personal health information is unnecessarily difficult today," explained Bipin Thomas, president of UST Global's Health Group. "We believe that patient-centered access is the right model to exchange personal health information between clinical care providers, their customers, and their customers' caretakers. Blue Button has clearly emerged as the way to achieve that goal."
The Blue Button program was launched by President Obama in the summer of 2010 at a meeting of Disabled American Veterans. Today, according to White House estimates, "more than 150 million Americas today are able to use Blue Button-enabled tools to access their own health information from a variety of sources including healthcare providers, health insurance companies, medical labs, and state health information networks."
Earlier this week Amida announced the release of its first product, a healthcare software component based on Blue Button. Their Data Reconciliation Engine (DRE) enables data holders to create a longitudinal patient-centered record, regardless of the source or provenance of the information.
The DRE not only compiles disparate information into a universal Master Health Record, it also makes sure it is accurate. It allows patients and providers to identify and correct errors, as well as manually reconcile partial matches via a simple web interface.
"We are deeply honored that UST-Global has chosen us to help them to bring Blue Button solutions to the market," said Amida's CEO Peter L. Levin. Levin is the former chief technology officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he spearheaded the development of the Blue Button personal health record. "Patient access to their personal health information access is explicitly called out in the Meaningful Use guidelines," he explained, "and will lower costs by reducing redundancy, and save lives by reducing errors."
"As a global leader in healthcare IT solutions, UST Global is constantly on the lookout for cutting-edge companies with excellent teams," said Sajan Pillai, CEO of UST-Global. "We believe that our industry will greatly benefit from Amida's leadership in patient-centered models of care, and were proud supporters of their product development."

Thanks! Will pass the message along....
Hoping things can start to get a little more exciting soon......
Hahaha.....nice find.
Still seems like Lorsch is the only one doing anything. Was shocked to see so many MMRFers taking the trip to Australia.
Good things coming this way for MMRF.......Patents are very real and VALID even if a sticky says otherwise.
A win for the trolls.....
Spherix Shares Soar Following Shelving Of Patent Reform Bill
12:19p ET May 27, 2014 (Benzinga) Print
Shares of Spherix (NASDAQ: SPEX) have rocketed up over 74 percent following an announcement by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) that the patent reform bill has been removed from the committee's agenda.
The bill was designed to address the issue of "patent trolls" - companies with the sole purpose of acquiring patents to file lawsuits against them. According to Leahy, the bill was shelved due to a lack of comprehensive support by competing companies on both sides of the issue. However, Leahy made sure to note that if stakeholders were able to reach "a more targeted agreement," he would immediately bring it to the committee.
Proponents of the bill believed it would help to curtail frivolous lawsuits brought on by patent trolls. In contrast, the bill's opponents felt it would provide obstacles to small inventors trying to defend their patents against large, well-funded companies.
Spherix operates as an intellectual property company that seeks to advance innovation through participation in the patent market. The company currently holds over 300 patents and focuses on the telecommunications sector.
Same here
It's been a long ride......hoping there is a really good ending too.
I'm pretty sure MMRF's father was a mudder.
