I'm curious, why don't you own a position, given your glowing review ? I am thinking of buying a few, but if an on-site visit didn't convince you to take a stake, I am uncertain I should.
grantg2, I am sorry to hear of your friend's passing. I hope her life was as happy as it was long.
Regarding your questions, I did some dd about 18 months ago and found that Dr. Walker had bought a shell from (I believe a company named) "Vianet Technology Group" and he purchased "Comprehensive Physics & Rehabilitation Services", combined them and changed the name to Oncology Med. The principals in the previous company were less than honest and my understanding is that they probably had something to do with the wild share price activity. It was quite some time ago when I found this, and don't recall the details.
As for the gentleman you name, Steve Weiss, I have no knowledge of him and don't know anything about a promotion. I'd be very interested in knowing of him and what his involvement was.
Good luck with your inquiry...
grantg2, I'd be interested in your thoughts after you speak with Dr. Walker, if you care to share them.
Not to get into a pissing contest, but
1) You have only gotten information if it was from the company. These boards are full of rumor and speculation. Treat whatever I, or anyone else says with skeptecism. I own millions of shares and may be the one hyping for my own gain.
2) Dr. Walker does not and would not participate in a HYPE CAMPAIGN". Of this I am sure.
3) If going from $ 0.003 to $0.01 in three months qualifies as being in a coma, I would love to know what you are expecting.
4) Do your own due diligence on this, or any company. Don't rely on others. If you, as I did, really look into ONCO, you just might understand it's potential and you may also understand that Dr Walker is focused on growing the company and not issuing press releases. When he is ready (and remember, he holds about 50% of the outstanding stock) he will release accurate and complete information. He has much more at stake here than any of us.
The only pitiful thing I see here is all of the bitching about the stock not moving up as posters believe it should. The company will release info when it is solidified and ready to be released. Dr. Walker is growing this company slowly, but surely. When it is apparent to the investment community that the company is viable the stock will react.
ONCO is not a company for flippers and that is why so many people are disgruntled.
tick... tick... tick
Do you have a phone ?
Can anyone explain what is it about this stock (is it even a viable company) that has everyone talking? What do they do now that the past (IMO a crook) president is in exile in Australia ?
verango, the # OS is about 850 Mil. Stated many times on this thread.
Bingo !!
bilachos, did you ever receive a reply ?
pmunch,
Thanks for the info. Looks promising....

JJ58,
I'm with you and have been around here for a while. I was just intrigued by your statement
ONCO's main competitor exited the market because it had private physician ownership which Feds considered questionable under new guidelines initiated last October 2009 in providing services to other physicians which they may provide referrals.......not because the business was not good business. ONCO does not have private physician ownership.
...and wondered where such info was available. Was this in a press release I missed ?
Thanks and good luck to all.
Sure, let's just tell them to stop selling. That should work!
JJ58,
Thanks for the post. Can you tell me/us how you came about this info?
BB
I'll put the # OS at 70 million. That puts the total capitalization of this company at $ 700,000.... in other words,
far, far under valued.
A short while ago, I and a friend were looking for a business to purchase. We were looking at liquor stores and you could not touch a decent place for under $ 700,000. Which business do you believe has more potential ?
bilachos,
The PR really said much more than people are hearing. The business is solid. The company is growing and more contracts are coming all the time.
As Dr. W has told me many times, "if you take care of the business, the business will take care of you."
Maybe the news wasn't good enough for the flippers who recently flocked here, but it is very good for those of us who have been and will continue to be here.
I would like to see more on the financials, but I assume they will follow in short order. People who were dissappointed today were very, very short-sighted.
I'm here. Just waiting for news. Not much else to do.
HCJF I hope Bigtime is correct, but I remain skeptical. The sisters are, indeed, beautiful ladies, but it takes more than that to be successful.

I wonder why you believe Urbanity is such a big deal for LGTT. I don't know much/.anything about the company, but I am not impressed by their web page.
What is so good about Urbanity?
Thanks for the link... I own millions of shares and have wondered about two things... one is whether the machine will look sanitary enough and the other is the approximately 2 minutes to deliver the product, as we are so impatient.
Both of these were mentioned on the video and I wonder if Pop N Go is working on a solution.
Perhaps the butter dispenser can be made of a non see-through material and the popper can be beefier to pop the corn more quickly.
Just my thoughts...
bilachos,
I have heard little of late. Haven't had much communications about the company, but I have nothing to indicate things have changed.
I did, however, think we would have had some news by now, but nothing ever goes as quickly as planned.
BB
I do believe you are very badly mistaken. They will not be buying back stock anytime soon.
you mean none other than bags of money holders
ohiotom,
Since you folks in Ohio probably consider cow chips a snack, I can see why you don't think too highly of this opportunity.
Like everything, it takes time. POPN will fly
Potential for LGTT Apps... ?

Nah... the bids and offers are artificially low and high as the offers are probably pulled at the end of the day. I never leave an order in overnight. Ya never know what may happen if a release comes out and changes the situation without your knowledge.
Market makers are supressing volume today. Apparently, they are not ready to let this go up too far. No shares have traded for over 1/2 hour... not what I would expect given this news.
Today's release is, in essence, announcing that POPN will use the same group that currently services machines in all Walmart for their machines.
It is bigger than huge !... The Walmart announcement is not far behind.
Selling now is... well... foolish, IMO
Share structure is a guess at this time. As of 12/31/07, there were 63,000,478 outstanding with a float of 17,612,879 and 200,000,000 shares authorized.
My guess is the number of shares outstanding is now around 75,000,000 or so. What I have been told is that there has not been "a significant change" and I'm guessing 20% is about as high as you can go and still interpret it as not significant. With 75 million shares at a price of $ 0.005, the company is capitalized at just $375,000. As I've mentioned a few times here, a friend of mine set up a UPS franchise store and it wasn't much less than that.
The beautiful (I hope) thing is that we should know soon just where we stand.
Going up, Can U clarify ?
I just talked to IR NEWS coming NEXT WEEK, AS 900,000,000 OS 850,000,000 FLOAT 400,000,000 + 250,000,000 = 650,000,000
Where are the other 200,000,000 shares accounted for?
bilachos, I spoke with a very reliable source about a week ago and was told some news would be coming within a couple of weeks. Given the fact that things never move as quickly as planned, I will assume it is more like 3 or so weeks, so I'd guess we should be seeing something within a couple of weeks.
I posted a note to this effect, but mentioned another company that I also own and believe will be a huge winner. It was post #4621 and I assume ita-elios deleted it... so, did you ita-elios ?

Caiostro,
This company has had it's share of difficult times. Cash was so tight, they made a deal with the devil (Cornell) which greatly hurt them. This resulted in massive dilution and did nothing to help POPN.
Today, they have sales, products in many locations, cash flow from revenue sharing agreements and, most recently, hired Randy Rogers from Walmart/Sams. With his connections, POPN has instant
contacts (and I hope, credibility) with at least one major retailer.
Mel has managed to position this company for major growth. Candy is no longer sold in many schools, healthier snacks are being promoted everywhere and the N9000 should soon be ready to take advantage of huge advertising revenue potential.
The potential is big... very big and that is what I am banking on.
Happy New Year all... I think I smell a Press Release coming soon.
For anyone looking for another way to play the POPN game, the shared revenue program looks very interesting. You buy the machine and POPN will place, service and stock it and you (the owner) receives 20% of the revenue (not profit, revenue).
I am planning to buy a few... the return is excellent.
Isn't there a time limit (minimum time to hold) on 504 shares ?
So that would capitalize POPN at $ .05 X 850,000,000 = $42,5000,000
That is a long, long way off, IMO
AND.. nice job getting the share price up today.
Can you get it over $.01 for us ?
After listening to Greg's rant, I think the company will recover from this fiasco and will be buying more shares soon.
I also think Greg did the company a great disservice with his video (what lawyer would have encouraged this ?) and should hire a competent President and CEO to run the company. He should remain behind the keyboard and do what he (apparently) does best.
