The Board of Directors of Aurus Corp. have made the decision for the Dividend amount for the year 2009 ,
to be $ .008 per share. Payments of Dividends to Individual Shareholders will be completed in the period from June 10 ,2010 to July 10, 2010. Just called Transfer online about share structure,they said they don't give out that information because of confidentiality agreement. Said to call the company.

The better question here is, who keeps selling this stock? It looks like someone has some to unload for what ever someone is willing to pay. This has been going on for quite sometime now. Could this be where the money for the divy is going to come from and could this be where the money has been coming from to pay for these P/R's?
