"Public Relations department of Aurus Corp received number of questions regarding declared dividend payment.? This is to inform Aurus shareholders that we are currently working with Transfer Agent to finalize list of shareholders and number of outstanding shares eligible for dividend payment. The purpose is to legally exclude from share count canceled shares that were transferred to the State. Amount of cash dividend per share will be based on 10% of company?s net income for 2009 and number of outstanding shares confirmed by Transfer Agent."
