What makes you say that? My feeling is this month should be the start of where we hear the status of the deals mentioned in the PRs. The Q3 report stated that the land deals should be wrapped up in Q4. In my opinion, even if they don't close all of them by then, they should close at least one. All my opinion though.
I like the optimism :) Hope we all have a great MMTE Christmas present soon!
Congrats munz :)
I bet those 3's will look pretty if they close the land deals.
glty
11M is nothing. It's neither dilution for selling. For a nearly 2B float stock, this is almost no volume. The volume isn't going in either direction, just folks waiting for news.
imo :)
The volume is only 11M. That's not everyone selling.
Very nice magic! Wish you the best :)
Looking for a nice bounce tomorrow. I think we will see 0.001+ tomorrow.
Hi magic :)
You're in this one? Hope you're making dough!
I agree. I bet it moves up 0.001+ from here tomorrow.
Can we expect MMTE to close the 7 potential deals mentioned in the last PR soon? In my opinion, the answer is yes. Check this out...
The PR stated the following:
Mammoth is currently under negotiation with seven other lithium developments whose total acreage may exceed 15,000 hectares.
The Q3 filing from last month said the following:
During the third quarter and into the fourth quarter the company has begun extensive negotiations with additional holders of lithium and potassium assets throughout Chile. The company and management expect that it will be able to finalize and close these negotiations during the 4th quarter and has spent considerable amount of time and due diligence on these negotiations.
Seems to me the Q3 is refernecing the 7 potential deals mentioned in the PR. Looks like some HUGE fireworks are coming before the end of the year!!! If they get the 37,000 acres(15,000 hectacres) in addition to the 1008 acres, then I think 0.10+ will come in a blink of an eye.
JMO :)
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!
You need to use the O/S in your calculations, not the A/S, which is 4B. Keep in mind that a lot of the O/S is restricted.
Did you only account for the 1008 acres in your calculation?
Happy Thanksgiving :)
Sure, if it makes you feel better. Enjoy your Turkey tomorrow :)

Happy Thanksgiving :)

Please revisit the June conference call. Everything is explained in it. Watson has made it crystal clear that dilution would occur to raise capital and that it would be used to produce positive yields and value for the shareholders...ie product development and marketing.
cheers :)
This is my favorite line in the article...
Not surprisingly, there are a limited number of publicly-traded companies engaged in lithium production and very few “pure-play” names.
Patience will be rewarding here. I think many great things are coming in this developing market.

A lithium ETF: A new type of commodity investment
By Palash R. Ghosh
The average investor likely has no idea what lithium is or how it is used in industrial and technological applications. However, if one ever uses a battery – say, for a mobile phone, laptop, mp3 player or a multitude of other portable consumer electronic products – chances are it is lithium-based. As the lightest metal on earth, lithium is ideal for use in batteries since it can store three times the energy of most other competing materials.
Given the explosive expansion of such electronic gadgets in recent years, the demand for lithium has surged. Now, with the imminent development of more electric and hybrid vehicles (whose batteries will increasingly use lithium), demand for this obscure metal could skyrocket.
Up until ten or fifteen years ago, lithium was used extensively for lubrication and with applications in pharmaceuticals, ceramics and aluminum (rather humdrum endeavors).
Now, lithium-ion batteries are currently estimated to power 90 percent of laptops and more than 60 percent of mobile phones. According to data from the TRU Group, total lithium demand has almost doubled in the past decade and is expected to rise steadily to 55,000 metric tons by 2020.
To take advantage of lithium’s phenomenal growth potential, Global X Management Co., a New York-based investment advisor, introduced what is believed to be the world’s first and only lithium-themed investment vehicle -- the Global X Lithium exchange-traded fund (NYSE: LIT).
Launched in late July, the ETF has already racked up $100-million in assets and returned about 20 percent. The fund invests exclusively in companies around the world which are involved in the exploration and mining of lithium, as well as manufacturers of lithium batteries.
Not surprisingly, there are a limited number of publicly-traded companies engaged in lithium production and very few “pure-play” names.
The fund’s three largest holdings, Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile (NYSE: SQM), FMC Corp. (NYSE: FMC) and Rockwood Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ROC), collectively dominate the global production of lithium, although each is a diversified chemical/mining corporation with many operations outside of lithium.
Bruno del Ama, the chief executive officer of Global X Management and portfolio manager of the lithium ETF, explains that demand for lithium is now growing by 10 percent annually, driven principally by the use of batteries in small consumer electronic products. However, when lithium-ion batteries are increasingly used in electric and hybrid automobiles, the impact on demand for lithium could be enormous.
In addition, lithium also has potential applications in batteries used in the power grid infrastructure of solar and wind power systems, presenting another huge potential for demand growth.
However, unlike almost all other commodities, lithium does not trade on any public exchange, nor do any futures markets exist for it. It is difficult, if not impossible, to invest directly in lithium or to physically acquire it.
“The price of lithium is an industrial clearing price, which is established between the industrial users and producers,” del Ama said. “It is very much a bilateral market.”
The agreed-upon price of lithium was about $2000/ton until 2004, then it tripled to about $6000/ton between 2004 and 2006, and currently trades at about $6500/ton.
Del Ama explains that most of the world’s lithium supply is mined and produced in South America, primarily in Argentina and Chile, although companies in the ETF are based all over the world (the fund includes companies domiciled in the U.S., Japan, Chile, Australia, France and Hong Kong).
As things like iPhones, iPads, iPods, laptops, and ultimately electric cars become de rigueur, lithium will play an increasingly crucial role in technology.

Great close! Hope to see 0.002+ this week :)
I disagree munz. I think if MMTE gets the $30M for the 1008 acres, that alone will send this over a penny. Institutional buyers will push into several pennies and stay there.
imo :)
It really doesn't matter. The bottom line is closing the land deals. If they do, starting with the first 1008 acres, this will without a doubt fly into multiple pennies.
Add more land deals, like the 7 potential deals mentioned in yesterday's PR, and your cooking with kerosene...imo
I think patience will reward greatly. If GR White raises the $30M funds, as per previous PR, the PPS will easily jump to pennyland on that news alone...imo
Not everyday you see a penny stock getting the kind of cash MMTE may potentially get.
cheers :)
I'm sure GR White has multiple simultaneous engagements. I doubt they do deals one at a time.
I agree munz. Not sure why anyone would expect revs in the Q3. The land deal is what everyone is waiting to hear about. Once that is done, we fly...imo
If you read the past PRs, there's lots of stuff MMTE is working on, particularly acquiring land and attaining funding as mentioned in the PRs. Those are milestone events that will heavily move the PPS, if they materialize. I think a lot of folks are waiting to see if MMTE achieves those things.
imo
That can't be right. $10M market cap would yield a 0.011 PPS with the current OS.
Congrats Kop :)
Screw that, I want to see pennyland...0.03+ would be nice :)
Yup. The issue of the O/S and A/S was one of the key topics in that forum. As a matter of fact, he scheduled the CC as a direct result of increasing the A/S so he can explain to the shareholders why he's doing so. He explained why the A/S was raised and the need to raise capital. He clearly stated that even though they don't intend to use the entire A/S, he said they would probably need to issue a little over 300M shares over the next 12 months.
Not sure why people are acting surprises and pissed when clearly said he would??? I've been waiting for the O/S to increase as he mentioned.
Don't your remember the June CC? Watson stated they would probably raise the O/S over an additional 300M over the next 12 months. Why is this a surprise?
I agree :)
The Pinks are a tough place to be in. So your frustration is on the investor relations side...correct?
I've decided long ago that this was a fundamental play. As long as the biz plan is being developed and executed well, then the value will follow. Although it would obviously be a lot better to be trading at 0.05-0.10, where it should be, I feel confident Aruba will eventually get here :)
Do you still like their biz plan/model? Do you feel they are executing it well?
If they get the type of funding mentioned in this PR...
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Mammoth-Energy-Group-Signs-iw-269142158.html?x=0&.v=1
then much higher...imo :)
Hopefully we'll see some news soon. Lot's of upside potential here.
I hope so...
Hope we see some news this week.
Great DD AMA :)
There's growing interest in companies in the lithium space.
I agree :)
Nice price action with MMTE today :)
