Inoh moving soon. Where might that be? Perhaps to Baku, Azerbaijan used in their fantasy land banner photo on the new Website.
Up side down when the SEC finally moves in. Hopefully soon. Enough is enough.
That's really great. What liar rehabilitation did he go through? Evidence please.
I ask, just how far can these outright misrepresentations go (website photos) without the SEC shutting down this on-going scam? Nothing has changed. Very sad that for the sake of making a buck, there are persons posting here supporting this crap. Thats my opinion.
Maybe I'm confused by you post. Are you saying debts have been paid? Well, let me tell you, Webber and divers are not paid. Not even an apology. The Dominican Government not paid. (Look at the Goldberg signed Letter of Indemnification. Although I intend to find out, I doubt the Ocean World Marina in Puera Plata has been paid. That's probably at $150,000.00 plus. Were any of these debts listed? The boats now a piece of unmaintained junk with serious U.S. Coast Guard / American Bureau of Ships violations pending. Is that the supposed $900,000.00 asset listed?
Looking for amusement. Go to Google Earth and put in In Ovations Holdings, Inc. address;

How disappointing. Doesn't look very much like the "come-on" picture (whatever it's supposed to imply) on the new Webbsite. Does it? Perhaps I'm just seeing things.
maronti1: Although the truthful here know that what I'm posting has all been addressed accurately before, I will go through the exercise once more.
As to your flaunting of the Ripp-Off Report as relating to Webber, I know how to use the internet too. Anyone with a vendetta be it true or untrue can slander that person on this site and than has to pay to get it pushed further to "the back of the line". In the opinion of many fair, rational minded people, its a sleazy type operation. Goldberg would be a prime candidate for this kind of posting (with provable justification) and I'm surprised no one has already put him there.

Apparently it hasn't bothered Webber as the professional and business people that know him know what the facts are. It's interesting that since 1961 up to present Webber has been featured or cited in over 40 creditable publications (not including general magazines on the subject) plus three T.V. documentaries on CBS, Learning Channel, A&E Greystone Communications. Isn't that interesting that the only thing you happened to find was Ripp-Off Report?
As to the following, I need not speculate or rely on slanderous gossip as I was there, lived the experience and was privileged to see or, in some cased obtain the documentation. Hispaniola Ventures, LLC (Webber) had a joint venture agreement with Marine Exploration, Inc. to fund a specific exploration out on the Silver Bank 85 miles out at sea. A major undertaking that was said to require about four months of survey time in very exposed submerged reef areas. MEI funding was "behind the eight ball" from the start. We sat at the dock far more time than we did getting out to sea and that was only because there never was adequate funding. What we could do had to then be coastal. Even then when we went to sea, we were out 21 days at a time. Webber is not easy to work for but he knows what he's doing. He's professional.
In spite of that, we managed to do an impressive, although dangerous salvage of the "Soli Dio Gloria", recovering over 200 artifacts and treasure (jewelry, coins, etc.) which were inventoried and turned over to the Sub-Aquatic Office in Santo Domingo. That was only a fraction of the potential but Goldberg could't produce the funding to continue and bungled the high potential P.R.
Based on Webber's research and specialized magnetometer technology, we discovered the wreck of the Spanish Frigate "N.S. Begona" that sank in 1725. Because of Goldberg not retaining legal counsel as advised, the salvage contract was never secured and it became a field school for Indiana University. Treasure has been recovered and its scattered under the sand all over the cove. Because Goldberg didn't pay the Gov't. contract service fees as required by JVA, the treasure was held by the Gov't. and never divided.
As was posted on this site before, Webber issued MEXP a formal Letter of Default on June 15, 2011 "for failure to provide required operational funding and failure to meet other obligations" under the terms of the agreement. Let me make this clear. We weren't paid by Webber, we were (when paid) paid by MEXP, new investment monies coming into Goldberg in New York, transferred to Scaglione in Miami, FL. from where it was wire transferred into the accounts of all the divers and including Webber. He never had anything to do with incoming funds or for paying us.
Webber, to this day is well respected by the Dominican Authorities. Probably the only embarrassment that lingers was his association with the likes of MEXP. The contract was never a MEXP contract. It was issued exclusively to Hispaniola Ventures, LLC (Webber) and expired in September of 2011. A copy of the contract was posted in the control room aboard ship. Even after it expired, Goldberg (and associates) tried, behind Webber's back, to get the contract renewed in their name which was a no go as Webber had the respect and influence to prevent that. I think this is now an appropriate time to here again post Goldberg's damning live interview in which the B.S. and outright lies flow constantly.

Hopefully, one of these days, this will prove to be a see ya in court exhibit.
One more time, read the Goldberg Letter of Indemnification" posted here. It ready clear and easy.
A wonderful walk through fantasy land. Cannot wait for the day when the SEC shuts down this scam. You see, I'm one of the very few here who got to know this CEO personally and got ripped by him along with a whole list of others. Unless this character went through a special rehab. for liars, nothing has changed.
I just visited the INOH Website for the first time. The front page is like an invitation into fantasy land but then I know of few con artist that don't have elaborate sites. What astounded me is the suggestive lure (without explanation) of INOH having an association with Odyssey Marine Exploration (OMEX). For those of you who don't know, Odyssey is the most successful deep water salvage company in the business. Although they apparently have problems of their own, I doubt they would ever affiliate with the likes of INOH under any circumstances. I seriously doubt they know about this and it might be appropriate for someone to notify their headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
Webber, Hispaniola Venture divers, Dominican agent, Dominican Government Sub-Aquatic Office (delinquent contract service fees) and Ocean World Marina (haven't checked lately) come to probably around $350,000.00 US. Provable. They also stiffed Jones Boatyard in Miami for around $17,000.00. which is said to have never been paid.
I find it odd that yesterday VeronicaFox referred you to the Goldberg signed "Letter of Indemnification" and yet you again ask this question. Must I say it again, I was there, I know what the facts are. I'm owed money like all the others. In spite of all, why do some people here try to make a proven liar like Goldberg look like a "good guy"?
Just wait? I asked you before - for what? The only thing I'm waiting for is justice meaning the SEC shuts down this scam and proceeds with prosecution of the lying CEO. My personal position along with others is long, long gone. Our pay is part of the bad history of this company. While we didn't get paid, can't help but wonder how much money went into personal, private bank accounts controlled by the principals of this company. Don't know that it did. Just wondering?
What might that be. When its news that Goldberg been put behind bars?
I think the article is intentionally bias but there is some truth to the over inflated values which is my belief all along. Apparently the money to be made is on the ups and downs based on news released.
Apparently Southern Gal opened the link and posted (29436) the Bloomberg View article. There are days like this. By the way, I know some of the people who had a hand in the marketing of the Atocha treasure, so I don't agree at all with the numbers used in the article. They are higher.
This is interesting but sadly disappointing for the industry and for those who on this board have many times thrown out that "billion dollar" value based on no documented research to remotely support it.
www.bloombergview.com/articles/2014-05-07/treasure-hunting-is-the-world-s-worst-investment
Go through the Raider21 past posts here. Its all spelled out in detail. Goldberg defaulted in properly funding the treasure hunting project, defaulted on his joint venture contract with Webber's company and stiffed all the divers on paying back salaries and left everyone stranded in Puerto Plata without even paying air fares back to the U.S. There's allot more so suggest you read past postings. The CEO of this company INOH is a far cry from being honest and that can be well documented multiple times.
I challenge anyone to produce significant evidence supporting any substantial treasure ever being found at the Juno Beach site. As I have already said, I personally know some of the past performers who spent time on the wreck; mags. good metal detectors, etc. They came up with nothing but broken pieces of artifacts, perhaps a coin or two (although I personally question that), so as I said, from all that I have been able to gather, its never been a producer for anyone.
The Juno Beach wreck was never picked clean simply because there was never nothing to pick.
You could have the economic wonders of the world at your fingertips with earning potentials beyond comprehension but as long as you have a CEO con-artist clown at the helm, ill gain, if any thing, is the only future. I for one know this to be the case as I'm owed money and got nothing but lies. Not just me. I serious doubt that a legitimate company would ever sit at the same table with this guy if they actually knew what he is all about. That's my opinion.
Truth is I cannot answer your questions. I only know (through other sources in the industry) that this site #3 is supposed to be a lucrative wreck site although I have never believed much in these billion dollar figures that some people posting here have been throwing about. My main issue here has been the Juno Beach wreck as I know some of the past players. Thus I know what the wreck was then and apparently is now - A looser.
As most of you sensible posters already know by fact, I can say from first hand experience, anyone who gets involved with Goldberg has not done their due diligence or is, in my opinion, of questionable ethics.
I have been informed that Michael Scaglione has just began his six moth vacation (or possibly less?) at a downtown Miami facility that from the outside one might wonder if its a first class hotel. Go to;
http://www.bop.gov//locations/institutions/mim/
A piece of Jade and a couple of silver coins (?) in how many years now? Really. Thats impressive.
How much treasure has been recovered from the Juno Beach wreck. Not talking about a piece of Jade (size unknown). Real treasure like gold and silver coins and bars, etc. Real treasure?
Site #3 is everything. Isn't it?
Appears the light hope now flickers for a final come-through for site #3 but what happened with the Juno Beach wreck. Apparently still no treasure and zilch on real expectations. Like the groups before - Nothing?
But you trust a deceptive clown like Goldberg. What a joke.
Five years plus, two sites exploited and not a lick of treasure. Now waiting on what's beginning to seem like a fantom permit. For all of you who post positive, I admire your persistence and hope it works out.
An excellent time really? Be aware there's a line up of people including me that got "stiffed" by this clown and if it were not for the fact that he and his scam company INOH are broke (as far as we can tell) we'd be filing litigation here in the U.S.. We've gotten nowhere so far with litigation agains their rotting boat in the Dominican Republic (still filed with the court in Puerta Plata). As for some kind of justice, knowing we will never see our money owed, the wish is that someday soon the SEC will shut this dying pig down. Sometimes truth hurts.
MARK GOLDBERG IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD. I PROBABLY KNOW THAT BETTER THAN ANYONE POSTING HERE AS I'VE HAD ONE ON ONE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MAN. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. HE DOESN'T TELL THE TRUTH WHICH IS VERY PROVABLE.
A very amusing opinion but we're all entitled to one, aren't we?
One day. Maybe. Not just yet.
That's what I thought. It hasn't happened - YET. I have posted a number of times that, in my opinion, the Juno Beach wreck is a looser. I have nothing negative to say about the prospects for Site #3. On the contrary, I believe this will be a winner. All a matter of getting the permit. Isn't it?
On the subject of Happening, when's the company going to announce the treasure recovered at the Juno site or is that something that just hasn't Happened yet?
On the subject of old commercials, this kind of reminds me of the old Wendy's commercial
WHERE'S THE BEEF"?
April showers are coming. Hope those showers bring a jingle of gold coins raining down onto your deck.
No such thing. Not implying that. It's obviously taking a very long time which no one can deny.
Thats a great "think positive" list. I guess the only negative for March was no treasure and no Site #3 permit. Can be anyones guess what happens in April.
What happened to March?
Thank you for a sensible answer.
For the sake of the ignorant here such as myself - "Kennedy is a finder". Finder of what?
