Officers and/or directors (O&D) can only sell 1% of the average daily volume every 90 days in which the proper documentation must be filed in order to do so. No form 3, 4 or 5’s are filed here as well as any of the other required documentation. The protocol for O&D to begin selling there quarterly holdings is after they uptick and begin filling all there documentation accordingly. As an officer or director of a public company the name of the game is salary that brings in the dollars not the quarterly selling of shares.

Not sure what you didn’t understand. Ticker symbol and name change begins with SOS first before anything can be submitted to FINRA. If docs aren’t filed with SOS yet then nothing can be submitted to FINRA so nothing is changing in the marketplace soon because the SOS doc aren’t filed yet unless counsel has all the corporate actions docs ready to go and all they are waiting on is for the SOS doc to be filed.

Documentation must be filed with SOS before corporate actions can be submitted to FINRA. Filing SOS docs is very easy so it should be done relatively soon. Its an easier form to be completed so hopefully they have all the documentation ready. Forms needed: SOS doc, Board minutes, Board resolution, Corporate action of ticker symbol change doc (FINRA form), and $500 FINRA fee. As long as everything is submitted accordingly this shouldn’t take no longer than 45 days to complete from when first started.

I jumped out after the 2nd day of news but Ill be coming back as Im strategically increasing my cash flow to take a larger position here. I believe the writing is on the wall and the company is confident that they have discovered commercial quantities with what they have seen. The coming announcement with 3rd party analysis and verification is going to send Zion to DA moon! Everything is pointing to a commercial discovery and as much as Zion would like to give there opinion they no better than to risk such a move. For the latest offering it is possible for Zion to require investors to sign NDA’s and other documentation in order to share non public information to support the $5 price per share. Public company’s do this all the time which allow them to raise funds. This would not only bind investors but would prohibit them from buying free trading shares with that information and if they somehow did after signing these agreements would risk years in federal prison.

There are 2300 exhibitors going to Spain and on the official site of the MWC18 I don’t see UTOPYA or Adiamo Corp listed. Are they just attending or do they have a booth? I was under the assumption that they had a booth but maybe I was mistaken. I emailed Mike to find out but got an auto response. Does anyone have any extra details about this. Kitty, this depends on ones position and flipping isn’t one size fits all. I only flipped FRFS once and have no desire to attempt it again because my position is free money now because I made my losses back multiple times over so from my analysis holding is the better pathway not flipping. If it hits then very very nice for Yoda, hgmmmmmm, and if it doesn’t oh well. Yoda don’t wait around and turn into a bag holder so to say your the only one making money here is just silly kitty. Mr. Green and Mr. Loudon bring confidence and authenticity to ANDI/UTOP and would never align themselves with a scam penny stock. We are going to new highs and very soon! ANDI very strong. MWC event is uponus. Telecom news will cause huge surge in price and whoever considered buying now will regret it. Looking forward to seeing who the telecom company is and size of there market to be able configure ANDI’ $100M projections. This is going to be huge!
