Sons, looking forward to a big PR this week! But we may see it only next week as it is already Friday and next week will be a full week (with all the holiday crowd back to work!). my 2 cents!
Sons, I would be cautious about CBAI as Cornell Capital is a creditor and they have 1M warrants convertible into 1M shares at 20 cents a piece. Cornell typically runs up the price of the stock and shorts it to the low end. JMO.
yeah, I saw that, but could not find any information other than the PRs and what's on the IHUB board. anyways my monies all locked up! looking forward to next week!
Sons....u may want to cehck out IFLB.OB. I did my DD and took a position. I like it for the following reasons
it is in the online interactive gaming industry
it is an on demand online try and buy gaming service
gaming (internet stocks) may command high P/S multiples
next week it may inch forward but i do not think it is too late! check out this analysis too:
http://risingtides.tz4.com/
look under still water!
arkie, im still here! don't plan on leaving any time soon!!EOM
yep, me too! I have a feeling it will be for the schools. they a health program called 'Live It'. Take a look at the link below:
http://www2.coca-cola.com/presscenter/nr_20050526_americas_liveit.html
sons, u may be right! probably a reverse order is better. wait and see>.eom
Sons, I have a feeling the news is going to be huge! That's why the MMs shook the tree so big that they could collect shares for the run up!!! JMO
Sons, Thanks...EOM
Mr. B, yes that was wild ride! the lessson learned is that it is always good to have cash on hand so that one can buy on the dips! and not selling and buying again! I was glued to the monitor for sometime and then I took a break and guess what, it had reached its low and climbed back above 85 cents! well life is like that! as someone once said one needs to have baalls to trade an OTC stock. from experience it looks like $1.20 is a critical price points ofr OTC's. I saw that happen to NMKT too! I could be wrong.
yep, i am holding to all my shares. Thx. GLTA.em
Sons...did u read the RB message board??? there is a guy who said that brvo to ink a deal with a major bottling company! probably the news is delayed a bit! any scoop would be appreciated.
there is no quiet period. they can give guidance if they so choose! they may wait till earning CC. the last day is 15 Aug.
Coke is in BK!!!
http://www.bk.com/Food/products/soda.aspx
Mr. B, the only thing concerning about CYBL is that the revenue potential is not known and it does not have any sales! In addition there will be an immediate dilution (phased in over weeks) of 150M shares, all at a conversion rate of 1 cent! however market momentum may dictate it to go up & up! my belief is that the fundamentals must support the TA , otherwise the bullishness will be temporary. GLTY. JMO
LOL! pssssst, don't tell anyone, that's $.12768750B = $127,687,500 ! u think we should email Roy? BRVO is going to turn my life around!
Yes, that's right. For example one does not see coke being sold in BK or Pepsi being sold in McDonalds.
Sons...about cybl, their product is hot. the LED lamps are going to be in automobile head lights also. i know GM has already tested it. i do not know if it is CYBL's. but i do not like the dilution aspect, especially without knowing the revenue potential and competition. apparently there are quite a few vendors who manufacture LED lamps, here and overseas. the advantage for CYBL is that they are right next to the supplier. the supplier is CREE. CREE manufactures the LEDs. 150M shares are going to be available to the float and the conversion price is 1 cent!
However like u my monies tied up in BRVO. I am going to enjoy the ride!!!
Arkie....
"75% of them in the USA = 8512.5 X 10 Slammers Sold A Day = 85,125 X say 1.00 = 85,125 X 12 months = 1,021,500 a year. Are these figures right? "
one other thing, in addition to multiplying the above number by 30 one needs to multiply by 10 becuz of the below statement:
"In the summary it talked about how Wendy's and McDonald's have tried the plastic re-sealable bottles and their milk sales increased 10 fold"
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=6774256
So the possible grand total per annum could = $300,000,000.
Now if they could only sign a deal with BK wouldn't that be nice. I am going nuts, rather I will go nuts. For sure I know BK does not sell milk in resealable bottles. Boy I hope they can cut a deal woth BK.JMO
yep! I have been watching that. AH trading today, i saw it drop to $1.09 and then bouce back to $1.16!!!!
either way is fine. if you take a 1000 people per day then one has to assume a penetration %. i think taking the number of people and assuming the % may give a better idea as
) it gives the size of the potential and
2) then one can make an eduated guess about the hit number!
"75% of them in the USA = 8512.5 X 10 Slammers Sold A Day = 85,125 X say 1.00 = 85,125 X 12 months = 1,021,500 a year. Are these figures right? lol"
u forgot to nultiply by 30. there are 30 days in a month!!!!
neat uh! besides they are HQd in Miami, FL! And Goldman Sachs Capital Partner is an owner of BK!!!
BURGER KING® restaurants serve approximately 1,072 customers per restaurant, per day, or approximately 11.8 million customers daily worldwide.
there are >7600 restaurants in USA!
http://www.bk.com/CompanyInfo/bk_corporation/fact_sheets/global_facts.aspx
Sons.... I just realized that BK:Burger King already has a relationship with Marvel Characters! Today when I was sipping my coffee I saw their new Kids meal promo with the Fantastic Four. Now, I know that BRVO may not have access to FF but both Marvel & BRVO stand to win in this situation.HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmm...what do u think???
Yes.eom
Sons...this is totally my belief!!!
1.BRVO is a long term hold. There is no doubt about it, however I think it is tradeable too depending on the objectives of one's portfolio.
2. I think its PPS will be between $5 - $10 from the end of this year to end of next year for the following reasons.
The beverage industry P/E mulitple is 20 and P/S multiple is 5. This is because the market is placing a lot of weight on profitability as the players are well established i.e the players revenue stream is mature! I think BRVO is in its infancy and as such the multiples should be reversed i.e P/S multiple should be 20 and P/E 5. This states that SAles are critical to profitabiliy and profitability is important! If this assumption holds truth then if the sales are 50M plus in 2006 then that equates to 50 cents per share (approx). When muliplied by the P/S of 20, the share price will be $10. On the other hand if market looks critically at profits then, P/E would be 20 and if the net income is assumed to be 10% of sales of 50M that would equate to 5 cents a share (5/100=.05 approx) and share price =.05 *20= $1.0!
But I do know that management expects to be on NASDAQ next year. NASDAQ rules states that the bid price should be $4 or more for 90 consecutive trading days which is about 5 months. So if the PPS reaches $4 in 4Q then they would be eligible to apply somewhere in the 3Q of 2006 ( that's why a R/S will not help becuz of the 90 day rule). So the inference is that the PPS will reach a $5 value by end of year.
Hence my inference is that PPS will $5 - $10.
However I will start exiting in a 'stepped up' manner. I will recoup my initial investment when it reaches $2.
PS. the exit plan is a function of the portfolio objectives.
Everybody should their own DD, not once but thrice and act accordingly! JMO
Sons...there is a saying that says, " if there is smoke there must be fire!" and so the inference is "if there is rumour then there must be some truth!".
U bet. I am with U Bud!eom
I have sent out an email to Fortune, Forbes and Business Week to publish a story on Slammers as it will make an interesting read! Let's see if it happens. looking forward to next week. I did buy a few shares today. Thanks.
sonslong, I hope you are right! GLTA.EOM
BRVO on a roll!!! EOM
EVEN the cop!!! Go bury ur head in MUD.EOM
If it does in Vol 1M or greater for the next few days, then NMKT is heading North! eom
dividends have not been declared yet! Shareholders of 1 July are eligible to receive dividends!
It is going down alright but something is going on! there is too much noise on the RB board! But if you look at the insider transactions on Yahoo, there is whole lot of them wanting to sell but have not sold yet! take a look:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=NMKT.OB
by the by do you know why 1 July such a sacred date? Is it as off 1 July?
Augie, looks like NMKT is ready to pop! Do u get that insight/feeling? Unfortunately, I will have to be on the sidelines!!!!!1
Arkie, I did not ask about R/S. However let me tell u this, there is no need for a R/S as I feel the revenue momentum is strong. If u listened to their CC the CFO threw out a number like 150M too. Never know. If they can load up all "immediate consumption point" then they are on a roll. This means they not only have to get all the C-Stores, Ma & Pa stores but also all the Food Services companies that provide services to Scolls as well corporations, especially the bigger ones like IBM, GM, Chrysler, Ford. I think the latter is a biggie! Just my thoughts. In addition if they chose a R/S they can do it this year and not wait till next year!! But one never knows how the price will run up. Tomorrow should be a good day, I hope.
Augie, couldn't resist the temptation. I sold NMKT and plunged into BRVO (with the intention) of using the profits to renter NMKT at a later date. I am not too enamored with NMKT as I feel they are having problems getting financing. Also I am still wondering why Dan Scofield left. Even though they mentioned it in the 10Q, they did not say whether they were looking for replacement. I know Phil said they were but that was verbal and nothing in print to reassure the shareholders. In addition the question of transparency is a big issue. this is one of the main reasons why I whole heartedly plunged into BRVO. Their whole financial strategy is an open book. That's the way it should be so that the when the MMs read the 10Qs they know exactly what the capital structure is going to be! FRankly, the CEO of BRVO understands the capital markets as he is an ex-investment banker. my 2 cents. call him up and talk to him. you'll get a good feel for BRVO. He is accessible via email too!
PS. I bought some IFLB.OB , just in case!
from Roy Warren, CEO, when I spoke to him last week.
OT: JMO...BRVO is a buy upto $1. $1 by end of June!! they are considering to apply for NASDAQ next year, which means they to trade $4 for 90 days. AMEX is not their exchange of choice! $5 by end of the year.
Everybody should do their DD and buy accordingly!!
Augie, my 2 cents, any pull backs will be minor! look at the big picture:
The BIG picture..... for next year and beyond
50,000 stores by 3Q 2005
50 cents revenue per bottle
1 Bottle sale per store per day
Monthly revenue = $750,000
Annual Revenue = $9M
If there are 10 per day per store then Annual Rev = $90M!!
Right now they are shipping 3 different flavors. By the time they ship 9 different flavors and multipacks, the revenue potential increases dramatically.
Bottom line, BRVO is just at the beginning of the Growth Curve.
PS. Street...did u get on the train!! hoot! hoot! LOL
