The first late filing for the VTCQ annuals was announced 6 weeks before the late filing for OMHE's first quarter. We are in the 5th week since VTCQ's financials were released. The CFO said they would be released shortly after the annuals. Evidently his idea of shortly after and mine are a bit different but I would be very surprised if we don't see something by next week if not the end of this week.

The ground is starting to shake...we are getting close. Looking forward to seeing the 10-Q but really looking forward to seeing where Omni is headed from here! That could take this way higher than where it should be and from all of the research I've done on similar companies in the sector and considering the number of shares outstanding this should be around .20 to .30 on the confirmed current financials alone. Let's ride OMHE!!!!

A little DD on Malecon Health Mart Specialty Pharmacy and you will find that they are NOT simply a brick and mortar pharmacy. They do own a retail pharmacy but they are also a licensed wholesale pharmacy serving multiple nursing and retirement facilities. They are currently leasing a separate warehouse which would lead one to believe that their sales volume is substantial. They are supplying, stocking, managing, and instructing on the use of Parata's automated pharmacy solutions, APM's. These machines have become very popular as a way for medical establishments to provided accurate and immediate prescription fills 24/7 with much less overhead and eliminating the risk of human error or theft of medication. They offer specialty packaging and dispensing with their trademarked Maleconpack for long term treatment patients. These are both shipped, nationwide, and delivered to homes or businesses next day. They are also currently leasing an office to support their managing, support and sales services.

Knowing the profitability of pharmaceuticals and considering all that they involved with, it is not at all difficult to accept a 1.6 million dollar net as feasible number.

MCIG and OMHE are timing this thing IMO. If they pop it to early they risk it fizzling out before the end of the month/quarter. MCIG would want to maximize the value of their OMHE shares and likely sell some to reflect greater profit in their 4th and annual. I think OMHE will hit heavy this month and MCIG will end the year strong and be a star of the MJ stocks in the new year. Hopefully we will look back and realize what a brilliantly executed strategy was put in play here. I truly believe a lot of thought has went into this. Pretty clear to me. Win win because you know OMHE was given a nice bone with shares in both as well.

Everything that has been said about Omni is totally feasible. This 10k shows why vitacig gave up their brand and shifted their bussiness. That is all. There was some information in that 10k which leads me to believe they are likely doing well and why would MCIG have accepted shares at.02 a share last week instead of a cash payment unless they had good reason to believe the value would be much greater. I have been watching the trading and have seen nothing that appears to be a massive dumping of shares. Hopefully we will get more news before Monday.

Employees

As of April 30, 2016, the Company had no full-time employees and five independent contractors (including two members of management). Currently, Malecon Pharmacy has seven full time employees and three consultants. All employees of Malecon Pharmacy are considered work for hire and maintain no long term contracts. We may hire temporary labor for manufacturing needs as required. We believe that we will be able to hire a sufficient number of qualified employees to meet our employment needs. Our manufacturing process does not require special training, other than orientation to our production techniques and specific equipment. None of our employees is represented by a labor union or a collective bargaining agreement. We consider our relations with our employees to be good.
