You could be right. But common sense tells me, if my website is ready to go live and things are in place, I would start selling assp. If PR needs to be released all at once, thats ok too (plus they can also say product well received and x were sold first x days)

Hey guys, couple questions on GNCC. Hopefully you guys can shed some light.

1. So are we looking at 1st Q of 2019 or perhaps 2nd Q of 2019 for the facility to be up and running? and I assume with the time required for growing the leaves, production, we are probably not going to see the revenue until 2020?

2. Is this accurate (Per Jan 2017 article) that the greenhouse facility will occupy 5 mill SQ ish as opposed to 6 mill square miles?. Regardless it is still VERY big - but I am curious.

According to the company's news release, the facility will include an 118-acre fully-automated greenhouse, a 900,000-square-foot operation and manufacturing warehouse, a 96,000-square-foot research center and a 12-megawatt power generation facility. He said the first phase of the greenhouse will be completed in September, which should allow for manufacturing and processing of plants in the late part of 2017.

3. Love the oil business - in fact, some companies that plant and manufactured the oil has VERY high margin - like 70%. With plantation of this size, how are we distributing these products? CVSI takes years to build its doistribution channel - granted they were NOT in supporting environment with all the regulation. Understand that they have 500 gaming facilities to distribute the beverages, BUT this I believe will not be the focus of operation and margin is not going to be that high

4. Are they talking about selling across state line?

I am feeling that the numbers from China and Japan would not be as big as US and Aus. For a starter, there may be a lot of counterfeit product or a copy in China. But given they are manufactured there, perhaps a decent distribution would be enough to bring small revenue. If I were to guess, the number from USA alone would probably be more than $1 mill. It is all just my opinion though based on what I saw. On a side note, I did reach out to the distributor in AUS to see if they would be willing to share how the market looks like down there - If they do tell me, I would share it here.

Agreed. I think proof of revenue will drive this to the roof. Eagle Energy is exciting. From what I read, they sold 60K units within months of inception ( I think 6 mths). Granted that publicity from Forbes, Huff Post and Times probably helped. Regardless though, I strongly believe that sale number is do able today as well

Questions for some people here though.
1. Since this is not part of State Land, does that mean that GNCC wont be paying state tax?
2 When the facility goes online and assuming its running at full capcity, where does the product can be shipped? I read somewhere that they cannot ship out of state? So in my mind, there may potenially be excess production?
3. Is the 30 million float accurate? I can only find the information as of 2011 per otcmarkets.com and if it is accurate, I am assuming the float is pretty much locked up
4. To work with FDA to approve novel prescription drugs, is this going to be a pharma company and if so, are they planning to do a Clinical Trial?
