sorta my friend. I will nor respond to you anymore. Good luck.I am interested in making money not engaging in BS with people who are self destructive. You are now on ignore. Have a good life.
:)We will all be sad. I guess you subscribe to the random walk theory of investing. Its Friday night in Bolivia and I think there is a party going on. Let's celebrate. I expect the board to light up next week.Early morning trading in Frankfort should be a good indication since their seems to ba astrong connection there with Miramonte. I think miramonte trnslates to Look t the MOuntain. If it doesn't , it should.
The company advised that Miramonte was on site to examine the Pulacayo project. They are committed, I believe, since the company is paying them $200,000 to erect the pilot plant. Likewise, according to reports from the company(which many here deem unreliable), Escala is being revamped with workers hired and the mine being taken out of mothballs. My experience in investing is that if big money or a credible benefactor gets involved , such as the Rothschilds, the players soon take notice. The political situation in Bolivia has seemed to stabilize in favor of a more capitalistic bent. Nothing the typical investor can do but wait. MOnday will be a very important day to confirm that the company has turned the corner and eliminated the shenanigans so prevalent in third worlde countries. I hope your anger at getting in at the wrong time has dissipated. This can still be a big winner.
If the stock closes at or over .01 it will have broken a resistnace level on the upside my smart TA friends advise. I wonder if the bankers are getting involved. Maybe we will get some news or a newletter on Monday. Trueheart's hiatus may have caused the turn:)

You make some good points. If Gdr Privee can get big money behind the company, it will soon be reflected in the stock price. This usually happens before the news is announced so they insiders can front run.
Follow the money. The co0mpany has been hindered, like most staretups, from a lack of capital to sommence their many ambitious projects. If Gregoire likes what he sees in the potential, we will be on our way. People who invest love to follow winners. The whinners here may so be quieted as two projects may commence operations shortly giving needed cash flow.
Maybe they want to update the Miramonte deal and the Escala project. Rather have complete info then a rush newsletter.
This morning Franfort traded 50,000 shares at .008 euros which is .011 US. LOw volume makes it hard to determine if 14.6% move is meaningful but ask is now .009 which is .01125 US. Bid is .006 or .0083 US approximating the close on otc pinks.OT NYBOB: any photos of the escala mining complex. The word escala means scale or range in English.
There probably dilution going on. That is the point of my post. I don't know what TA gagging is. The stock is under a penny.I suggest you read the great amont on info posted on Ihub and then gon int the companys website so you can familarize yourself with this company. Good luck.
Relax my friend and do not waste time on the mentally challenged. My reading of the 5 million per day sales in Franfort is that the company is raising the money from big investors who are taking stock instead of notes. This would be a sign of confidence. The comapny requires $200,000 to pay for the pilot plant at Pulacayo plus another $400,000 to take Escala out of mothballs and put the equipment into working order. Based upon the sales of stock to date, I think they have reached their target. The stock has been depressed so they could deliver at a agreed price to the investor in my opinion. The next big announcement may be the Miramonte schedule to build the plant now that the meetings have been concluded.
True baby: read Jim's post 7193 of June 2006 to get a sense of his acumen. Don't be so sensitive. I am seeing progress and believe the company is ready to finally do some mining. Wonder who was at the dinner celebration tonight. Miramonte, Rothschild, Comibol?? Or Moe, Larry and Curly? Time will tell.
More good news. It seems we will be mining Escala by the end of September. I think we should also hear about the schedule for Pulacayo once the meetings with Miramonte is concluded. Things seem to be moving nicely now as management has decided to keep oits eye on the ball. BTW another 4.8 million shares traded this mornung in Frankfort. Looks like someone is taking a nice position.
Nice statement and I'm sure NYBOB appreciates the sentiment. Like others here, I second the emotion. His insight and information, has made a major difference to aid the due diligence required to make an investor confident in his position. William and Jaime have devoted great effort in making this venture successful and I continue to believe that the networking with Bolivia, Rothschild, Miramonte and others will soon pay off. This latest contract shows that if they can start the real work of mining we all are waitting for, this comapny can be a force in a country rich in minerals and a ambitious work force.Hope they will be breaking out the champagne to celebrate Independence Day in Bolivia. I think this week may be very interesting as volume at Frnakfort exchange something big may be soon announced. Most successful businesses are started with OPM.
This week may represent an important milstone in the company. The July 19 announcement advised that meetings in La Paz, Potosi, and Buenos Airesd were scheduled with Gdr Privee, and government and fmnj management to make the Bolivians comfortable with the new backers. Since then Miramonte and Zurich investment bankers have entered the picture. My reading of the news is that Gregoire de rothschilds group is primarily interested in the gtl plant to be erected in Argentina. Miramonte and the Zurich connections seem to be involved in the Pulacayo project and hopefully can support t5he Cerro Rico and new mini8ng project just signed by Comobol. The volume in Frankfort this week seems to suggest that some big players are getting involved. The August newsletter should clarify what is going on. Stock looks real cheap here at just under a penny.
Another 4.8 million shares traded in Franfort as the company I believe is contining to evenly distribute shares to institutions or investors. Things should get very interesting as Miramonte gears up to erect the pilot flotation plant.
I wonder if miramonte staff will visit new mining project to lend their expertise. Hmm. Things are looking up.
Another 5.4 million shares traded this morning in Frankfort. Starting to look like the stock is in play once again. The trend is your friend. Does anyone know if the yahoo frankfort prices are in US or Euros. All trades at .008 would translate to .011 US. Hope the buyer is Miramonte anticipating a strong partnership.
The metals trading announcement was removed from the new stories right before the discharge of the lawyer and manager at the Bolivia branch of the company when the special audit revealed irregularities.I think the metal trading has and is off the table as the company cleaned house. Do not count on any meaningful info from Steve who is a very young assistant of A. Austin. The play here currently is with the synergy between Miramonte and Franklin along with whatever financing can be arranged via Zurich and Rothschild connections. Let's hope they are all at next weeks party celebrating a bright new future. Again, the stock action should lead the way.Fmj.F also seems to be a good indicator.
Thanks for finding the 10q for march31 2007 on the website.some interesting quick observations. the float is now 1.8 billion shares. The company raised approximately 200,000 in stock subsriptions which I believe will cover the cost of the pilot plant at pulacayo to be erected by miramonte. The company hopes to raise additional capital from management, shareholdrs and merger activity. The filing of the 10q may also satisfy the requirement to move to otcbb. Sorry if you are troubled by my optimism. The next newsletter should be very informative. I note the Q was filed on July 26,2007. I believe the company raised an additional 100 grand today from stock sales. Good luck. Also of note that all the heavy action has come at the asked at the close the past few days. This is a strong indicator.
This is my take on todays stock action. 2.5 million shares traded in frankfort and 10.5 million in the US. Almost all of the shares traded at the offer of .009. this suggests to me that the company was crossing stock out of treasury to a institutional buyer. The proceed from these trades is approximately $115,000. Based upon the normal average volune of 2 million shares,I assume that there was very little retail buying. It would appear that if my thesis is correct, an investor has been given a position of 10,000,0000 shares. We may never learn who this is but some may speculate it is a group out of zurich or maybe even a zurich brokerage such as Reynolds who need the shares for inventory to make a market in the stock. Like NYBOB, I believe the pink sheets make a very disorderly market and there now are few market makers for fmnj. The bulletin board would be a great improvement if the company's paperwork is now in order.I would love to be a fly on the wall at the miramonte meetings. Hopefully other big wigs from zurich will be arriving in Bolivia soon to party. Unlike the many naysayers here, I view the latest developments as very bullish.
good find. if the .012 close is in eros it would be almost .o17 US. also nice volume. Funny how somone always knows something before the general public. Todays trsding should nbe bery interesting. Perhaps miramonte likes what they see
If the miramonte mining company is a good fit, maybe the parties will consider a merger of some kind. Miramonte has the mining expertise and Franlin has a lease on great property and a inexpensive hungry work force. Franlin Miramonte has a nice ring. Who knows, one can dream. The meeting of Bolivian bigwigs and Franlins new business partners from Zurich during the holiday may be very important.
This is not the time to worry about market makers. The assumption that gblt is making a market for the company sale of stock can be off base and is just a guess. I prefer to concentrate on fundamentals now and it seems that the miramonte staff will be touring potosi as well as pulacayo. If they are impressed with the 5 veins frnaklin has secured, it would not be a stetch for them to assist in this major project. I think it is also interesting that the Zurich connection seems to be strong.Franklin may be hosting a big party featurring introduction to the government contacts with new partners as Bolivian independence day nears next week. hoping for lots of good news soon.
buyers are starting to wake up. if we break the .01 level the stock cn see a parabolic move. Selling pressure drying up as prospects improve. Party time soon in Bolivia. The price willo tell if good things are happening. Bollinger bands starting to expand for those int TA.
I would have to see the contract to answer your question. My guess is that the $1000 per ton figure is the complete cost of the building of the plant. The company previously announced that they hoped to fund the 5 plants by pyramiding the cash flow as each palnt comes on line. Looking foward to completion of the inital pilot plant and a report on its economic viability. The next newlstter should be far more optomistic than the last one. Also Miramontes expertise in mining should be very valuable in moving Cerro Rico foward if this business arrangement is expanded. I also noticed that Miramonte was listed in Germany in Frankfort in June and is using RG Securities, a Zuruch brokerage to trade its shares. Getting and connecting with investment bankers is crucial to capitalize the company to move the ambitious projects foward.Wish I took up German as a second language.
I have not been to the property but I am seriously considering making the trip with a girlfriend from Floida. Thanks to NYBOBS posting and videos, the Pitosi area seem to be interesting place to visit before I die. The cocoa leaf should help allievate some of the pain caused by this investment and what better place to get high than the highest city in the world. Pulacayo is also on the agenda. Too bad I am moiving my office now since the independence day festivities sound cool. I added today for the first time in many months as I am encouraged that a major turn around is about to occur. Paid .009 for most. Looking for some nice PR soon from the usual subjects.Cerro Rico is still the elepahnat in the room in my opinion.
It appears all they neede is $200,000 to get started. It will be interesting if someone with a technical background can estimate how much money the company can make per day on each ton of processed tailings. Also it looks like we can start to fulfill the zinc contract from Japan.
The first plant capble of 200 tons will cost the company $200,000. If Petty is still following the plan enunciated in his interview, the company will use the profits from the first plant to pay for the constuction of the second plant which will cost $4oo,000. after two plants are online, it will have enough cash flow to quickly build the next three. Now I wonder if Miramonte has toured cerro rico and perhaps are interested in lending their mining expertise on a collaboration on the big project.
Finally the news we have all been hoping for as Mi ramonte will construct a total of 5 plants capable of processing 1800 tons per day of tailings at pulacayo. The first plant will be constucted on August 4. It will be informative to know how long it will take to complete the first and the four subsequent plant. The total cost to construct the plant appears to be 1.8 million if I am reading the release correctly. Good luck to all as it appears we are finally truly a mining company!!!
Stock trades in Euro dollars so you have to multiply by 1.3845 to get the US dollare conversion rate. Yestersay was the scheduled inspection of the worksites by miramonte mining people. Perhaps we will get news soon if the inspection went favorably. Someone always knows more than the average investor so much is based on guess work. The stock movement ,if any, will show what insiders are betting on especially with the volume being so light and few market makers being involved.
Is this the Mclaughlin Gang or a FMNJ board. The only politics I care a about is getting a financing and contracting deal. The next two weeks will be crucial and I look foward to company updates on the Rothschild and Miramonte Mining connection, if any.My hope is that the tete a tete is indicative of an major deal in the works. The stock movemant and volume this week should give a clue to the decision to buy, sell or hold.Read Ayn Rand, Karl Marx, or Harry Potter for a clue.
does anyone here know the date that franlin mining bolivia was formed. I know it was in 2004 fronm the website but the date is not given, I'm sure NYBOB has the info. I am interested since the company stated the meetings in bolivia would coincide with the anniversary of Franklin Bolivia as well as the Independence day celebration of Aug 6.
The next two weeks should be very interesting. It would not be surprising to see Rothschild, the Zurich investment bankers, or Miramonte take a position now if they truly believe in the companies prospects. Looking to see a big volume spike if this investment thesis holds true. The BS squabbling on this board is getting tiresome.Who cares about nom de plumes. This is supposed to be a site to share info to make money. Lets see some thoiughful ananysis
The Bolivian Independence day is August 6. Note that Miramonte mining and Technicon people will be attending. It looks like Jaime wants the mucky mucks in Bolivia and Argentina to get comfortable with the new partners in investment and contracting for the projects. Hopefully it will be a celebaratory party.
Money- years of investment experience has taught me one important rule: Never take investment advice from someone who is not richer than you are. If the company can conclude a deal here and get income to start up cerro rico, the stock is a great buy. Ignore the losers who purchased this stock at much higher levels and are venting their frustrations. If one makes a investment mistake, one should, in my opinion, accept the loss and move on. People who have lost money and knock the stock so that others will not invest are either masochistic or stupid. In any event, they are not worth addressing. The failure to commence Pulacayo project has caused the selloff here.Jamie has given his mia culpa and expressed the conviction that he believes that it will be resolved in the near future. If pulacayo gets started, the stock should reverse course. The honesty in the newsletter leads me to believe that this management deserves a chance to realize their dream. Apparently the Miramonte people took the same investment thesis and is making it work. Cheap labor and a strong silver market can make this a bonanza.
I have started to do some investigtion of Miramonte Mining ag as it appears that they may embark on a collaboration with franklin on some projects commencing with pulacayo. It appears that the company has recently been listed on the Frankfort stock exchange and is being sponsored by RG Securitie AG which I think means RG is acting as market makers. Miramonte looks to be a aggressive mining company that is has commenced mining gold in Equador. If anyone can find out who the principals are behind Miramonte it may be helpful in establishing whetehr this relationshio with Frnaklin, if established , will be fruitful.Frnaklin's newsletter seems to suggest that they are looking to overcome the Franklin Bolivia mistake of hiring the wrong managers. Hopefully Jamie and Bill will keep their eye on the ball and look to the main issue of cash flow now to generate income for the important projects.Any posters who have any info or research will be appreciated since this may be the time to reload.
wnat does it say
TRUE- I disagree. I think that miramonte deal would be more in the nature of subcontactors to install and run the pulacayo plant and then maybe lend their expertise to cerro rico. Fmnj's advantage in Bolivia is political. If you don't think that is a big deal look at the US snd Dick Chaneys company.Don't think Zurich people are not too unsophisticated to take this much higher. They will probably frontrun before we know what was happening ....I hope.stock looks like a good spec here.
Money. Instead of wasting time responding to people who add no information on this investment, I respectfully suggest you due your own due diligennce on Miramonte Mining AG. It appears obvious that Jamie and Bill were introduced to the principals recently when they were un Zurich talking to bankers. This appears to be an agressive company that is buiding gold mimes in Equador and is interested in investing in other ventures in South Americas. Would like to know more about the principals involved at Miramonte. Tired of the BS here. Lets see if this has a shot to be a major investor in fmnj.I am ignoring the posters who bitc=]h and moan because they invested at the wrong time. The question is whether this stock is ready to move now based on current events.he newsleteris a good start
