Thanks for finding the 10q for march31 2007 on the website.some interesting quick observations. the float is now 1.8 billion shares. The company raised approximately 200,000 in stock subsriptions which I believe will cover the cost of the pilot plant at pulacayo to be erected by miramonte. The company hopes to raise additional capital from management, shareholdrs and merger activity. The filing of the 10q may also satisfy the requirement to move to otcbb. Sorry if you are troubled by my optimism.The next newsletter should be very informative. I note the Q was filed on July 26,2007. I believe the company raised an additional 100 grand today from stock sales. Good luck.Also of note that all the heavy action has come at the asked at the close the past few days. This is a strong indicator.
