An upcoming release will include locationing tools to help you find merchants using the technology.

Mr. Starrs has 16 years experience developing anti-fraud technology related to network transactions and has previously worked with the US National Security Agency under a Co-Operative Research and Development Agreement and Patent License Agreement to develop and commercialize network security related technology. There are so many possibilities. I honestly don't have the inside scoop. I rely on videos, written comments, etc. I can see us growing into the current structure, or a buyout before we reach the minimum PPS required for Nasdaq.

I assume they would spinoff GreenPay first, and each entity would then handle their share structure plans separately.

The SEC ACCEPTED FORM 10. They uploaded their standard Acceptance Letter dated October 8 to Edgar.

I recall disputes as to whether the SEC did, in fact, accept the Form 10 and concerns our CEO issued a press release stating the same. Please note that Ed's Press Release was issued the same day the SEC informed him of their acceptance.

The funding deal will provide us with capital needed for expansion, primarily in Africa, by giving us access to up to a million in loans. We have already borrowed $250,000, we may or may not borrow more. We intend to repay this, and the other loans we have with revenue from Africa.
