Thank you for that most current information!
What is the source of that 5 year timeframe? In the video I watched he stated a couple of years to be bought out.
I sincerely hope you are right and I am wrong. However if I believe what Mark Kay said in a video taped interview the company will be bought out "in a couple years". Please watch it yourself then tell me what you think our CEOs goal is.
The point is some make money. The abundance of one and two tick flippers here have a firm hold on trading, for now. However, many will regret taking the chance of missing out on a big gain to snag a small one in the near future IMHO.
A nickel seems reasonable to me. I base that higher estimate on the value of our IP. A guy just sold an app to Snapchat for $54 million. He is now on an endless vacation with his family according to the MSNBC article I read this AM. Do you think securing peoples personal and financial info is more valuable than a Snapchat app? I may be out in left field on this but IMHO
it is. What do you think?
Right, volume proceeds price. If we look at the past week's figures your scenario of a "dip and rip" is quite plausible!
You have a point. Once the veracity of the reports(which I already believe)of our product being on Target computer department shelves is verified by an official PR the trips will be history. Fortunately, I was just able to snag some more shares at .0009 IMHO these fire sale prices will be gone soon!
You're absolutely right! Any long term stockholder should support the company and buy its products. Like Warren Buffet advises, know what you own. He doesn't invest in things he doesn't understand. He didn't understand how Enron was making so much money and didn't buy a single share to the initial disappointment of his fund holders. They thanked him later! I've bought both Guarded ID and Mobile Trust. I know my personal and financial info is a lot safer because of them. So, in clear conscience I have recommended my friends and family purchase them. I hope all my fellow longs do the same. Go SFOR!
Thank you for posting that photo, it gives us hope! Another poster verified the veracity of your photo with card info. It is legit. However, this is not the official rollout. I just called the company and was told a PR would be issued when that takes place soon. What you caught on camera IMHO is an eager beaver computer department manger jumping the gun a little. He or she realizes the value of our product and wanted to get it on the shelf and in consumers hands ASAP. I appreciate their initiative.
Since I've only been here a couple months I don't know how many RS occurred in the past. But they are in the painful past when SFOR was fighting for its life. It's a new page on which Mark Kay wrote no RS. I believe him. It looks like he's fulfilling another promise if the photo just posted is real. Guarded ID is starting to appear on Target store shelves earlier than anticipated. It looks like once again Mark Kay has under promised and over delivered! Thank You Mr. Kay for being a man of your word.
Our lawyers brilliant strategy is obvious. Do what works. As you'll recall Microsoft bought PhoneFactor which we were suing for patent infringment. Our team won that one. Now they are suing Trustwave for patent infringment. In 2015 Trustwave entered a definitive agreement to be acquired by Singapore Telecom. This 130 year old company is Asia's leading communications group. The SFOR legal team will be using the legal precedent of their successful case against one of America's leading IT companies against another huge business. Their KISS formula is IMHO simple and effective, wash, rinse, repeat. Can you say JACKPOT! Go get 'em Blank Rome team, tear 'em up! Go SFOR, all the way to the bank! Granted payday may be a couple years off but the income stream from this point of Mark Kay's 4 point company growth plan has the potential to be a sizeable one with even more lawsuits.
This is America. We are a nation of law. We litigate and our team wins because it is in the right in defense of our company's IP.
I'm taking Mark Kay at his word about no RS. His exact quote has been posted here several times. I believe him to be a man of integrity. He is executing on the 4 point company growth plan as promised. He strikes me as a man of quiet competence. IMHO he will under promise but over deliver and we will benefit by the way he operates.
CyberJ tells it like it is! Good analysis of how and why some tick flippers operate as they do. As for me those tick flippers will have to pry my shares out of my cold, dead hands. I'm holding for the big payday and adding to my position modestly every payday! Good luck to all longs. Go SFOR!
The price did rise to .0011 today where tick flippers sold. They started reloading at .0008 as indicated by todays volume.
Some hope to continue to reload at that price anticipating a transitory short term dip back to .0008 It is a winning strategy right now for them. I don't want to risk missing out if there is a dramatic price increase so I buy and hold until then. What is your trading strategy for this stock and why?
That won't happen until our lawyers approve the release of the names of the companies being sued for patent infringement. There is some legal reason for this. Another poster quoted Mark to that effect.
Much appreciate it wireshark43. You're absolutely right, SFOR is the best in it's class! Much depends on marketing efforts to make consumers and potential business and industrial clients aware of that.
This may be bad news for our patent infringement cases! What do you think?
Please change June to July in accordance with the corrected timeframe that another poster brought to our attention. We must help one another in maintaining current and accurate information in the postings here or the message board loses credibility. Thanks!
I believe you're wrong as I was wrong when I wrote the same inaccuracy awhile back. I referenced a statement from Mark that unknown to me, had been updated later on. I was corrected by another poster with a more current quote from Mark. Unless you have even more recent info the timeframe for our software to be on the shelves nationwide in Target's computer departments is around mid July. Please correct me if you can update us. Thanks!
This is great! It proves we definitely have the better tech. Could you please provide the name of the publication page 8 came from. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What's sad about Staples is their merchandise reset date. When I called and inquired I was told that it is in October. Consequently, our company's product will not be on their software shelves until then. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Please don't shoot the messenger!
That would be great news if they did infringe on our patent!
Another potential lawsuit target for SROR's legal team to go after. If we keep on winning in court in defense of our intellectual property some heavy hitter in the IT industry may just buy us out to acquire it IMHO.
Possible Lawsuit Target List: Google, Facebook and Twitter IMHO.
As others posted and verified there are going to be 3 more lawsuits in defense of our intellectual property. Google, Facebook and Twitter all offer two-step authentication. SFOR has successfully defended in court its patent for out of band authentication. If you go back and read the article attached to message #58075 posted by Massman 33 you'll see background on this issue. Then you'll ask why isn't Citibank on the patent infringement target list? They also offer two-step authentication.
IMHO it's because our CEO is playing it smart! In his company growth plan he stated that the financial and healthcare industries are our corporate audience. He's not about to bite the hand that may be feeding us in the future. What do you think? Who do you think is on the lawsuit target list and why?
I guess I'm kind of old school when it comes to marketing. I still see the value of having our product in an old fashion bricks and mortar setting like the Target computer department. Particularly if sales people are incentivized as you wrote! Also, you are spot on regarding impulse purchases. The computer literate public is aware of the threat posed by key loggers and that their anti-virus protection can't stop a zero day attack. When they are checking out what's new in the software section and see we have the product to meet that critical need I believe they will buy it and tell their family & friends about it & where to buy it.
We'll know whose right when sales figures for the 3rd quarter are released in (correct me if I'm wrong) late October.
The updated number of Target stores is 896 nationwide.(the ones that have computer departments). Yeah, I know there was mention of 900 earlier. I think that was a rounded estimate they got from Target. I was told the exact number turned out to be 896. I do not fault SFOR for this minor inaccuracy. IMHO they released the estimated number to give us hope that things were in the works.
The main thing is that a PO was processed, our product was shipped to a central warehouse and then distributed to all those Target stores NATIONWIDE!
Our CEO gets things done! I called and reported that the Target on-line shopping site might be causing some customer frustration with their "in stores" notice. I was told Target marketing was out of SFOR control. However, I noted later that confusing notice was deleted from the site. I appreciate a CEO who will listen to stockholder input and promptly act on it if appropriate. I also eagerly anticipate the day that an In Stores notice reappears announcing our nationwide product rollout.
Sadly, I don't think so. Please read post # 59273 by ZPaul. In it Mark mentions "early July" as being the on the shelf date for Target stores. This is a revision of the June timeframe I referenced in a previous post of T minus 14 and counting. Add another couple of weeks to that figure. Consequently it looks like the 1 to 4 tick traders will be able to continue to dominate the PPS unless there is a game changing PR. Which IMHO is possible. As for me I'm holding tight & will pick up some shares at these low prices to add to my position. Good luck to all longs!
Papa P what epo client means can be found at www.mcafee.com which states "The McAfee agent is the distributed component of McAfee orchestrator (McAfee ePO)". Hope this helps.
Would you please repost that e-mail or give us the message number to look it up. Thanks!
T minus 14 and counting Mark wrote in a previous message that our product would be in Target stores in June. He has been a straight shooter with us. IMHO he is a man of integrity. Consequently I believe we will have liftoff on or before July first. I'm not flipping for a tick or two because I don't want to be on the wrong side of the trade when SFOR has its nationwide rollout in Target.
That window is closing soon. According to the March 23, 2016 Financial Strategy Update. "We are pleased to announce both products are available online via www.Target.com and will be on their shelves in June of this year". Go to the site and you will see the statement "In stores only" under a Guarded ID package as I did yesterday. IMHO that means a purchase order was processed, product shipped to a central warehouse and is now being distributed to hundreds of Target stores with computer departments nationwide! A PR announcing that Guarded ID is now on the shelves of those stores may be issued by the end of the month.
I believe there will be fireworks by the 4th of July and flippers will be chasing a PPS heading North.
You're right, for now. It will be dead money until a PR. At best it will trade in a channel of 4 ticks that flippers can take advantage of. However, they risk missing out big time once news of being on the shelves of Target stores nationwide is released.
That time is coming soon. Hang in there fellow longs!
Check it out yourself. Go to the Target Official Site at www.target.com then type in the product name Guarded ID.
Two come up. The one on the right is "Only in stores" for $39.99
Can anyone verify that the product is now on Target store shelves?
If true this is good news and worthy of a PR IMHO.
Is Guarded ID on Target shelves yet? I went to the Target shopping on line site minutes ago. It shows two Guarded IDs one for $29 on line and another for $39 with the words "In Store". Are we there?
