Truly Excellent, 4sledogs.
We are ALL so much indebted to you for your very dedicated and impressive efforts.
Percival77 .... you're a refreshing optimist!
But I think I hope, i mean... I maybe even believe you...
Ahhh, like fresh Ocean Breezes today!
Tomorrow there is some confidence of a news release? That'd be good.
I'm figuring those putting the big bucks up via the Reg A, if it happens, will let this fall to .005, or potential bankruptcy status, until the new product gets adopted by the public, and starts generating revenue.
Thanks very much for this analysis.
Definitely compliment.
Now, now -- it's not a bad place...
We also have astronauts and sled dogs, whom we're very proud of.
Gold49er...
I am so Happy that you "can actually write without shortcuts in complete sentences".
Just wanted you to know how happy it makes me to read good English in my country.
SFOR is doing alright.
I know of another co. that is trading in the same range, .01, with no useful product yet released, and that furthermore has diluted shareholders to an equivalent of 1.2 Trillion of their pre-reverse-split shares. By comparison, SFOR looks like an active working Gold Mine -- and one that hit the Motherlode.
Wake me when it's $1 one day....
Too laaate, dalink'!!!
Just kidding ...
Laughing at the first line...
Sorry
Is this appropriate to this msg board?
This, I can Promise you all; I shall fall Silent and never speak here again,
When the share price has regained $1.
"Elementary," said he. "It is one of those instances where the reasoner can produce an effect which seems remarkable to his neighbour, because the latter has missed the one little point which is the basis of the deduction. The same may be said, my dear fellow, for the effect of some of these little sketches of yours, which is entirely meretricious, depending as it does upon your retaining in your own hands some factors in the problem which are never imparted to the reader.
The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes (1893)
Watson and Holmes in "The Crooked Man" (Doubleday p. 412)
I think we get big Buy-ins at .0033...
Words of Wisdom and Brilliance, Toadfish!
P.S. I cannot condone the use of any Primate images for Entertainment purposes....
XOXO
I hope you are right: they have a great Concept. But they need to understand the Market has Zero Tolerance for time-wasting diversions or deviations from the MISSION.
I'm thinking of a mother, who, annoyed, uses Swanlock to freeze her kid's phone. Then, something unexpected and terrible happens, and the kid cannot reach her for HELP.
BAD IDEA!!!
What is Time Wasting, is the insensible cheer-leading squad.
I knew that. Just as I am certain you understand perfectly well what is going on here, and don't need other posters to correct your understanding, or con you into believing things are rosier than they are...
But would little kids understand that, or remember what to do when their phone locks up and they possibly panic? I doubt it, in many situations.
Phil I'm sure you understand correctly.
I'll even bet that English is your native language, and that you don't need "help" in the form of dishonest propaganda, to form your opinion.
I Agree with you... Major Detour and ugly surprise so soon after a massive Reverse Split.
Worse still, the app has all kinds of unpleasant and unpalatable implications. Too many legal liability hazards. Being able to remotely disable other's phones so easily could even be said to have national security implications. This "Swanlock" diversion of shareholders attention from the long delayed alleged anti-bullying app, was NOT a nice surprise from any angle.
Do you suppose they could be waiting to see how much someone might pay they to NEVER release it?
Equivalent of 1.2 TRILLION OS now, relative to pre 1/2000 reverse split.
Be lucky if it holds .0001.
No. 60 Million shares is 60 Million shares.
Restricted shares are only restricted for finite time periods.
Then the dumpathon really gets momentum.
Pretty scary times. Suggest reading the CEO's letter to shareholders from last July, 2016.
Sounded like we are waiting for a turn around in the dry bulk shopping sector.
Only thing I feel sure of: we might break even if we can buy a few millions at .0002....
Great!!!! I have a BUY order open for 1.4 Million shares.

"Where are the loyal Longs?"
Still holding the bag, 95 to 99% losses
Trust has been destroyed by the constant pumping of apologists for a company that cares little for shareholders, or is incompetent at effective fund-raising. Great concept, but never should have been an IPO.
Wasn't ready for Prime Time.
Those who use this board to lure in naive buyers to boost their share price, instead of speaking truth, are not helping anyone.
If you want to help the stock, quit posting -- because those painting a rosy picture have lost credibility.
Wait for real news from the company itself, and let that news speak for itself.
Everybody so grateful to you for all the DD, ZPaul.
Please forgive my ignorance: who are TPG?

It is a sorry state of affairs.
Pre-split equivalent of over 22 BILLION shares now trading. And those just the unrestricted.... so the recent dilution must be massive.
And remember who kept insisting that the CEO had to do the RS to keep the price well above .01 for Regulation A funding. Without that, we were told, there is no hope. Why a 1 for 2000 RS instead of 1 for 500, say? Looks like planned post RS dilution of the OS. So, now, this idealistic little company is maybe a Speculative buy at .0001-.0002, without Reg A funding.
On the other hand, may not survive.
At .0002 again, one might have a chance to recover some losses.
CORRECTION:
Re: pennies4beer Post# 14406
Are you saying there is now a float of unrestricted common shares of 11 million, after the 1/2000 reverse split?
An equivalent of 22 Billion pre-split shares are tradable now?
Or that is just the difference between restricted and unrestricted?
What, in simple English, with no nuances, is the current OS?
Thank you.
11,000,000 x 2000= 22 Billion
Are you saying there is now a float of unrestricted common shares of 11 million, after the 1/2000 reverse split?
An equivalent of 17.6 Billion pre-split shares are tradable now?
Or that is just the difference between restricted and unrestricted?
What, in simple English, with no nuances, is the current OS?
Thank you.
So .035 is not an unreasonable near to intermediate term aspiration....
You realize the equivalent of 1.6 Billion pre-split shares traded Friday?
Similar the day or two before that, except the symbol conversion day.
That can only mean very substantial dilution has occurred and is probably not finished.
So, until all the conversion dilution (that is supposed to explain this) stops, there is just no point talking about where it "should" be. The toxic debt converters/diluters can take it down to .0002 if they are callous enough to do so.
Are you the one with the 35M shares?
Then I say I be rich 2!
Thanks very much for all the work that went into this!
I tend to agree.
