Yeah, they can't go into an interview like this at no bid. Something's gotta happen before then
So is the case just major dilution? People closer to the company and armed with a lot more knowledge than we have here must be buying it by the armload, if the DD here is correct. It either must be diluted to the stratosphere or it is being artificially held down somehow. My bet is the former. Keep in mind, I am a holder of tens of millions of shares, and I still believe where we're going. I'm just getting a little skeptical with the no bid X .0001 ask.
Ok, I'm playing devil's advocate here. If that were the case, wouldn't people "in the know" have bought the hell outta this and have us way higher than .0001 already? Don't get me wrong, I'm deeply invested in this, but i figured we'd be out of the cellar by now.
Good post. Well put. eom
3 new boardmarks. Starting to heat up around here!
Cash, do you not think this will be in the pennies in the future?
Just picked up some more cheapies. My avg. is now .00018. C'mon Carol, give us the good word!
I would bet that she will talk about BCLOC. It is what makes them stand out in their field. It is important that people see there is a new option in commercial lending.
Just picked up a few more here. Looking forward to sept. 7th!
A little earlier, someone posted a link about cellar boxing. How is HCPC gonna break out of the cellar? That info was pretty disheartening, and explains a lot about the bashers here.
Damn, Tom! How many have you picked up this week? Thanks for shrinking our float. Your average price has got to be pretty low by now. Is this your largest holding, if you don't mind me asking?
If/when it happens, I will just ride free shares. I will just be selling enough to cover my basis then let the other shares, which will be a lot, considering my avg. cost is under .0002 ride on into the sunset. two years down the road either this company will be gone, or we will be on this board, fairly wealthy, and laughing about when this stock was at .0001.
Geaux, didn't you call the upswing in the Dow the other day? Nice call, if my mind serves me correctly.
Cash, do you know if the huge and sudden jump in volume today was from 1 transaction? I noticed earlier that the volume jumped from 63MM shares to 200+MM quite quickly.
If you feel that way, then why do you continue to loiter at this board? Of course you can do whatever you want, but it sure seems like a monumental waste of time to keeping posting about a stock that you have no stake in. Move on, man!
Cool link! eom.
Ye who have no faith!
I think you'll be fine in the long run..
Interesting. Thanks for posting, Howard. It will be interesting to see how things may change.
The 10+MM is what the O/S is worth.
The question I have is the $3.7MM revs. Who is paying them on the promissory notes?
Yeah, now maybe we'll finally quit hearing the bashers constant refrain of dilution.
Look at the very bottom. They show the share number at 10,050,000,000...instead of 10,499,000,000. There's no actual update on the pr about share structure changing, but the numbers are different from the ibox.
You're right. there is a 440 MM difference. Good catch.
They did release the numbers. CREEP posted the link on message 73099
Exactly. EOM.
Excellent! They kept their word and posted today! I take back my negative grousing earlier. Numbers look good!
I'm not whining. I just think it shows a lack of integrity when they don't follow through on their own timeline. If they want to be taken seriously as a player in this market, they need to stick to what they say they're going to do. Like I said, there's still time left in the day, so hopefully they are preparing it as we speak.
I agree. I know there's still time left in the day, but they really need to stick to their timelines when they make them. I was certainly hoping they would release it before the open, but now I'm just hoping they make it sometime today. I'll be pretty disappointed if nothing comes out today. It says a lot about the integrity of the company, IMO. There are 1920 restless investors relying on the info that Heritage gives us, and there may be fewer investors tomorrow if they don't deliver something today.
I'm still holding this, but you can't possibly believe anything that Jared, or especially Brian say. I've lost almost all faith in these stooges. Hopefully I'll be singing a different tune in a year from now, but realistically not.
Actually, didn't carol claim $12 million Gross by year end?
Great update! Thanks. Nice to see that back
Great post. You read my thoughts exactly. This one is either going to see years of growth or go bust. I'm betting on the former and have been accumulating on a regular basis for the past 11 months. I plan on holding long term for the potential big payout which I believe is eventually coming.
Love the board, Geaux! Thanks for your tips here.
Instead of lingering around here, why don't you go back to pumping your CBAI stock everywhere?
Speaking for myself, I really appreciate getting emails from WU. I'm traveling a lot lately, and I don't have much time to be on the board, so the emails are a great way for me to keep connected.
Good post. I couldn't agree more. There will be a revolution in lending practices. Heritage has something new and creative to offer. Who knows, maybe someday BCLOC will even be the standard commercial lending instrument.
Well, the price it's at is a good one. Can't really get any lower than the current price.
Wow. Indymac bank assets seized by regulators. Financial sector in a tailspin.
OT--Yep, I just paid $4.67 in LA yesterday for the cheap stuff. I think we go higher from here, too.
I think you nailed it. This company really plays it coy. I think there's even more behind the numbers.
I'm guessing in one year we see .04 to .07.
