I'm hoping we'll get a bit of help from an uplist to the OTC, but that can be rough too. However - it will make it easier to move on up to AMEX (likely) or NAS (likely wishful thinking.)
What is different here from most .pk stocks is Beebe has an actual track record to look at and his history does not support the constant, rather vicious attacks. the .PK world is something one learns by trial and error - it's not intuitive and it's not straight forward. Let's hope he can navigate it with minimal damage and we'll all make some money.
And if it turns out my faith is misplaced, I'll be first to admit my error. .PKs are a learning experience for me too - even as many as I've owned over time.
May I turn it around for just one question? Do you not think that PHGI being courted by 3 possible JV companies (and I imagine their Jr miners) all of whom trade on the TXS is a good thing?
(And FWIW, I own a couple stocks that have a sell-the-news reaction far worse than this one. They could announce a drug that's an absolute cure for 6 kinds of cancer - approved by the FDA, going to sell for $5.00 a dose and the stock would STILL tank!!)
I'm not saying it doesn't. However - if they want to live in a "what if" state of mind - then they ought to stop complaining so much. You'd have to agree that the majority of posters seem to state ITNOHO that everything that happens is bad, that the company is certainly diluting, that the "gagged TA" is certain death (and it may be mine - I've heard it enough to make me puke) and we will certainly be sub-penny - it's just a matter of when not if.
Because I wouldn't do that for any stock, including those I own that have made me lots of money. I own quite a few shares of PHGI, and ocasionally I buy an extra 20-25k, but for me, all penny stocks are strictly gambling money-money I can absolutely afford to lose.
I don't. However, the constant whining and complaining should lessen somewhat if they had actually sold, don't you think?
A question for all of you who absolutely believe that PHGI is going sub-penny. Why do you not sell @ .025 and buy back at .005? It would certainly give you a start on making up your losses. There are many penny-flippers out there who do this type of trade daily, and make good money doing so.

Cat
Good Morning! Maybe we'd best spend today searching for them and let the monsters fend for themselves! Go carefully!
Thank you. I'm a long time lurker who learns much from this board. NO charting abilities!
Cat
OT -Also -if the hard drive was not the cause of the crash, you can simply remove it from the old box and add it as an extra drive in the new one as long as the MB supports it, then transfer the data at your convenience.

There is also Prialt, non-opioid, certainly a niche drug, and a difficult one to dial in the correct dosage plus it is an intrathecal therapy. However, I have 2 acquaintances who, after 15+ years of intractable pain as a result of a severe auto accident, have finally found relief. It took 6 months to taper off the opiates which dulled the pain some, but not nearly enough. They now live a relatively normal, mostly pain free life.
I believe this was a first in class drug, so hopefully there are others with improbements coming along.

Yes, I do know what was meant.
You and Biker ought to get a room. Meanwhile, you can go on ignore which will end this exchange completely.
biker, then why attribute words to another poster that he/she did not say?
FWIW - anyone who does that on boards I own on another channel gets tossed for it.
Bikerider - no not like rrm would say: Like Bikerider would say:
1. don't tell them 2. do it 3. tell them what you've done, that's the pinky way.
rrm said
1) Tell them what you're going to do.
2) Do it!
3) Tell them what you did.

Seems more like you're trying to cause as much uncertainty as you can.
LOL! Sorry! I'm sure if I paid better attention, I'd have realized.
I have also read Aries' posts on other boards where I am mostly a lurker. I would certainly find him an acceptable choice.
Regards,
Cat
Spartex - thanks for the heads-up on OE. I was paying attention and added several times between 12.50 and 12.80. Next month be interesting.
I should be used to it. My biggest holding is in ELN which is also affected nearly every month by options.
Regards,
Cat
Just a friendly lurker to this thread. I also added today, and if they manage to get it to ~12.50 for OE - then I will certainly be adding. I admit to not having looked at the open interest lately - probably should have.
Cat
Shorts,
"but to get excited about a half a penny move is a joke!"
Excuse me? Most of this board sure got excited about every half penny it went DOWN!
Cat
sure - but what matters here is that they will actually start work on the access road tomorrow. Everyone has complained bitterly because nothing is happening. Well - starting tomorrow it is.
Today I don't worry about pps. It's a miserable market day and I have all of 2 green stocks and those just barely. PHGI would give me 3.
Cat
Ah.....the 3 Day rule wins again!
Regards,
Cat
Thanks PQL - That's some actual progress which starts tomorrow.
Boatman - I have a 3 day rule for stocks like that. When I'm totally fed up and just want to get rid of it ay any cost - I make myself wait 3 days before selling. It's astonishing how many times that last 3 days sees the beginnings of the turn-around.
regards,
Cat
some of us still even have the "first" monster NVMG.
Yes, I read your disclaimer, but you still sound as if you are stating a "fact" - not an opinion.
Is it your opinion that NSS does not exist?
Yes, I know that PHGI had shares dumped on the market - that does not mean that NSS did not occur also.
Off to work - I'll catch up with this later.
Cat
Providing information that relates to .pk stocks should be considered appropriate to the board. Althugh I'm sure you're well aware of the NSS - not everyone actually understands how the process can work. Personlly, I prefer factual information to the innuendo that frequently dominates this board.
If you have actual proof that there has been no NSS which has affected the PHGI pps, I'm sure we would all appreciate the link to the source of that statement. And you did make it a statement - not an opinion.
"In this case of PHGI it has had nothing to do with the PPS"
Regards,
Cat
I'm not sure quite how I got in the middle of this, but it is most likely explained by the fact that I have Mow on ignore and have had for some time.
Nothing he has to say has any relevance at all to my being a shareholder here.
Regarding PR's from Signature, I have read what I can find, and most seem to have an amount of money discussed for the "contract" or "retaining". So far, I have not found that for PHGI. If no money changed hands, then apparently they were unable to come to any agreement about "proposed services" and the relationship was terminated.
A PR stating such would have been nice, but as it doesn't rate as a Material Event, neither was it required and Signature surely would not have put one out.
Cat
Thanks for the PR - it hadn't hit my mail yet.
"Although the two companies did discuss ideas regarding ways to increase Perihelion's exposure in Europe, Germany, and other international markets, it should be understood that Signature does not represent Perihelion Global in any capacity."
Ah...one less thing for the boys to complain about.........
Regards,
Cat
Hi,
Could you please provide your Snopes link? Here is mine.
http://www.snopes.com/computer/virus/osama.asp
and this seems to hold little threat.
Thanks much.
Cat
Shorts,
Seems to me the answer to your question could be relatively simple. What is a Metallurgical Lab to do until they receive new samples?
It would seem that their work was completed at the time of this letter and that they would begin working together again in the future.
"We. at AuRIC Metallurgical Laboratories, LLC, are looking forward to the commencement of our involvement in this exciting project."
The project has not yet commenced, yes?
Have a great weekend all!

OT Medchal
Here, as it happens, we're both right. I worked at msft at the time of his SGEN interest so was familiar with it.

Blade is correct - he held an interest in SGEN.
You think the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation reflects a dilettante mentality?
OT - Upcoming .PK rules
Not that they'll make any difference really - - kind of like a placebo.
Limit Order Protection Rules to Apply to Pink Sheet Stocks Beginning July 2007
New York, NY - May 14, 2007, 2007 - The SEC has recently approved changes to the NASD’s rules and interpretive materials regarding Limit Order Protection. Previously, these rules, commonly referred to as Manning, applied only to Nasdaq listed securities and those quoted on the OTCBB. By expanding the interpretation, Manning principles and all the interpretive guidance thereunder will apply to those equity securities quoted on the Pink Sheets, as well as all other-OTC equities (those traded in the “grey market”).
Manning generally prohibits an NASD member from trading for its own account in a security at a price that is equal to or better than an unexecuted customer limit order in that security, unless the member immediately thereafter executes the customer limit order at the price at which it traded for its own account or at a better price.
A member firm that accepts and holds an unexecuted limit order from its customer (whether its own customer or a customer of another member) in an listed security or OTC equity security and that continues to trade the subject security for its own account at prices that would satisfy the customer’s limit order, without executing that limit order, shall be deemed to have acted in a manner inconsistent with just and equitable principles of trade, in violation of Rule 2110 (IM-2110-2). However, a member firm may negotiate specific terms and conditions applicable to the acceptance of limit orders that are: (a) for customer accounts that meet the definition of an “institutional account” as that term is defined in Rule 3110(c)(4); or (b) 10,000 shares or more, unless such orders are less than $100,000 in value. In the event that a member trades ahead of an unexecuted customer limit order at a price that is better than the unexecuted limit order, such member is required to execute the limit order at the price received by the member or better. Nothing in this interpretation, however, requires members to accept limit orders from any customer.
This change is effective on July 26, 2007. To view the changes to IM-2110-2, please see Notice to Members 07-19 [PDF]

OT - Yesterday was a good day for this regular as I'm an M's fan. Tigers took today's game so they got the series 2-1.
They issues the shared because they expected to receive the money. One assumes that JB thught he was dealing with ethical businessmen, not crooks.

You sure do ask a lot of questions. Who were you last week?
No...........
Perhaps you misunderstood? I meant Weaver is the disaster.
I will say if they hadn't had to push Felix back another start, we might have had an exceptionally good game going today.
As it was, I got the double on the Derby, so all is not lost.
It's not saying much for him. He's a disaster. The rest of the team is mostly fine.
Wang was fine - but you cannot cheer about a win over Weaver - I swear my little league team could beat him!!
A Mariners fan - in spite of everything.
Jon,
Yes, I agree, they did and do. However, along with the TOUCH program, this morning's safety data should give many more neuros and their patients a reason to consider Ty as a treatment option. No PML- and a friend who is attending AAN says the Tysabri booth is packed!
