Buying back at these prices would certainly make sense. Why would they want to do it at a higher price point?

How would you know they maxed out A/S without seeing the financials? Have you seen them? Sounds like you have some insider knowledge, because last time I checked financials have not been released for you to gather that info.

The other half you are saying about no one buying is that the bid currently is larger than the ask. If this is not going anywhere then sellers would gladly take whatever they can get however they are not doing that. No one likes losing money and buying something at the best price point is something all traders should try to get regardless of being long or not. So saying there is no buyers is wildly incorrect. I honestly thought he was going to release PR's with the new store along with this reverse split and maybe some other news that shows the company is going in the right direction. Not sure how he expects this R/S to be helpful without releasing PR's that show that info. You are right on what you said but I don't see this getting back to a buck for us to break even. Berge is going to start dumping shares very very soon.

Their plan isn’t to be bought out they clearly state what they plan to do.
