The warrants have to be bought we aint giving them away so that means a huge infusion of cash onto the balance sheet! As for the O/S being 300m (worse case scenario) with $100m revs potentially for year ending 2016 and (worse case scenario) net earnings of $30m we have an EPS of a dime multiply that by any average multiple you want (10+) and you get that buck pps. But people here who are 'in the know' say that the warrants are safe until buyout time so any O/S below 100m and it seems $3 minimum is nailed on providing the revs keep coming in as we expect. I have a micro investment compared to some so I'm not sweating it as much, but I do believe ECIGs are here to stay and whether we make it on our own or get bought out, I think we'll see a decent ROI. I appreciate your posts but we can't have it both ways, either we cut the non profit lines and move on or we don't. I for one want all non profit stuff cropped and when we grow as part of the paradigm shift then we can add different products as we go. I don't suppose BigT (Little T back then) started off with 5 or 6 products, they only added over time. JMHO.
