I think you're right. Some of these questions I read are Fn ridiculous and lack any common sense whatsoever. I said it before, this is shock and awe what's taking place here. That's my opinion I'm sticking to it..
The question is not a question. The press release said JP3E owns the property for the Harmony Project in an obvious prime location so there is no way any other person could have gone it alone without JP3E at this location... It just seems to be clear day for this project..
Snow JP3E is still relatively new with John Park still adding businesses to the company. They said significant and major LNG and Real Estate is coming. I don't think the price of LNG has stalled anything imo.. j

Ok so now I work for you hunting and pecking. The project is real and there are screen shots of the permits being discussed in early Feb from Kokomo posted on X.. do a little real digging and you will find it.. it's permitted and ground breaking next week. Maybe they will do a few pics for investors next week.. we shall see about that..
While your at it, look up each of the new Board members and tell us what you think. Look into CIG and tell us if it's real or not. Maybe call China and see if the selling license is real. Or maybe the US Dept of Homeland security to see if they have a real license. Or call Rocky and see if he is real and going to put $5M into a project you can't find.. please report back all your findings.. lolzz
By the way, your original link yesterday looking for missing discussion on the 18M was the 2023 results for Kokomo and nothing to do with 2024.. Maybe ask IGoR to help??? Lol

This project will contain a new mixture of residential and commercial buildings to Kokomo, IN. The JP3E Harmony Villas Project in Kokomo, IN development is 23 Acres that will have 500 apartments, 42 townhouses, 40 retails mixed usage and 100 keys of 4 stars brand hotel accommodations with an estimated $112,000,000 Capital Expenditures (CAPEX). The company successfully secured $23,000,000 cash as GP and LP capital. Upon completion of development, JP3E expects the development to be valued at $192,000,000 with $14,000,000 Net Income annually. Opportunity is boundless with JP3E it seems. They expect to grow the commodity side to $2.5B soon, more RE projects are coming they stated yesterday and we haven't even heard much about LNG yet although JP3E has a two pronged approach with Europe/Middle East and then Asia with the Two Stud Directors on board... Wake up people's..
They plan to hold the property which will generate recurring revenues whilst enhancing the properties value. This property will be an asset on JP3Es books. They quoted a significant valuation for this property upon completion. This is how I interpret the press release. John Park is obviously a visionary and was able to secure this prime location next to a mammoth multi-billion dollar complex being developed. Hoping to see some details on other projects like this which they mentioned were coming..
JP3E owns the land and will earn $14M a year after all expenses. This is net income, more than $1M per month. that's what they have told us. They are breaking ground next week... All the other finite details related to what electrician and plumber they will use, who will supply glass for the windows, what paving company will they use, which restaurants will be tenants etc... have not been disclosed... More info is coming on this project as well as other projects JP3E has..

JP3E owns the property. So your logic is grossly flawed..
Your serious? Bad choice of words on my part... Basically he must have a lot of confidence in the project which he himself is managing. He has committed to investing $5M of his own personal wealth in the project so I doubt he has any funding concerns..
If you read carefully, the land is already owned by JP3E so it was previously acquired and they just received $23M.. so they have $$$ to start the project with sales of properties expected to close in June (meaning more $ will be coming in). Don't forget they own CIG which is also a funding vehicle and to what degree they are involved is not known. It's safe to say funding is likely not an issue and Rockys personal investment eludes a lot of confidence...
Rocky is the real deal and he must have a chit ton of confidence in the project to put $5M of his own money into it and to have his name explicitly associated with this massive project. Ground breaking is next week.. the proof is there...

John Park now has done business with the City of Kokomo Indiana, the State of Indiana, the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Government EB-5 Program and has a license, the US State Department of Agriculture, the Chinese Government, the ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation General Chamber of Commerce and I would go out on a limb to say so many more governmental agencies that we will likely see with additional announcements..
These idiots who keep posting it's not real are just noise taking up space.. most are paid to post but some just missed the initial run and bash while promoting other penny stocks..

Keep in mind that there is local and state government as well as private funding already in JP3Es bank which will be spent on property owned by JP3E that will generate $14M to the bottom line annually! This will also increase the value of the JP3E owned land significantly. This is as real as it gets imo...! Amazing and this is the first of more deals to come they stated!!!
They have almost $1B in commodity contracts already announced that command at least 18% gross profit! They stated they have a short term goal to grow this to $2.5B of business!!! Insane!!
They have CIG merged in with US Homeland Security connected with a significant project underway in South Carolina.
The company will be making money from new Data Centers using state of the art technology! Hope to hear more on this and maybe KOKOMO is in play here...
They have an amazing Board of Directors, second to none imo, managing various aspects of JP3E including LNG. It was stated in the past that there will be more board members! And hopefully there is more information on the LNG business soon..

The Harmony Villas Project is strategically located directly across the street from the city and the state approved $3.2 Billion Kokomo Project by Stellantis N.V. and Samsung SDI that’s part of the StarPlus Energy joint venture. On Oct 11, 2023, Governor Eric J. Holcomb announced that Stellantis and Samsung SDI will significantly expand their electric vehicle battery manufacturing operations in Indiana. This will be the second StarPlus Energy gigafactory in Kokomo. Construction has already commenced on the first StarPlus Energy gigafactory. The total investment for both StarPlus Energy plant facilities will exceed $6.3 billion (€5.5 billion) and create 2,800 new jobs. This positions Harmony Villas at the ideal location to offer accommodations to the influx of workers and their families.
JP 3E Holdings, Inc., formerly Spooz, Inc. (OTC: SPZI), receives $18,000,000 from the city of Kokomo, IN and the state of Indiana to fund the Harmony Villas Project. Rocky H.
