Well Charlie we're getting sort of close to that 100,000,000 mark, aren't we? I too feel we need some new blood at the helm.
Thanks very much for the report, Charlie. EOM
Charlie, thanks for the update.
A few thoughts/questions about your map:
I am wondering, why you think EST Sp. z.o.o. has a machine? Their Facebook page just has photos of KDS machines from Korea, Minnesota, and the old Atlas Mining.
You have the Mexican installation showing to be an S-3, but I believe it's an S-4.
I'd ask where things stand in Brazil right now. They did install that nice shiny green one at a sugarcane processing plant, I don't know the status of that machine.
You have Denver being called a testing site...I'm not sure that's the correct description, as the machine is expected to be part of a process to produce pellets from waste at the Denver Zoo.

DEFINITION OF 'SEC FORM NT 10-K'
A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that a company must submit when it is unable to file its 10-K, or similar form, on time. After submission of the SEC Form NT 10-K, the company must then file its 10-K within 15 days. The 10-K is an annual report that provides a comprehensive overview of the company's business activities. This report must be filed within 90 days of the end of the company's fiscal year.
INVESTOPEDIA EXPLAINS 'SEC FORM NT 10-K'
Form NT 10-K is covered under Rule 12b25 of the Securities Exchange Act.
Related filings include 10-K405, 10-K, 10-KSB405 and 10-KSB.
Thanks, Net-Man. EOM
Charlie, at one point in time there were two machines in Brazil. Here is a photo for the machine other than the S-3. (I think it's an S-6.)

Does anyone know if FASC will be able to come up with the $1000 to get current with the Nevada SOS? My understanding is if they do business when in revoked status (which I believe will occur at the end of the month) then they are subject to a $1000 to $10,000 fine.
Also, I am not sure how long it takes to go from revoked to permanently revoked. Does anyone know?
Sorry Charlie, I forgot they changed their name to Applied Minerals some years ago.
Atlas Mining has that machine still in Utah, I think. Other than that I can't think of anything else. Nice list, Charlie. Sticky worthy, IMO.
LOL at Californication. EOM
It's Good Friday noob. EOM
Charlie, I hope grontmij responds to your post with some specifics but after Googling his handle my guess is the company is Grontmij.
"To optimize the KDS technology and improve throughput, performance and acceptable particle size forpelleting would require a specific moisture and fiber length that differs from the fiber structure of their current processing system."
I read that as they did not bother trying to increase throughput as the output wouldn't serve their needs.
4th Quarter Activity: All field activities have been completed and the project staff is working on finishing up past-due milestone reports and the final reports. Research results indicated that the current Minnesota Valley Alfalfa Producers (MnVAP) pelletization process is more efficient processing large quantities of biomass than through a process that incorporates kinetic disintegration technology. Total energy cost was greater per ton biomass processed using the KDS compared to MnVAP’s current system based on equivalent throughput values. The project did create a platform to focus on the efficiency of MnVAP’s current operation of processing. Densification trials resulted in similar pellet durability and density; however, throughput efficiency was limited due to fiber structure of material processed kinetic disintegration. The project allowed MnVAP the opportunity to investigate another means of grinding and drying to potentially improve the current process efficiency. It was discovered that the KDS system was not the most efficient option based on the
throughput capacity required for MnVAP’s operation. To optimize the KDS technology and improve throughput, performance and acceptable particle size forpelleting would require a specific moisture and fiber length that differs from the fiber structure of their current processing system. Automation of the KDS into their
MnVAP’s process would be challenging. A final presentation was given to the RDF advisory group on December 9, 2014.
Minor contract modifications requiring administrative approval were made to reflect a no-cost, 4-month contract extension (see Attachment C) to submit required milestone documents, present project findings to the RDF advisory group, and a change in contact information for the Contract Manager. The modifications were made and approved according to procedures stipulated in Part 4, Paragraph C of the RDF contract.

Here's a link to Ampliphi's filings with the SEC, which includes a Form D filed this morning.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=ampliphi&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
http://www.sec.gov/answers/formd.htm
Companies may use an exemption under Regulation D to offer and sell securities without having to register the offering with the SEC. When relying on such an exemption, companies must file what’s known as a "Form D" after they first sell their securities. Form D is a brief notice that includes basic information about the company and the offering, such as the names and addresses of the company’s executive officers, the size of the offering and the date of first sale.
I know the question wasn't directed to me, but...
I'm not sure, and with OTCMarkets.com not providing quotes due to FASC's caveat emptor status it's hard to find a good place to get a stock quote.
http://quotemedia.com/finance/quote/?qm_symbol=fasc usually works. If you keep getting GE quotes that means it's down.
FASC's trades today: (not real time)

Hi Scott, just my two cents, but I don't see what would be stopping you from entering the correct year in that press release you have on your website.
Also under PWG news in the link titled "FOR SALE:" the embedded url is http://www.oregonlive.com/north-of-26/index.ssf/2012/05/beaverton_company_thinks_it_ca.html
And at http://pacwestglobal.net/kds.html when you open the link http://pacwestglobal.net/www/pdf/Pathogen%20Kill-Poultry%20Manure.pdf the PDF is upside down.
TKL, I don't recall having seen that video being added on the JKL website until now.
mfred, this information is new to the board and nothing was ever publicly shared to the investing community from FASC regarding this installation.
Hi Charlie,
I think that video is a few years old. (It said it was on the website.) Your post reminded me of how Adam told me a while back he hoped to have positive customer feedback posted on the new website, so I just e-mailed him asking him to post some customer feedback for that installation and other installations.
Cool video, Net-Man. Thanks. EOM
Thanks, Net-Man. EOM
Net-Man, it's nice to see some effort is being done to bring the website up to date.
I was disappointed to see FAQ #4 remains. They are relying on old prices from 2005 to make the claim the KDS is cheaper to dry than conventional dryers. I doubt that is going to fool anyone who has the money to buy a machine. It can only make the company look unprofessional at best or like shysters at worst to fresh eyes, in my humble opinion.
Hi Charlie, I just sent off an e-mail to Adam, per your suggestion.
They also should get current with the Nevada SOS. They have a month and a half to do that, or their status will go from default to revoked.
Under FAQ's:
3: What are the advantages of the KDS Micronex™ over other grinding and drying technologies?
The following are the strong points of the KDS Micronex™:
g. While grinding coal or glass to very small particle sizes can be achieved at 2-5 times LESS energy consumption than with conventional grinders. The KDS Micronex? is also the only technology known to us that can produce sub-micron glass powder efficiently.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am posting this because there is not supposed to be a question mark. Another copy/paste fail.
Other suggestions:
1) Change the photo of the Chinese installation from the Korean installation to the actual Chinese installation. (This point was made to Adam but it was dismissed, despite the fact there is already a photo of the Korean installation on the site.)
2) Update the FAQs and other portions of the website, SEC or no SEC.
According to TKL, the website is largely a copy/paste of antiquated information so as not to offend the SEC. To me, this excuse would pass muster if there was no new information on the new website. But there is lots of new information, so I don't see why the rest of the website cannot be updated to have recent and relevant information for prospective buyers. Telling a buyer that one of the reasons to buy the machine is because natural gas is $8/Gigajoule (under the Industry/Application Deinking sludge) or $11 per million BTUs (under the FAQ "What are power requirements of the KDS?") is not going to help the company's cause.
Thanks, Fasctrack. I did not know that. <eom>
Thanks, Net. <eom>
The spelling of dries as drys.
"KDS Micronex™ drys, disinfects, and reduces material size while saving on energy costs, reduces emissions, and environmental effects."
Waiting for FASC to make changes to errors on a website is like watching paint dry. 18 days and counting now...
And thinking about it, why is KDS Micronex followed with a trademark symbol? They allowed the trademark to expire a long, long time ago.
http://web.archive.org/web/20090226135542/http://fasc.net/cellulosic-ethanol.php
"How the KDS enhances the production of Cellulosic Ethanol
To be announced."
Net-Man, the snippet that I posted involved a cost comparison between the KDS and natural gas dryers, back when natural gas was more more expensive and electricity was cheaper.
Thanks, troutking, for the information and the heads up on the new website.
I think the new website is pretty lame looking and also it has a bunch of copy/paste from the old website with outdated information.
e.g.
What are the power requirements of the KDS machine?
Assuming that conventional dryers use natural gas (Cost = US$11 per million BTUs, in Sep 2005),
Not sure when this KDS was sold to Poland, but it's up for sale:

Net-Man, thank you very much for the report.
TR, thanks as well.

Sunspotter, reading this it says any moderator can add to the iBox without approval of other moderators. Is there something I am missing here on this site?
Nice work, Charlie! EOM
If all mods would agree I think this company should be added to the section of companies marketing the KDS:
