Other suggestions:

1) Change the photo of the Chinese installation from the Korean installation to the actual Chinese installation. (This point was made to Adam but it was dismissed, despite the fact there is already a photo of the Korean installation on the site.)

2) Update the FAQs and other portions of the website, SEC or no SEC.

According to TKL, the website is largely a copy/paste of antiquated information so as not to offend the SEC. To me, this excuse would pass muster if there was no new information on the new website. But there is lots of new information, so I don't see why the rest of the website cannot be updated to have recent and relevant information for prospective buyers. Telling a buyer that one of the reasons to buy the machine is because natural gas is $8/Gigajoule (under the Industry/Application Deinking sludge) or $11 per million BTUs (under the FAQ "What are power requirements of the KDS?") is not going to help the company's cause.
