Stating the PP closing date as a day after the 10Q buys the slimballs another 14 weeks before having to announce the results of the PP. If they were only able to raise a reduced amount at a heavily discounted price, (.05), my guess is that we would have seen a more than avg. sell-off and the pps would have taken a big stride back. That would make it harder for the slithery, diceitful solicitors to do their dirty work and protects their free shares.

From CYGX's current office to the location in the Woodland where Dr. Weiner is doing his work (perfectly viable manufacturing facility), is about a 30 minute drive. As for the stealing of technology, as we speak, that would appear to be like stealing a flat tire.

D8, I am quickly coming to believe that there is no product, there never was a product that could be moved into testing, and that keeping this biological breakthrough in the 'next year position' is what this always been about. Look at the total dollars raised over the past 10 yrs. What, near 20 million. How many people have been dressed and feed by that 20 million. Not very many. Holycow, wouldn't it be nice if these clowns actually did something before they were rewarded. By 'did something' I mean activities that are not done in the shadows. More and more data that reinforces the crookedness of this company.

I'm certainly not a supporter of the current regime given what has occured over the last 15 months however, being a business owner, I can understand that once you begin late filings and get content with the extensions, it becomes SOP. It would be a SIGNIFICANT example of diligence to me should the new CFO file on time and in good measure going forward. As for now, I would agree, same song, same verse.
