This news is not the "Happy New Year" news we were hoping for from Dan. We should have known his track record by now. All talk and no results, he can't even close the LOI on his own Skiershop so how could he be expected to close anything else. I had my doubts about the Matrix deal from the time it was announced. How can a ski bum from a dairy farm be expected to know anything about a high tech business like this? Show me the money Dan, or SHUT THE H*LL UP!!!!

I agree, Dan has failed to date to bring anything of value to long suffering shareholders. His failure to close on LOIs and keep us informed has been pathetic. All the ammo the pumpers have been given to date has been DUDS, just like our CEO. The New Year always brings hope, but if SMMW is still at .0001 or less at this time next year, even our most avid Pumpers will not be able to save face. I don't know how much longer I will continue to hold, but if we hear nothing of importance by Spring 2007, I'll kiss this POS goodby.

According to my calandar, we have not surpassed 21 "Business Days" yet. This will occur on Wednesday January 3, 2007. However, as we have seen in the past Dan's idea of working days are probably much different than most of us working dudes. Who knows how many days he takes off for his "holidays" or for vacations. One good thing though, at leasr Octoberfest doesn't occur for another 10 months!!!

I agree, we all made our decisions (for our own reasons) when we bought into PRRM/SMMW and should only be responsible to ourselves.

Win, loose or draw on this investment is not what's really important to me. Family, friends, health and faith in God is what takes priority in my life. If I end up making some real $$$$ on this stock it will be great, but if not I'll live with it. Even though I think Dan has not done a very good job up until now, hopefully he will come through in 2007.

Has anyone noticed that the promised closing date on the latest LOI for Matrix Management, Inc. was to be within 21 days of the 12/01/06 PR? The Winter Solstice for 2006 is on 12/22/06. This is the day that the earth is the farthest from the sun and the official start of the winter season. Wouldn't be ironic if Dan could close this LOI on time and SMMW (a seasonal company with strong winter businesses)could finally start turning it around and heading toward a new season of true VVV and pps increases!!!

Must be the approaching Christmas season or maybe I've been out in the cold too long. Anyway, if Dan does not deliver an early Xmas present this year, it may not be a very Happy New Year.

Just looked at L2, still have 0 Bid 17 ASK most at .0001. I have had my own ask in for 2 months for 40M shares @.0001. Decided to cancel my sell order to do my little part to help. Let's see if Dan can finally come through and close the latest LOI by the end of THIS YEAR. I'm not holding my breath though, I probably have a better chance of seeing Santa come down my chimney on Xmas. Some on this board said they felt sorry that Dan has been "boxed" in the basement. I don't know about you, but if I have a box in the basement that hasn't moved in two years I normally end up throwing it out in the trash.

I think we both agree that the technology is available to get us where we want to go, I'm just not sure Dan is the one to take us there. It's all about money and marketing. The best cutting edge technology in the world wont help if you can't sell your product to your customers.

You are right, high speed OC-48 service is very expensive and can cost @ $80,000 per month to lease. However it has hugh data transmission capability and a very high bandwidth which makes it cost competitive to large users like IP's. Like you indicated most people will only need a slow speed connection. The OC-48 are only for Telecoms and very large businesses.

Just wanted to clarify what you need to build out the network to the users like the Verizon system. This costs billions of dollars for a nationwide network.

My question is how did Dan go from selling coffee, to selling ski equipment, to selling OC-48 services?

Time to see some positive earnings, an Audit or even the promised DVD. Enough pie in the sky, time to SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I was not aware of RSMI or their Cupria product for Broadband over existing copper wires. The link you provided was quite impressive. While this may be another way of connecting video using existing phone lines to remote locations not covered by a Fiber Optic network it still requires a "service provider" to carry the signal from the source TV station to the subscribers or customers. Thus, SMMW must still sign contracts with Internet Providers (IP) not matter what communications medium in employed. Also, my point was that the OC-48 Fiber Optic network to get maximum thruput would require a Fiber Optic data highway. Fiber has a throughput of over 10 Gb/sec vs a thruput of 26 Mb/sec per the Cupria website link you provided. Thus fiber can carry over 400 times the video capacity.

The main thing to keep in mind is that Dan, through SMMW has issued many LOI's he has not closed or followed through with over the past 2 years. Anyone can issue a PR with the latest technological buzzwords or acronyms like "OC-48" but it is the CEO that has to follow through to make it happen. So far Dan can't evn get a DVD or stock dividend out when promised so the idea of implementing an entire network still leaves me skeptical to say the least.

FYI just because SMMW may have access to a OC-48 nework in Salt Lake City, UT via the new LOI (assuming it closes) does not mean they can easily hook up 50 TV stations. The OC-48 must be connected via Fiber Optic cable to each TV location. I'm sure there are very few locations in these resort areas that have access to a Fiber Optic network. Even if they do they would have to pay the owners, such as Verizon, for access rights. Also, in order to transmit video signals, you need technology known as Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) to be cost effective. I'm not trying to knock your "dream" , but just trying to provide the board with a pragmatic view of what you have to do to make this dream happen. IMHO SMMW does not have the funds available to make this happen. Verizon, a Billion dollar company is just now starting to make this happen via the largest network in the country.

Well at least the "Quiet Period" seems to be over for now. Remains to be seen if this will be a "DEAL or NO DEAL" but for now all I want from Dan is "SHOW ME THE MONEY". Enough head games, either produce some positive results and move the pps or go back to the Dairy Farm.

Is this just another attempt by Dan to Dump shares into the market by issuing a PR about another LOI w/o any intent to follow up? Who knows, but I agree with you that if he can close this one, it could be the one that finally gets us moving. With revenues of $6M, if we could drop $800,000 to the bottom line in earnings, then I estimate the following:

$800,000/80B = .00001 per share earnings.

At a P/E of 30 the share price would be .0003

So even with the hugh 80 Billion A/S we could still increase the pps if Dan can finally deliver on something.

IMHO the chances of that happening is the same as the present share price or .0001% or the same as the chance there may actually be a Santa Claus.

I think you're right about people from SLJB putting some money into BIGN. That is where many of our new buyers will come from if we get good news. I originally was in SLJB and sold early @ .10 to .13 about 2 months ago and got into BIGN (probably a little too early). I first heard about BIGN on the SLJB board. Always liked Oil & Gas and Gold stocks, but with a name like Biogenerics would have never guessed this was a O&G play. In pinkie land things can change in an instant, if your not onboard you can miss out (or loose) big time. Charts still look like we are making a turn for the better. IMHO we will all be smiling by Xmas!!!

I want to thank Alien, Bobky, Mugsy, RJ and all the other SMMW/PRRM Moderators that have tried to keep this merry band of cyber looney tunes inline & informed on this so called stock. You guys IMHO have done much more than our so called leader has done in 2 years to keep us informed on a daily basis. I like most others am getting tired of posting on a stock that never moves off .0001. It's not worth the effort to punch the keys anymore.

I got my GTC Sell order in but like many others don't ever expect to collect anything on this POS. I like many others consider this just a lottery ticket. The only problem is it's like a ticket to the Polish Lottery. Some may hold and win the $1 Million prize, but the payoff will only be $1 per year for 1 Million years!!

I have Ameritrade, and so far no restrictions on SMMW. I recently put in a sell order GTC and had no problems entering the order. The only problem as we all know, is there have been no BUYERS for quite some time.

I'm also here for the Oil & Gas, but BIGN has to confirm this(through timely PR) and the techies could easily take this to .10 IMHO. They will also gladly pay an extra cover charge for entrance to the party but they can turn into party poopers just as fast once the T/A indicators turn negative. Those early to the party will do great if it all plays out the way we think. Me personally, I'm ready for some Depth Charges (Beer with shot of whiskey on bottom of the glass) to get into the hardy party mood.
