That's great that you found a diamond in the rough. On the other hand, how many have you bought that didn't turn out that way.
The proof is in the AFs simple as that, numbers don't lie. When they have those, then projections can be made.
Thanks JJ, I think a few of these guys haven't learned their lesson about pinknyland. Its an expensive lesson, but well worth it. These stocks should be strictly traded, get in, get out, take the profit when you can. Greed will kill you in pinkyland.
First off they say they're making millions, like most pinkys do, but that has yet to proved, they have not released any audited financial statements. All we know right now is they have lots of office furniture. If they were really making millions, they wouldn't have to have a 2.5b AS, they could get traditional forms of financing. I could careless about EPA approvals because there are companies installing systems without it. The deals are verifiable, but how much money they will make from the deals isn't. If you always believe what the company tells you, you'll usually get burned. They're in business to make money for themselves first and foremost. And that brings me to revenue projections, those are just projections, and I get the feeling they only did that because there was many on this board that were complaining about it that a PR came out soon after. All of this is my opinion but
This is pinkyland, that OS will be 2x-3x that by the summer. Obviously you haven't figured out how things work down here yet. You have a Fundamental mindset, which is exactly the opposite of what you need in pinkyland. 99% of these guys trade strictly on TA, well at least the ones that make the money. Huge contracts/revenue/exposure mean nothing if the company is going to dilute the crap out of their own stock. Which is what companies due down here, that's why they're on the pinksheets to begin with. When there is a huge difference between the AS and OS, that's a problem because at any point in time, the OS can rise to the AS.
Me to...I feel sorry for these guys...RCCH is getting killed. But with a 2.5b AS, what did they think was going to happen.
I remember that horse bit, it was about over hearing parts of peoples conversations in a restaurant. If my memory serves me correct, I think it was Lewis Black.
haha...you're a funny guy, an individual investor has no control as to whom their broker decides to route an order through.
That was a really cool car 10 years ago
Accel Energy = Garbage
Anyone holding it receives nothing, it means the shares are gone, and you get NO payment and/or NO shares of any other company.
GAME OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When everything is said and done, the OS will 2.5b and this will be trading .000x If you can't see what's going on here you deserve to lose every single dollar you put in here.
Don't believe anything he posts, it's 6am in Nevada right now, he didn't call anyone.
Hey I saw on the NBA board that you like to bet, so do I. I'm on a free site that lets you bet games using advertising $$$ the website receives. So basically you start out .10, you're allowed to make .01 bets and then if you watch an add they will increase you bet anywhere from 5%-100%. Here's the link

There's always restricted shares, but that's hardly the point. The real lesson here is that when the was TQWI, it was trading in the .000x area. I've learned that .000x stocks should only be played for the flip, moving up by .0001-.0003 is a good move and you should always take profit when that happens.
Brokers being short in pinkyland is a joke. It's a commonly used lie by mgmt in these companies as an excuse to why the price is going down. Most shorting down here is done insiders of these companies shorting restricted shares they obtained through pipe financing.
so is Scottrade
If you haven't figured it out yet, etrade is garbage.
the ask has been .6211 since yesterday.
Check this site out, its free, I just signed up today, a buddy of mine already cashed out $100 after 7 days.

Anybody like to bet on sports here?
Most likely worthless....keep an eye on the daily list.

How come you've never addressed either of these companies as competitors, if you look at their EPA listings, their systems are very familiar to IWS's systems.

If you define competitors as companies that will be bidding on the same projects RCCH/IWS is going to be bidding on, then the answer is NO.
No they're not, but they're really not our competitors either. That may be in the same industry we're in, which is a very large industry to say the least. Just like Ford isn't a competitor of Lamborghini, they may be in the same industry (cars) but the are hardly competitors.
These companies are EPA approved and they are our direct competitors.

Actually you should probably stop bringing it up because wastewater is only a small fraction of what the company actually does. The only reason you seem to bring it up is because your trying to persuade people that RCCH would have a market cap/pps similar to them because they are in the same industry. Here is the Business Profile from Yahoo:

You're the one who keeps bringing up Siemens, and can you please stop typing in CAPS.
Theses companies are EPA approved and in the same industry RCCH/IWS is in.

I don't work for SIEMENS either.
I guess posting anything negative will get you labeled as working for a competitor.
That's a 10M increase in the OS in less then a month. The CEO is a pretty smart guy, I'd do the same thing if I had a bunch of gullible schmucks calling me on a weekly basis. IMO
Well the AS is 2.5b, so one could only hope for the best but expect the worst.
OS is increasing, simple as that. Anyone who had restricted shares that have become unrestricted usually wait to sell on a day when there is news. The OS numbers a transfer agent gives out are anywhere from 3-7 days old or older because the OTCBB/PINK isn't completely electronic.
When this company releases current financial information, as in an SEC filing, then I'll start to believe what is released in a PR from the company. Until that point, those PRs are worth about as much as it cost to release them. IMO
Where are you getting an OS of 20M? The OS here is approaching 100m.
Depending on how high the OS goes, with those kind of revenues, being conservative, .05-.30 IMO
Those that were calling for $1+ this year are greatly mistaken.
lol, I was waiting for someone to bring that up. Just another stinky pinky.
If I was a CEO, I'd say the same thing if I got an email like that. The OS started to grow ever since Sept 07, which means those restricted shares became unrestricted starting in Feb 08. There is nothing wrong with that because if you received shares as payment, you'd want to cash in because you need to get paid. These companies that received the shares are the blue collar type that don't really care how much a company will be worth someday, all they care about is being able to make some money in the short term, and the only way to do that would be by selling shares.
Don't think that will really do it, the IWS spot on Eye will be shot for a news point of view, not an investment point of view. Most likely it will be a 3-5 min bit about how they are creating wastewater solutions for smaller communities. IMO
