"There was a CMKM shareholder who I spoke with approximately two months ago, not sure of the name."
that was me he is referring too. (NOTE: Donald Stoecklien has no contact with Urban Casavant; therefor, he knows NOT what Urban has done in "wrapping up" CMKX business.)

On advice from my state's Attorney General's office, which was to look for answers within any law firm with known ties to CMKX/CMKM, I decided to start with Donald Stoecklein.
I think we've just learned the sad truth about Acca.
I'm sorry. I hate being the bearer of bad news.
I have asked Mr. Stoecklein’s permission to post his reply on this board in its entirety. Here it is...
Ms. Sxxxx: I received your email in reference to CMKM. As you may or may not be aware, our firm disengaged as counsel for CMKM in the fall of 05. We have had minimal contact with anyone pertaining to CMKM, other than my ongoing representation and friendship with Bob Maheu, which ended upon his passing, a couple of weeks ago. As to your questions:
a) I do not recall speaking with Roger Stelma. There was a CMKM shareholder who I spoke with approximately two months ago, not sure of the name.
b) A formal trust was never established for CMKM. There was an informal task force which consisted of Bill Frizzell, Bob Maheu and myself, the purpose of which was to determine the bona fide owners of the Entourage Stock, which was to be delivered to the CMKM stockholders. If you recall, there was a claim that there existed a major short position in CMKM, which begs the issue of who the bona fide owners of the assets of CMKM were. More recently, as a result of the issues and litigation from the SEC. In other words, who are the true shareholders.
c) There is no trust in effect.
d) Neither our firm, or myself are trustees of a trust for CMKM. That being said, however; we continue to hold a Certificate for 45,000,000 shares of Entourage Common Stock, which is intended to be delivered to the shareholders of CMKM, once that was established by a Judicial body. Initially, a law firm in Las Vegas was retained by CMKM to handle an Interpleader per the suggestion of Bob Maheu and myself. That has never been filed and we continue to hold the certificate.
e) To my knowledge the CMKM shareholders should receive the Entourage shares, if they are not cancelled by Entourage, or somehow turned over to CMKM, via a court order, for some other disposition. As to any other cash settlement, I am unaware of any cash as a result of the short situation, or any other available assets.
f) As to the timeline for the distribution, if any. As you indicated, there have been estimated to be some 40,000 shareholders of CMKM. I believe the records we once held, indicated close to 59,000. The difficulty will be in establishing the correct list, and who will incur the expenses related to the litigation and the distribution, ie the Transfer Agent Fees, etc. We have been tempted to file the interpleader action ourselves, however are concerned the fees from outside counsel may significantly dilute the distribution.
g) As to the rumors on the ROI, I have absolutely no idea where those numbers could come from. The only calculation I could think of with the current state of affairs would be calculating the value of the Entourage shares X 45,000,000 divided by the number of shares of CMKM, less a distribution to the Casavant family members (per the agreement with Entourage), less any shares as a result of the SEC litigation involving some individuals.
I hope this dispels the rumors.

wow, so much for sweeping cmkx under the rug, huh?
I'm surprized it held up so well given the non-eventful news.
0 proven reserves? that would imply unproven reserves.
company buyback is the only pressure on this stock and that's all it will ever have imo until they demonstrate that they can make money by performing a service or selling a product.
Count on naked shorty to sell you the float 100X
Here's some food for thought for your distribution:
Some boxing going on between buyers and sellers right now. Either the long rope is getting reeled in by some strong hands, or the big shorts are dogging it out to sell some shares to the little guys. We'll see!
no buying opportunities today, here's hoping for tomorrow.
imo the stock dividend is just to confirm any unregistered shares with the TA and lock the system in place for the standard operating procedure developed by the SEC's newest enforcement of naked shorting, which will replace this one:
Marching it up slowwwwly... volume drying up. In a few days the shorts will try to sell through the bid wall... imo.
If Lumb and Santini have the entire OS would that be enough of a wall to keep the rats out?
V if that is the case I will give you the benefit of the doubt and buy back in on this dip.
I wouldn't go that far...
cmkx ran from 0.00005 to 0.0011 so anyone that didn't make money on that cmkx was completely short.
restricted shares go in your account (they have no value because they cannot be traded). Typically by the time they become available to trade they are worth less than the cost of a trade, or are no longer in business. But it makes your portfolio look like it has a lot of entries which can impress your girlfriend if she hacks your account.
so goldco got outbid by hebrew goldco.
There is no excuse for a mistake in an 8K of that magnitude.
in Assyrian "hurasu sakru" means "massive" or "solid gold" (Delitzsch, "Assyrisches Handwörterbuch," p. 499b); In Hebrew Hurasu means gold...
hurah for hurasu
goldco got owned by the real deal?
the vast majority of the buying that has driven the price so high is from Lumbco who has transfered it into shareholder's portfolios.
If derb says cash divvy then it will happen.
Hunter I think the offer to sell some shares at 0.002 was a crocodile drop in the bucket, and that offer will rise as they try to cover. My guess is that there are not enough shares available at 0.002 for a cover, and possibly not enough in the entire AS/OS for a cover. So what we'll see is a bunch of dodging and stalling and legal mess as the naked parties dodge responsibility...
aka Same thing different company.
Buffett is in on the ground floor of naked shorting too... makes him all the more accomplished doesn't it.
How could someone be so stupid as to think nobody is going to catch em naked?
lol wow.
These naked short plays were a no brainer even before the sec admitted they were rampant and destructive. Now they're just cash cow everyday staples.
imo the short can't be covered unless the company lets it.
I think if the big foot hoax was allowed, then trillions of naked shorted shares should be too, kinda just like a lot of little jokes to equal one big joke.
I'd say Lumb and Santini are the only buyers at this point, wonder if they feel lonely, or if they feel that they have successfully bought all that can be gotten at these microscopic levels?
Never put your hand out in front of a sharp speeding rocket.
Maybe the 7 spike were tangible shares.
Looks like Lumb may have all he needs I mean why buy more than the float ya know?
That 7 may mean a mm signal that someone is going to buy to 7.
if its 10/share and 1000 OS then its still not that great of a company.
Finally a company that wants to give away money, its like an oasis in a desert of businesses that only want to make money.
howard, do you think it is possible that he will go from one nss company to another laying down the spank?
Iron Lotus,
we also need proof that all geological surveys for all of the acres and all of the mines came back negative for precious metals.
If someone buys them out at that price they are worth that amount... and that means that is what nakey shorty has to pay too.
They would easily pay 10X market value if its worth 1000x that amount, and they need a lot of shares. It would be cheaper than buying on open market and drawing up the supply. A lot of naked short investors don't understand the whole, real supply concept...
aw its all cool no apologies necessary. Lets just hope this company can do something for the benefit of mankind, like its supposed to be...
