Is KPMG open on Saturdays?
At the risk of throwing gas on the fire...
I thought I would post a look into the Dark Side of our Capital Markets.
How Rogue Hedge funds engaging manipulative stock trading.

TD AMERITRADE has made a business decision to restrict the trading of this security based upon it's recent trading history.
We encourage you to be diligent in learning the essential facts relative to the securities held in your account. Concentration levels, liquidity and trading complexities should be reviewed and monitored closely. It's important that your investment strategy remain consistent with your investment objectives, risk factors and all regulations that pertain to trading. On occasion, clients inadvertently adopt a strategy that may violate trading regulations. You can help yourself avoid situations like this by taking this opportunity to familiarize yourself with strategies that are considered Manipulative Trading Practices (MTP).
MTPs are the purchase, sale or other transactions in any security for the purpose of:
- Creating or inducing a false, misleading or artificial appearance of activity in a security.
- Unduly or improperly influencing the market price of a security.
- Making a price that does not reflect the true state of the market in a security.
- Trades which result in no change in beneficial ownership.
- Pre-arranged trading with other parties
Terms commonly used to describe manipulative trading practices include:
Wash Trades,
Matched Trades,
Painting the Tape and
Spoofing.
Accounts directly or indirectly engaged in manipulative trading practices may be subject to trading restrictions, account closures and/or regulatory penalties.
TD Ameritrade has XKEM on Restricted List.
The Brokers are doing this to protect their customers and themselves when they spot patterns of manipulative trading.
If you look a Level 2 there is a clutch of MMs waiting for .02.
trade thanks, tomorrow will be interesting...
Do you have a link to the delisting?
Thanks I'll keep an eye out for it.
Is this expected to go on all day?
Is ARETE trading today?
Looks like some of the XKEM investors are learning to take profits while waiting for the "Big One".
Interesting...
I have a theory.
I think Xechem is using the IHub board as a PR department.
Where else are investors going to go to get the news?
You may have noticed, you're not the only person standing in this line...
Hey guys, Is the paint dry yet?
You know if Steve & Co. could time a press release to our retest of the Aug. 24 low we could get a higher high than the last time we bounced off .02.
Ken is this magic box supposed to work on an hourly time scale for daytraders?
I'm seeing some interesting momentum plays.
Well if XKEM is going to present and they aren't listed on the program shouldn't Steve be getting on to the SCDAA to correct it?
If XKEM is presenting why aren't they listed on the SCDAA conference program?
Looks like we're going to get a retest of the Aug. 23 low.
Should be good for another bounce.
Looks like VSPC may be setting up for a Magic box next week.
This one is worth watching since it could make another run at a $1.
The monthly is in the mud but looks as though it can easily climb out.
Thanks for encouraging my behavior LOL....
This is a live chart of CRGO's hourly moves over the past 10 days.
It clearly shows what you're talking about.
The daily %R is only going to show where it is at the close of the day, not where it has been during the course of the day.
PreHoliday effect.
http://stockcharts.com/education/TradingStrategies/preHolidayEffect.html
Looks like today is the day to buy....
You think it's running up just because of the T/A?
Are that many people using Ken's system?
CRGO is an interesting find.
Any idea where the support is coming from?
GM Ken,
Is it possible to use the weekly chart as an indicator of where the monthly R%(9) is headed? It clearly supports your observation that XSNX should not be in the quicksand long.
Thanks lemmy,
I guess if you turn over enough rocks you're bound to find something of value.
Ken,this Magic Box is a very interesting play.
It turns out to be a very useful tool for evaluating these stock alerts that we all get.
I actually started paying attention to your system because vipyr's been testifying to the success of your “consortium of indicators” on the Stockhideout website.
Good job.
Ken, Does XSNX have a Magic Box?
The TA is finally beginning to look interesting.
Do you think .20 will hold?
Hey, anybody figured out what direction this stock is going yet?
Suspend what you believe and trade what you observe.
Hmmm, Well the AROON 8 and the %R9 are certainly in the right place and I like where the stochastics are but I would much rather have had this bouncing off of the lower BB like it did at the end of July if I wanted it to run more than a couple of days.
Still this is worth keeping an eye on.
Well, most people tend to view winning as a zero sum game.
In the real world you divide up the pot. But you need a seat at the table to do that. I think that's what NEOM is looking for.
I do agree that putting cash in you pocket has the highest priority. Because with out that you can't help anybody.
We are currently involved with a large telecom deal in China and It's all about the alliances.
Pardon my jumping in,
but I don't think NEOM is as much about winning as it is about having a seat at the table.
cloud8, Please provide patent number.
success,Thanks for the links,
but most of the slide presentation seems to be focused on text and bar code recognition. I guess that why it's called Paperclick. Since there was no mention of RFID in the patent abstracts you provided I assume slide 36 refers to a patent pending. Is that true?
I checked the board header and the patent abstracts.
There is no mention of RFID.
Interesting, I know very little about NEOM's tech.
I'm over here because of Ken's Magic Box.
If the Williams R(9) crosses the -50 I might take a position.
One question tho'
I know Neom has a patent on reading 2D barcodes with a cellphone but wouldn't reading RFIDs be better?
That seems to be the direction everything is going.
My theory about THE PLAN.
There is a PR coming that has the good news longs are waiting for BUT it won't be released until the .025 buyers get their fill.
Which means that a lot of people know ahead of time what's coming.
My theory is that the .025 buyers are being let on the train at a discount for services they will provide.
