Sure does and now we are one step closer per the update today. I would expect to get those back this week if they have already been sent out and then to file with SOS and we are golden. My personal timeline puts this at next week (if I were doing it) so hang on to your hats.

I am on line between the March 8 deadline, (leaning more toward not having them) but if we have financials before March 31, I foresee over $50 on March 31.

I put a bid in at $4.51 about 30 minutes prior to close (and over ask) that did not fill.

I personally think it is someone flipping from $3s to $4/$5 knowing we wont get financials til next week.

Still crazy that we make $14/share profit and we currently trade at $5. Still buying...........was able to pick up 700 more so far today.

Looks like MMs are playing with share price again with 'seq' trades to make it appear flat or down. With the manipulation and in conjunction with new MMs playing this week, leads me to believe we are ready to move. If we nibble at the ASK and live retail traders here dont undercut the ASK, we can move up nicely again. But it only takes one person to screw it up.......will the behave this time?

Seems that ALPS is gone, at least for now. Crazy how that coincides with board post. Seems like our volume all of the sudden sparked some interest from ARCA as well. I have noticed that the last few times we started getting volume. I think we see $10 early next week (without cutthroats undercutting the ASK) and launch from there with financials.
