Sure does and now we are one step closer per the update today. I would expect to get those back this week if they have already been sent out and then to file with SOS and we are golden. My personal timeline puts this at next week (if I were doing it) so hang on to your hats.

In Texas we are still trying to serve HAZH - Haz Holdings, QUAN - Quantum, and PRVS - Providence with service of process. The citations were recently issued and out to the private process server to attempt certified mailing to each of their registered agents and known corporate officers. If returned undeliverable, then Texas Rules permit us to serve them via the Texas Secretary of State.
