There’s a lot of people in this stock and half of them probably have their finger hovering over the sell button.
I’m not worried about me
We’ll see what happens eod if no filings are in…
If someone knew that we wouldn’t be sitting at a dime.
How could anyone possibly know that?
I wonder how eod will go if no filings by then. This is definitely odd if they don’t. It would have to be something to do with the China portion of their business I would think.
Bidding.0001’s just in case. They’ll come around eventually.

I had one go grey over a year ago and they still haven’t filed anything. -$8K
They could file after being suspended also.
That’s what makes this so intriguing. But none of that matters if they don’t file by deadline. Which (I believe) is midnight tonight. If they don’t count that first Monday as a full day it would be tomorrow. But I’m pretty sure they have to get it in today by midnight. I first noticed it Monday the 2nd. But someone on this board said they saw it Sunday which would have been the 1st.
They can if someone is willing to buy them. But if it goes to greys it generally goes to trips.
Right. If it goes to greys it won’t start trading again for a couple weeks. Canadians can buy it (when it starts trading again) through some brokerages. But I don’t think there’s any brokerage that allows us to buy it in the US. Hopefully they file.
It’s a gamble. Could be huge. Could be zero.
They adopted a new “grace period” of 15 days (as I understand it). I first noticed the grace period symbol on the otc Monday the 2nd. If they count that day then tomorrow would be the last day to file.
“This limited conditional grace period provides investors with the opportunity to liquidate positions in a broker-dealer-quoted market for up to 15 calendar days from the determination that the issuer’s information no longer meets the above-listed requirements.”

I think it has more to do with this:
Reuters) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) added over 80 firms, including China's JD.com, to a list of entities facing possible expulsion from American exchanges amid a long-running auditing standoff between the United States and China. May 5, 2022

There’s no dilution though. Yet… SS updated. We may see dilution tomorrow eod though…
Might be sell off tomorrow. No filings this goes to zero tomorrow.
Will we get a filing? If so we’re back at square one waiting for Jinpengs.
Did they get us with the oke doke?
Wish I could get ahold of Dezer or Shlomo to see if they know anything about any of this. This might have been one of those Chinese yin yangs.
We going to zero or what? Suspension or live to fight another day?

This is pretty interesting also. This is stated on the overview page on elek otc markets.
“The Pink Limited Information tier may include companies that are delinquent in their filing obligations with the SEC, a foreign exchange or regulator, or under the Pink Disclosure Guidelines, as well as non-U.S. companies listed on a foreign exchange that does not require English disclosure and do not certify their compliance with SEC Rule 12g3-2(b).”

Seen it Monday. They just purchased 100 cars. I don’t think they’ll let that happen. I’m getting the feeling they’re holding something big back. Almost seems like they want us to sell. So I buy more!
Somehow, No matter how wealthy they are, they’re still willing to drive these into the dirt. They can’t take that money to hell with them. Riding freebies is one thing. Being a multi billionaire like Bleier & Dezer is another.
Most of us still talking are.
I feel sorry for anyone who bought this in the multi dollars and held through this. I believe they’ll get it back but at what cost? They’re quick to halt a stock when it’s going up but I’ve never seen them “protect” investors and halt it on the way down to investigate what’s causing the carnage.
