the CEO's promise to publish the financial results for 2009 and for the first quarter of this year on the OTC markets homepage shortly.
That information was published months ago - HG does not appear to know what quarter he has not yet reported on.
I wonder if any of those 144's were subject to the forward split, volume suggests they were.
Oh, Free Harbor LLC

Reality being the operative word!
So its a "Take my Word For It" deal, nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more!
Did you post it? Is it a publicly recorded document?
Sorry did I miss that certified letter?
And because you say it is so, that makes it the truth?
In the absence of a correct filing since the 31st December 2009 financials I would be curious to know how you know this for a fact?
Over 200 million traded in 3 days mmmmmmmmm?
Just terrible.
Check out Cob for PM.
Cheers
Oh my lord, this really is a complete train wreck.
Without a current filing we are in the dark and unfortunately anything that you post on this board with regard to certified evidence of the O/S and A/S numbers would have to be made public by the Company. I am not sure that you can disseminate that information to a handful of speculators on I-Hub. I am also somewhat surprised that you have that information in your possession.
The holding period for rule 144 stock is six months. If the restricted stock was issued in May or prior the legend could be removed and the sales begin. This scenario would make the 1% rule moot.
But Solarbrook are not in Nevada. Whats your point?
Bit too much of a long haul for me to get to NC - Have a fantastic weekend.
So again, you are privy to material information. What proof did Georgy show you? Can you share?
So you called the Transfer agent today and they sent you that letter?
Do not forget that it was you that claimed zero dilution, then you that posted a picture of a letter and you will not explain where you found it on the web (being a public form it should be fairly straightforward to find).
Why have they not filed yet, what are they hiding?
Can you post the public link to that public form please.
I never said stockmomo was a paid promoter.Although his website does offer that service.
Or an A/S increase to 24 Gazillion shares.
My point spoochy is that it is not an everyday kind of letter that your average penny stock speculator would be in possession of.
There was a touch of my sarcasm included, I hope thats not a TOU violation.
That was not what I asked. My question "How does an anonymous poster on I-Hub happen to have that letter"?
Sounds to me like he is in possession of material non public information.
Where did that come from? Is that the letter sent to Solarbrook or was it included with the supermarket flyers?
I do not think you will see that r4.
Patent owned by Dennis Masts shoe shining company, therefore not a company asset.
Ditto - "I thought", as in "is this correct"?
Really? Cause I thought this particular transfer agent was gagged. Anybody (in the country) who would like to verify.
That is because it is incorrect!
Yes, put that together with all the shares that were handed over for promo PR's. How would you explain the avalanche?
That is the chart of massive dilution - looks familiar.
Aim lower, it will get there.
Based on unaudited, bogus financial statements.
How about a carbon neutral prison cell?
Heck, PeeCock would probably PR that too. I can see it now.
"Green Globe CEO announces Green Incarceration"
More like "Dump and Dump"
Stevey Dumpty sat on a wall
Stevey Dumpty had a big fall
So how do you know that it was not two completely separate people routing their trades through the same market maker?
Sounds far more likely than your theory, although not as sexy.
Could you please explain how you have arrived at that conclusion?
TIA
What we have at hand is a company that:-
a) Has failed to keep current with Pink Sheets.
b) Filed duplicate financial statements for two different quarters.
c) Does not appear to own its own patents.
d) Has a history of dilution.
e) Has a history of putting out overly exuberant Press Releases.
f) Has put out a Press Release regarding a marketing alliance with Matheson followed with a vague PR about two proposals they are working on.
g) Has had all of their subsiduary companies dissolved by the state of NC.
Don't forget the huge valuation on the patents, the valuation appreciated exponentially from the initial outlay. With little or no revenue there is no justification for this appreciation.
Are they bogus? Absolutely yes.
