Do we get another binding LOI tomorrow? I'm thinking Sunshine Hemp is next?
I can see the rest of the 10 remaining getting signed within the next 2 weeks. Then closed by Halloween. Their first 10Q after losing shell status is going to be very interesting. May be the most read document on the OTC. lol
This argument is starting to lose a little steam. To be honest, it just took a nose dive off the pier and now treading water. The first binding LOI today (out of many to come soon, IMO) shoots a gigantic hole in the no business or income narrative. It's coming soon, as advertised. It's been perfectly clear since the beginning.
If we hit .80 it means there's been positive developments and we're on our way to multi dollars. That's why people bought this in the first place so why settle for break even?
I believe a binding LOI is, in fact, a deal. And I also think he'll submit a few more throughout the day today. Just a guess.
Thanks whoever sold me their .40 and .44 this morning!
Wooops. lololol
The 10 day extension is available to any company at any time for whatever reason they choose. Covid has nothing to do with it. We can assume we'll get the vanilla shell earnings report we've seen for the past year. Boring.
Nothing matters until we see either the binding LOIs or sale of the shell.
Haven't they filed an extension every quarter since they bought the shell? Then filed on time in 10 days? So what? None of it matters until they fill the shell. Late, on time, whatever. It's meaningless.
If it drops big that's just an opportunity. I'm looking to buy a bunch if it does.
Why would he worry about what the stock price is before the shell is even filled? Sure, he's excited people were interested, but who wouldn't be? He knows it's going well beyond where it's been. We all know.
Did he own a single one of those unrestricted shares? No, I don't think so. Are you saying the previous owners should never be allowed to sell their shares? It was part of the deal, IMO. They got 300k cash and kept a bunch of shares they can sell later. So what? Let them sell, they deserve it.
You are dead wrong on that. You have to ignore substantial DD to come to that conclusion.
The shares are restricted. And even if they weren't, explain why he would sell now, or through a proxy, at .40-.50 and not at 1.00 or 1.75 or 2.20? If he was interested in a quick buck, this ship would have sailed half a year ago. There could be no hiding it.
But of course, you say it happens all the time. Except when it doesn't, you know, happen.
His shares are restricted and continue to be for the foreseeable future. Unless he bought a handful on the open market, that is not even possible. Is there any record of him buying or selling a single share after he bought the shell, ever? No. No there is not.
Isn't one of those owned by Doki? Same as CLSI? Soooo, couldn't one infer we're 1 percenters? :)
It'll get there in due time. Not worried about shell status at all. Much much more interested in financials that show revenue and some forward looking statements.
Even if true, do you think Elon Musk doesn't stage photo ops? He literally rents stages for this purpose. It matters not. What does matter is the undeniable significant increase in stock price that will come when this shell is finally filled with legitimate, verified, operating, revenue generating businesses.
Soon. I'd hate to miss it.
Four Colour Print Group acquisition next up. Maybe this week? Then we start getting into the other unknown "already lined up" acquistions. Those are going to be fun reveals!
- FMCG including Specialty Food Items: Anthea*
*Includes distro deals with Roast Foods and Damron Group
- Commercial Printing and Bound Books: Four Colour
- Chemicals and Fertilizers including Industrial Products
- Medical Supplies and Pharmaceuticals
- Valued added reselling of IT Products
Market cap right now 13M. Seems low. :)
Why do people keep saying it's hard to remove shell sign? All they have to do is provide financials showing assets. By definition, that would not be a shell company.
It's fun, right? After all these months of nothingville. Now we got buyers making it rain on the ask and DGAF. Days like this make you think we're close to some big news.
There are over 3000 shareholders here. Some have a lot of shares. Any one of which could sell at any time. I don't think JC has any control over that. So, meh. Just another green day shaping up.
Indeed. Dollars may be understating.
I don't know what you just said, but if it's sort of like rumors of JC's restricted GRNF shares hitting the market any time soon are bogus and ill-informed, then you would be correct!
I thought that was going to happen a month ago. What up?
I would like to know what Clancy paid for Anthea and Obocon. The PRs say they have acquired them. Does that mean they have an intent to acquire (LOI), an agreement to acquire (Binding LOI), a handshake agreement, or is it a done deal? It's not clear.
Not trying to bash, I just really want to know what they paid for them, and by extension, what this company is worth. Did they pay cash or shares? 8k me pronto, please. You're a public company.
Also, let's start this next leg up. Ready for it.
It was suspended the day after Sam took over. Sam had nothing to do with it.
You do realize the Chairman and CEO were the ones forced to resign when they were suspended? That was Pineda's company, not Sam's. If Sam was even remotely involved, why did the board ask him to be CEO and try to clean up their mess? The narrative changes some when you actually pay attention to facts.
Alright, I'll bite. This kind of inflammatory post has to stop. What's your proof? Name the law(s) you think he broke. I need to see that now. Or are we just supposed to LOL whenever this subject comes up? Some people might be concerned you're actually serious.
I can't tell you how excited I am for Bophelo. This will fundamentally change everything you've witnessed with the company in the past 18 months. I know it's in early stages right now, so can't get too excited. But OMG the potential is amazing. Growing world-class medical cannabis for $.50/gram is unreal. They won't sell it for less than $2.50 and probably closer to $6/gram. We're talking 80-90% gross profit. PROFIT is what MJ investors want these days, and a year or two from now, look out for our little Halo because they will have that in spades.
This artificial timeline is annoying. What indication is there the deals won't happen? Has any of the LOI's been withdrawn? No. Has JC skipped town and gone dark? No. Has JC gone to jail? No and lol on that one. Has JC dumped a single share? No.
So, other than the loooong wait time to get this shell filled, the only evidence that it won't happen is some people have an opinion about it. Based on what, I have no idea. But it's not facts, I am sure of that.
My post was referring to the office they occupy on seventh ave., and is listed on the OTC as their location. Not the one they don't occupy. Not sure why he even went there since it's not relevant any more.
And?
It's not difficult to understand why people want to own this company. GRN Holding Corp has stated their intentions to acquire multiple companies. Some of which likely have significant revenue. Their current market value is forward looking, and very likely undervalued today.
That info is also in their quarterly filings you just perused.
Obviously. I wonder why no one would be in the office. Seems weird. What could possibly be going on that they'd want to stay home and work remotely?...
Post financials with revs, articles of merger, 8k for new ownership, ask nicely. Any of those should do it. :)
We hit 91 RSI at .059. It had to sell off. It's physics. lol.
Now it's back down to around 40, which is were it was when we started the climb from .015. I'm not much a chart guy, but it looks like the SP should start going back the other direction shortly.
Why do you say that? I don't believe he's subject to any criminal investigation, much less facing any charges. Did I miss some news or what?
Their corporate address is in the public record. And it's not the other building somebody was sightseeing or his car.
1700 Seventh Avenue
Suite 2300
Seattle, WA 98101
So, here's the biggest problem I see right now with CLSI. Nobody is excited to own a butter company. Be it from sacred cows or not. And the reviews of the product aren't even that good on Amazon. I'm pretty sure Anthea does more than butter and pretty good volume of sales, but there's not much info about it.
We need more. Specifically, what is the Obocon link to DFO Petroleum? Now that would be something to get excited about. And what about revenues? Ghee is expensive butter, but but how much do they sell? We can speculate and all, but that doesn't move the SP any more. I wonder how much longer to see 8ks and 10Qs..
Oh, and the last PRs said CLSI acquired Obocon and Anthea. Was that a completed acquisition and what did it cost? Or are those binding LOIs, LOIs, or just elbow bumps agreements? Need details to help determine their worth to us shareholders.
Patience. Yes, I know. Trying...
edit: sorry, didn't mean to post as a reply. :)
Mexican food is the best. This is a known fact. :)
