Redemption Song
Old pirates, yes, they rob I;
Sold I to the merchant ships,
Minutes after they took I
From the bottomless pit.
But my hand was made strong
By the 'and of the Almighty.
We forward in this generation
Triumphantly.
Won't you help to sing
These songs of freedom? -
'Cause all I ever have:
Redemption songs;
Redemption songs.
Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery;
None but ourselves can free our minds.
Have no fear for atomic energy,
'Cause none of them can stop the time.
How long shall they kill our prophets,
While we stand aside and look? Ooh!
Some say it's just a part of it:
We've got to fulfil de book.
Won't you help to sing
These songs of freedom? -
'Cause all I ever have:
Redemption songs;
Redemption songs;
Redemption songs.
---
Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery;
None but ourselves can free our mind.
Wo! Have no fear for atomic energy,
'Cause none of them-a can-a stop-a the time.
How long shall they kill our prophets,
While we stand aside and look?
Yes, some say it's just a part of it:
We've got to fulfil de book.
Won't you help to sing
Dese songs of freedom? -
'Cause all I ever had:
Redemption songs -
All I ever had:
Redemption songs:
These songs of freedom,
Songs of freedom.
moxa1: so many questions to ask and so little time. Why do we have so many foreign-born individuals running around and affecting how we operate? In reality, Dov Zakheim was just an errand boy, when compared to the likes of Bernard Lewis.
Any accounting won't happen until there is a complete overthrow and jailing of the criminals.
Notice the cute "correction" as after hours. It's not. If more folks would file reports against the specialist, then the flow and volume would run truer.
Note:

D: ??? You don't know anyone who knows how to write??? Just a guess here and just trying to help.
Southern Gal: they were probably more concerned with the recent dancing by the specialist with the time and sales. Do the accounting for yourself and get back to me. CTT's PPS should be significantly higher today, in a true market.
slojab: that's fine, still we need to educate you a bit. Clay is very important. It holds the soil and is the holder of nutrients. However, other parts of soil needs to be on top of it. Clay is the essential subsoil. You are going to need quarry grit/sand and also organic matter on top.
Have I lost you yet? Snick! Snick!
slojab: it's a bit funny jumping back between the two boards. If you don't mind, I'll discuss this with you on the SL board. Many folks here also contribute over there and visa versa.
slojab: there's fantastic reading here in the iBox. Let's work on setting up a reasonable soil mix and that will end most of the slug problem. Yes, it sounds like mice haven. Maybe I should say, "Mice Hice." (one mouse and two mice; one house and two hice ... what???)
slojab: a huge amount amount of slugs could well be a symptom of poor drainage. Please tell me more; including your total yard space.
slojab: a lawn is the highest maintenance ground cover around. Maybe, you might want to break up parts with small alpine gardens.
slojab: toads have a fine range. Even with a huge garden, three homes will probably do the trick.
slojab: read this post and I hope it helps:

profiteer11: yes; on the "other" board. Thanks for posting it here.
Signs that the economic situation has hit the skids have appeared at inner-city and some suburban locations. Displaced and homeless pets have overrun animal shelters. “It’s not just the empty bottles of Ripple and Southern Comfort littering the floors or the hairballs or the stale vomit.” An anonymous source whispered, “The sight of unwashed and unclipped poodles hanging with curs is so gauche and uncouth.”
Fifi had to pull a two-day stint with a temp service to have access to rations other than Government Surplus Purina With Velvetta. Mister X, the alias of a Persian, who pulled a few public-service commercial spots, declined comments. Reports of others begging in the streets and rummaging garbage cans could not be confirmed. Graffiti outside a shelter read, “The Bow-Wowery.”
No doubt about it, times are tough.
janice shell: try PMing yourself to see what happens. At least, you won't get one of "those" PMs.
EZ: I don't know if it's just the "kids." I carefully use the "material crowd" description. The reality of the world that we can interface with all or most of our senses has given way to one-dimensional interactions. However, I believe that this weakens one’s overall ability to think, on its various levels.
Your example of tag serves the point well.
Another use of words of art: Vendanta. Rape, in any form, is a travesty.
wall: no, you don't. Living out in the boondocks brings the necessity of having one or more cats. Cats would straighten you out. Carrots become as so many parrishioners.
wall: that would explain why we're not Facebookites. I don't even tell my carrots everything.
wall: I'm not sure either. It just gets to be ad naseum to see certain folk with their meat hooks into certain areas. My cynical nature has me immediately pressing the buttons for the sirens.
GEO928: and to think that I thought that you were disagreeing with me (never a problem). Remember that I advocate anarchocapitalism. One of the powers of personal and collective liberty is a true free market. All most folks know is the ersatz one with the faux boilerplate of "free market." It is representative of monopoly and fascist statism. The tool of choice to achieve such a monopoly is socialism.
This is from an email that was copied part of an unknown blog post.
Things That Go Hmmmmm:
"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to
develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That
is our bottom line."
- President Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998
"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We
want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass
destruction program."
- President Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998
"Iraq is a long way from [the USA], but what happens there matters a great
deal here. For the risks that the leaders of a rogue state will use nuclear,
chemical or biological weapons against us or our allies is the greatest
security threat we face."
-Madeline Albright, Feb 18, 1998
"He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he has ten times
since 1983."
-Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser, Feb, 18, 1998
"[W]e urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S.
Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate,
air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to
the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction
programs."
-Letter to President Clinton, signed by Sens. Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John
Kerry, and others Oct. 9, 1998
"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass
destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he
has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."
-Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998
"Hussein has ... chosen to spend his money on building weapons of mass
destruction and palaces for his cronies."
- Madeline Albright, Clinton Secretary of State, Nov. 10, 1999
"There is no doubt that ... Saddam Hussein has invigorated his
weaponsprograms. Reports indicate that biological, chemical and nuclear
programs continue apace and may be back to pre-Gulf War status. In addition,
Saddam continues to redefine delivery systems and is doubtless using the
cover of a licit missile program to develop longer-range missiles that will
threaten the United States and our allies."
- Letter to President Bush, Signed by Sen. Bob Graham (D, FL,) and others,
December 5, 2001
"We begin with the common belief that Saddam Hussein is a tyrant and a
threat to the peace and stability of the region. He has ignored the mandated
of the United Nations and is building weapons of mass destruction and the
means of delivering them."
- Sen. Carl Levin (D, MI), Sept. 19, 2002
"We know that he has stored secret supplies of biological and chemical
weapons throughout his country."
- Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002
"Iraq's search for weapons of mass destruction has proven impossible to
deter and we should assume that it will continue for as long as Saddam is in
power."
- Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002
"We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing
weapons of mass destruction."
- Sen. Ted Kennedy (D, MA), Sept. 27, 2002
"The last UN weapons inspectors left Iraq in October of 1998. We are
confident that Saddam Hussein retains some stockpiles of chemical and
biological weapons, and that he has since embarked on a crash course to
build up his chemical and biological warfare capabilities. Intelligence
reports indicate that he is seeking nuclear weapons..."
-Sen. Robert Byrd (D, WV), Oct. 3, 2002
"I will be voting to give the President of the United States the authority
to use force-- if necessary-- to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe
that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real
and grave threat to our security."
-Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Oct. 9, 2002
"There is unmistakable evidence that Saddam Hussein is working aggressively
to develop nuclear weapons and will likely have nuclear weapons within the
next five years ... We also should remember we have always underestimated
the progress Saddam has made in development of weapons of mass destruction."
- Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D, WV), Oct 10, 2002
"He has systematically violated, over the course of the past 11 years, every
significant UN resolution that has demanded that he disarm and destroy his
chemical and biological weapons, and any nuclear capacity. This he has
refused to do"
- Rep. Henry Waxman (D, CA), Oct. 10, 2002
"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that
Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons
stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also
given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members.
It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue
to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will
keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
- Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002
"We are in possession of what I think to be compelling evidence that Saddam
Hussein has, and has had for a number of years, a developing capacity for
the production and storage of weapons of mass destruction."
- Sen. Bob Graham (D, FL), Dec. 8, 2002
"Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal,
murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a
particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to
miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his
continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction
... So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real
..."
- Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Jan. 23. 2003

It's a bit of a surprise to see some of these players awakened.
FS4s: Hmmmmm, I had thought that they were all pulled. How long have you had access to them?
Who is the face of Facebook and other "social media" sites?
http://brasschecktv.com/page/603.html
A simple look into Linkedin yielded connections to The Aspen Institute. I haven't gone into depth into this. I'd like to hear others thoughts on this.
GEO928: the Era of Peak Oil, et al, has many layers to it. Innovation will be key to some and others may be oblivious to such a thing. Multi-mounding of ants hasn't worked and urban sprawl and suburbanology is demonstrative of the escape of the crime and other sociopathic behavior that is often typified from social engineering, i.e. welfare zones.
Within sectors of "the industrial revolution," petroleum products from refining by-products have proved to be disadvantageous and even disastrous for human society. Mankind can only eat poison for so long. Living things depend on air, water, sunlight, and soil. There is movement towards more and more organic farming and even urban gardening. Urban gardening carries its own special sociological functionality and a higher quality of life with it. These conditions are abetted by a micro-state-free conceptualization.
Developing nations have had access to various technologies for some time. However, certain corporate entities have stifled any real advancement. The cap and trade scam is more corporatopia monopoly. It's no surprise that this current administration is overrun with the worst that the human race has to offer. Any naive individual reading this needs to look no further than Susan Rice and her mentor, Ziggy (Zbigniew Brzezinski). Of course, Ziggy has so many wind-up soldiers running around that many folk miss the Monsanto concentrations. Stephen Solarz is the latest such Manchurian puppet.
Developing nations and their citizenry are "developing" (or not developing) for a reason. It's that horrid word that ivory-tower denizens abhor: ambition.
VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price)
A measure of the price at which the majority of a given day's trading in a given security took place. Calculated by taking the weighted average of the prices of each trade.
This can be a fine trading strategy: catching the adjustments with VWAP.
chilrum: AMEX uses only one MM per entity. They used to be known as a specialist. Someone recently emailed me to correct my antique thinking.
An original from one of the great blues artists and writers:
chilrum: any entity moves on its own. IMO, it's always faulty reasoning to compare one entity's direction, except against potential competitors. Even then, it can be quite misleading. PPS moves on perception. That's truly the only reason. There may be factors that increase or decrease that perception, at any given time. The most important of all factors is volume, especially on an upward movement.
Based on my long-time observations of CTT's charts, the initial breakout came on March 23rd, with nearly 78K in volume. This followed a day of 63K volume that knocked CTT below the Lower BB. The 113K-day of 1 April established a new base. The 540K-day of the 12th was mostly a day of traders. However, camouflaged within the day's move were several buy-and-hold individuals. CTT won't have real significant institutional investors until the PPS rises above 5.00.
The fact that CTT's PPS has held after the big day is rather good. Often any entity that pops 25% or more in a day invites the knock downers. There wasn't even a very high percentage of profit taking.
CTT is not a sexy stock for most traders. Therefore, it will be volume sets that will attract new traders and investors. Yesterday, I talked to a woman about her unusual allergies. She mentioned her sister on a pain-attenuating device. I described CTT's Calmare and her eyes widened and she made mention how much the device costs; but it was well worth it. I told her about the company and its future. She might have gone out and bought all of 100 shares. Still, what is and her sister's sphere of influence?
If you're in for the long haul, then forget about day-to-day movements. If you're a trader, then watch the charts. Most of the rest are distractions from moneymaking focus.
Driver Stu Benedict: John Nano scores again:
device (noun) a thing made for a particular purpose; an invention or contrivance, esp. a mechanical or electrical one.
The CEO's exacting usage of the English language is quite encouraging to the overall publicity of CTT.
Shelly: let's see; you're a woman. Hmmmm, this should cover it:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=48869336
powderbum: even before that; one has to understand that this is mainly being pushed by traders and dabblers, right now. That's a good thing. This is why volume is so important to an entity. And to think that a few days ago, 50K was the breakout volume.
LOL The specialist has not had this much work in years.
