ERFW nice move today. Chart in my ibox charts
Thanks ;)
Told ya I had another big one this week...
ARGA Nice one!!!
ERFW +18%
Looking like the bottom is in on this one...heading back up now. Chart looks good for some more...
Trading under book value and earnings call on March 13th.
They already PRd some numbers back in mid Feb and it looks like they are turning things around...
This is on my watchlist for next week...
Here's my picks for this week...
THK, KAD, ERFW, MSPD, BKHM, IMGN, SCA, WAVX, ALTI, AFOP
Dude, dont cancel...more entries will trickle in tonight...
Everybody is out shoveling their driveway right now...
Wanna help me finish mine?
Anybody wanna come help me finish shoveling the driveway?
I AM SO SICK OF WINTER.......
Strictly a lotto play at this point...
They could easily go either BK or get bought out....
It could move big, the question is...which way??
I agree with Lang, TMA and ABK closes are messed up on Yahoo Finance...
I was watching ABK on L2 and all my chit shows a close of 7.90 then it spiked to 9.5 right after the close then settled back down...still seeing AH trades, last couple at 8.12
TMA shows a close of 1.28, AH trades still trickling in, last one at 1.34
Woo Hoo! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You very much...
The celebration is now in full swing!
(Hope your feeling better, I know I am)
Nice close. .09
with .091 on the bid and .096 on the ask...
I am not certain if 5000 SqFt is accurate for this new location. Still digging to try to confirm. I am sure we will get the details from Dr. Ben on the call next week.
From looking at some of the stuff on SILQUIS that has been posted already today, it looks plenty big enough for a HHSS and looks to already have a solid customer base of the same target market....
Should be a relatively quick conversion and probably an even more successful spot than Tampa just based on location.
And yes, according to todays PR, it will also have a recording studio...
"This will be the site of the HipHopSodaShop in Miami that will feature a state-of-the-art Microsoft Xbox 360 Competitive Online Video Gaming Center along with the best in hip-hop and R&B music, videos, branded merchandise, recording studio and a menu of great-tasting food and beverage."
Thanks Man, too bad I dumped it all too early at .68 and never got back in! lol
Oh well, nice gain regardless.
My pick last week (ADST) was sweet too! (Which I also sold early at .40)
Gonna be tough to get a top gainer 3 weeks in a row!
Just to set the record straight, the majority of the population is NOT seniors in Miami Gardens.
% of population by Age
14 and under = 25.8%
15 to 54 = 56.8%
55+ = 17.4%
Regardless, bring on the Hip Hop grannies, their money is just as good at the HHSS too.
I dont think they need to report their open market buys on the pink sheets. Otherwise they would have to report their sells as well. Which is the problem with typical pinkys.
Good Questions for Dr. Ben for next weeks call:
Have you (Dr. Ben) purchased or plan to purchase shares of HTRE in the open market?
What about the Board of Directors?
Yeah, only 41 Boardmarks...
This company needs some serious exposure.
If they ink a Microsoft Deal and MS puts out a PR on it, then H3 will be officially on the map.
Dr. Ben needs to organize some of his contacts to start buying and spreading the word here. Russell and Diddy and the big boyz in the biz.
C'mon Dr. Ben...how bout a Million Man March down to the HHSS or better yet, down wall street!!
And Monday nights...
Found an old review that mentions 5000 Sq Feet.
"...And with 5000 square feet to play with, almost anything's possible at Silqui's."
Also, they are still operating and hosting an event on Saturday nights....
Approaching a big double bottom on the chart. Could set a new 52 week low if it gets a delisting notice next week.
Chart is pinching hard (PPO/ADX) and could be good for a sweet POP soon. Watching closely....

HipHopSodaShops Set to Expand to Miami
Friday March 7, 9:09 am ET
H3 Enterprises President and CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, Signs Miami HipHopSodaShop(TM) Agreement
MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 7, 2008 -- H3 Enterprises, Inc. (Other OTC:HTRE.PK - News) President and CEO Dr. Benjamin Chavis announced today that H3 Inc. has formally begun the process to open its second HipHopSodaShop. On March 6, 2008, Dr. Chavis signed an agreement with Robert Clarington, Jr., General Manager and Owner of SILQUI'S Seafood and Steak Restaurant and Lounge, to take the necessary steps to convert SILQUI'S into the HipHopSodaShop in Miami.
Dr. Chavis stated, "Today H3 Enterprises, Inc. is moving forward with our business plan to open HipHopSodaShops in major cities across America. Miami is a key world-class city with great economic development vitality. Miami is also an international hub of hip-hop culture with some of the world's greatest artistic talent. We had been searching for the best possible business expansion opportunity in Miami after successfully opening our first HipHopSodaShop in Tampa just three short months ago. SILQUI'S is a well-established, profitable business, and Robert Clarington is one of the most respected businessmen in Miami and Dade County. We are pleased that our discussions together have been productive and led to the signing of a detailed LOI Agreement. We will now move expeditiously to consummate a Joint Venture Agreement between H3 Inc. and SILQUI'S, as we prepare to open Miami 's first HipHopSodaShop and H3's second business unit."
SILQUIS is located at 2710 N.W. 167th Street, Miami Gardens, FL 33054. This will be the site of the HipHopSodaShop in Miami that will feature a state-of-the-art Microsoft Xbox 360 Competitive Online Video Gaming Center along with the best in hip-hop and R&B music, videos, branded merchandise, recording studio and a menu of great-tasting food and beverage.
The site in Miami Gardens was introduced to H3 Inc.'s Chairman Keith Chutjian by Eric Pettus, Founder and Owner of Pettus & Dawkins Financial Group, 152 N.W. 166 Street, Miami, FL 33169. Pettus is a local member of one of the largest church-based, economic empowerment networks in the United States, the Collective Banking Group, including church leaders and members throughout the East Coast from Maryland to Florida . Pettus emphasized, "I am looking forward to blending the success of Robert Clarington's SILQUI'S and the HipHopSodaShop(TM) brand together to bring 'real'financial empowerment to the Greater Miami Area community and beyond. This is an historic moment!"
Pettus continued, "I must admit that when H3 approached me and asked me to help find an existing location in Miami to joint venture with, SILQUI'S came to mind immediately, but I was skeptical. Let's be honest. Most companies would have come into the community, opened up and put a successful entrepreneur like Rob out of business. When I listened to Dr. Ben Chavis (a living legend in the civil rights struggle) talk about the HipHopSodaShop(TM) concept, and his vision for the brand, I allowed myself to dream of the infinite possibilities of combining the success of SILQUI'S and the power of a publicly traded company together. HipHopSodaShop Miami is gonna be Hot!
Robert Clarington concluded, "I would like to thank Dr Ben Chavis and H3 Enterprises, Inc. for the opportunity to enhance my dream of bringing upscale dining and a smooth entertainment environment to the largest black city in the state of Florida, the beautiful Miami Gardens . For those who have experienced the smooth vibe of SILQUI'S, you can look forward to that and so much more. So stay tuned because the HipHopSodaShop(TM) in Miami will be an experience that has yet to be seen."
About H3 Enterprises, Inc. and the HipHopSodaShop: H3 Enterprises, Inc. is the parent company of the HipHopSodaShop, with its corporate headquarters located at 116, John Street, New York, NY 10038. As the first publicly traded Hip-Hop company, H3 Enterprises, Inc. is dedicated to the mission of empowering young people through investment, education and economic development.
The HipHopSodaShops are a franchise restaurant operation that brings hip-hop music, sports and community involvement to every city where they open. The HipHopSodaShops carry a message of giving back to the community in the forms of empowerment, investment, employment and the arts.
Repost: Recap from Today's Call
Ok, for those that couldnt watch, heres my condensed take on the call...in no particlular order...
Dr. Ben started by offering up his email address for questions and then clearly stated:
"The purpose of this call is NOT to announce my resignation. I am here for the long term."
Dr Ben is very optimistic that 2008 is going to be a big year for H3 and believes shareholders will benefit and the pps will increase. "Shareholders should value what you have and get more shares if you can. We are on the way up."
HHSS Tampa:
-Revenue in excess of 210 000 in the past 2 months.
-Expect HHSS in Tampa will reach profitability before the 6 month mark.
-Fourth quarter financials to be posted shortly. Greater substance in what will be reported.
-Continue to improve the concept based on customer feedback,
-Four revenue streams: Food and beverage, online gaming, merchandise and recording studio.
-Needs more focus on video gaming side
-This weekend a major event on Mar 8th, co-sponser the Wild Splash concert at the Ford Ampitheatre in Tampa. A direct increase in business at the restaraunt since marketing for this event.
Tremendous interest in the franchise.
Expects the next HHSS to be in Miami Gardens (an existing business). More info next week. On the verge of taking the concept and establishing in other major cities. Must ensure the first store is successful and viable. Projections are to open up several more stores. Hopes to have 15 to 20 HHSS going into 2009. Expects these are the next areas for development :Miami, NYC, Atlanta, Houston, and LA.
Last week was in Seattle to meet with top execs at Microsoft (Mike Fisher, National marketing director,). Will be announcing a major agreement relationship with MS. A relationship beyond using products and logos, a business partnership between H3 and MS. Details and terms to be defined. More info to follow on next weeks call
Dr. Ben made it very clear that there are some internal problems between him and the BOD.
My take on this is; This was the major point of the call. I think he is sending a strong message to the board, that they need to get on board with the recommendations he and his team are making in regards to next steps. Dr. Ben wants H3 to bring on certain people (Ellis, Flemming, ?) and spend money and expand with a long term focus. In my opinion, give the man whatever he wants and let him and his crew take this company to the next level!!!
Announced that we will have another webcast next wednesday at the same time, with more details on the status of the company.
Please add anything I may have missed and please post your own opinions if you have a similar or even a completely different take on the call.
Well we did have a decent day for volume with just over 700K traded today. The highest volume day since Jan 30th.
Some nice blocks went thru during the call and it would have closed at .085 if it were not for this trade at the bell
Price 0.0795
Size 15400
Time 16:00:01
Hopefully we can regain some momentum leading up to next week's call and announcement of new HHSS in Miami and potential Microsoft deal.
No problem, and I agree, loyal longs needed that call to clear the air a little...
Next weeks call should have even more 'meat' and hopefully we get some juicy PRs to announce the Miami location and potentially a Microsoft deal.
Now it would be really sweet if Microsoft would PR the deal.
Then H3 would really get noticed!

Yeah, I dont wanna speculate at this point....however I would like to see a PR announcing the call...
