Just to set the record straight, the majority of the population is NOT seniors in Miami Gardens.

% of population by Age

14 and under = 25.8%
15 to 54 = 56.8%
55+ = 17.4%

Regardless, bring on the Hip Hop grannies, their money is just as good at the HHSS too.
