Thanks. Yours too!! All in all, the strongest, craziest, and foolish seem to end up making the real cash sooner or later.

As I have stated before, it appears that ALL of these stock boards are full of crying, complaining, yelling, pumping, bashing, too much news, too little news, too much fluff, this is a scam, ect.

I have been around for a good amount of time, and I will admit that every single stock I have ever played has had all the comments from above and more. Yes, I am not happy with the current situation, but how often are we penny players??? I can admit that I would have loved to have jumped in this and the next day it ran to the moon!!!

If you are down here, then come on, really, picking on a pinky stock is like digging around in the trash, and complaining that you didn't find anything of value!!!! This IS the riskiest of the risky!!!

I firmly believe that we have a fairly wise group of board posters here that have collectivley deducted that this has potential. As to WHEN that potential will come to fruition is anyones guess.

I know that in my own company that deadlines and goals are frequently adjusted to life/reality.

We have traded down here in the.006's for 7 months with an occasional pop. This tells me that the market sees something here, and are waiting for all the stars to line up. I for one would want to have my hopper loaded full if I wanted to break this SP out and above a dime or more. All these flippers and MOMO players can kill a run, not to mention the MM's and their games!!!!

I would wait until just the right moment and then launch!!

I don't like to loose money, but I also don't need it right now either!!!

I have seen WAY TOO MANY shareholders sell on panic, and then watch the stock soar a couple weeks/months later!!

It's not like we are digging ditches here! Take a deep breath and just walk away for a few days. Set up your brokerage account to email you if their is news or the stock jumps up huge for some reason. This way you can take a break. How in the world would you/we/I handle this going to say .10 if we can't even handle the tiny fluctuations, or penny swings??? No stock goes straight up without some profit taking pull backs, therefore use this time to strengthen your resolve for the future of this and other stock plays.

MY OPINION:
OIL is due for a rebound and then stabilize.
Dollar has more downside.
Gold has more upside.
DOW has more downside.
EQBM has more upside.

Now with that said... I hope all the weak hands sell here so that the strong hands are the only ones left when this goes!!

I do agree that it would be better for us to be producing, BUT it certainly doesn't hurt that gold and precious metals are predicted to continue there overall climb for the long run.

In addition, IF we were producing, the 8 would need to be moved to the left one or two places.

For all those out there with their assumtions on todays trading...I was the buyer and they mirrored my buy. End of story!!

I am SO sick of the angles our very short term flippers have tried to play here!! Don't be fooled longs, this will play out between the MM's and Larry, and we (retail) will have very little control of the outcome, unless we hold STRONG!!!



All this assuming and guessing makes me laugh!!!

Either way, the DTCC is now aware of the short/FTD position in EQBM due to the D/W issue. Therefore I would think that the broker/MM's are/will be notified soon, if not already! JMO

I would think that the DTCC is or has informed the brokerages of the FTD position, and the fireworks will/should begin soon!! JMHO

The DTCC is/has been in the process of determining if the D/W are eligible or ineligible.

This means that IF they are DTCC eligible, then the DTCC WILL distribute them to the brokerage/dealer firms of the rightful record holders.


If they are deemed DTCC ineligible, then the TA is responsible for sending them out to us. The TA can either send them to the firms, with the FIRMS NAME on the certs and they will hold them for the clients, OR the TA will issue them with the shareholders name on the certs and the firms will then send them directly to us.

From my understanding, the firms will not hold certs that are held in the client/shareholders name.

Sooner or later the flippers are going to flip, and then it's gonna just keep going up!! Tic Toc!!
