rockie, it is likely impossible to predict what we'll get, at least with what we know at present - don't forget carter's "waterfall" that he thinks he has in place. If that holds up legally, we're way at the back of the line.

One step at a time. We just got word of a settlement. Let that work out. No decision is being made one way or another here on this board to pursue or not to pursue reinstatement or other infringers today. We can't. If you think we should, when you get whatever share of settlement, hire a lawyer to champion your cause, go for it.

Rockie, at this point anything anyone says is pure conjecture. It will be hard, but we just have to wait and see and be confident in the legal team that was hired to help see we get our fair share.

GColl, this is too public a forum (IMHO) to post any information about legal action concerning UOIP. We don't know who monitors the forum (besides Iglow, for whatever reason he does). Whatever action that's being taken on our behalf is likely just barely off the ground. I'd like to know more also, but I'd guess that there really isn't much to say at this point. We do know that we've been told an effort is underway.

If you're referring to pillskill's letter, in the eyes of a court that isn't documentation - it is an allegation, nothing more.

I don't know the answer to that question - likely others don't either, therefore the lack of an answer.

I understand what you're saying about most OTC stocks and a short while ago I thought that about UOIP. Then the trial actually happened and we're in this wierd legal limbo. Let the legal process play out and, hopefully, UOIP will be the exception to your rule. Here's a great quote for you about the truth people want to hear:
