I live in bay area. I made some calls around. Verified Imperium is leasing the space at 4670 Central Fairfield. Its empty as of now. A poster earlier sent a pic of the door and Imperium on window. I called a business next door and they said not sure who but they are aware of a new business starting. So I tried on my part because I'm tired of not knowing. But anyone can lease space say they have a legit business like Dsgt good looking website. Pump millions of shares making money off unaware individuals like us believing it all and just play us out. Maybe lease cost 10000 a month. Dsgt can make that in a day selling shares. You see when the Hot Wheels get into the store and we see this the lid will close on all the theories and

Think about this, what if this lease at Fairfield is just going to sit empty while who ever is running the scam pays the lease each month with profits from here? Maybe it's a one year lease or a 6 month lease? Dump a few more millions of shares pay the lease for a year and making money while selling shares to us. Keep throwing ghost PRs that cars on on their way until the story ends. Pretty clever wouldn't it be? Hard to tell right now.

Ok I finally got a verification on Imperium EV business. They are leasing one of the suites. This info came from lease company. So all P/Dumpers please pack your bags and say your adios. Imperium is going to rock. DSGT has been truthful.

So now I see there is a company called Dent Solutions with the address and suite D. Either someone is good at messing with us or we need more verifying on Imperium real location.

I called BootBarn yesterday and they confirmed there is a new company moving in the build near them. But the sales person couldn't leave the store to walked down there because they had customers in it.

Let's get the ship out again. I called a business next to Imperium. They said yes they know one business left and a new one is set up. But, they couldn't leave the store to see. That's what I'm saying. I looked at google 360° all around the place. Angles,reflections on windows from both, looking through shop out the other side u see freeway. Floors are shiny like a showroom appeal. It appears shipment coming anytime. I had to throughly look for photoshopped or flaws with pictures to compare. What are we waiting for here? I spent an hour pulling up google location of Imperium and the picture we had here yesterday. There was a Safelite autoglass shop there once. I compared a 360 around the shop and building to the new pic. The freeway can be seen both Google and recent pic. The floors inside the building look ready for business. The sign on window looks new and probably isn't a photoshopped one to fool us. I went over and over to find clues of anything that looked off. It seems legit and ready for a business to open. I think Dsgt has been honest. Check for yourselves.
