Does anyone else here think Imperium might be a scam? Think about this, what if this lease at Fairfield is just going to sit empty while who ever is running the scam pays the lease each month with profits from here? Maybe it's a one year lease or a 6 month lease? Dump a few more millions of shares pay the lease for a year and making money while selling shares to us. Keep throwing ghost PRs that cars on on their way until the story ends. Pretty clever wouldn't it be? Hard to tell right now.
