BULLSHIT !!!
Hahaha
Thanks man!
I'm putting in a large sell order, right away monday morning.
Thanks again for notifying us here.
The Doc.
Buddy, wake up. I told you that some time ago. Volume will stay extreme low until news.
Rien ne vas plus, remember?
You claimed the volume was SO HIGH, when I said the volume was extremely low...
Do I need to look up your post???
Positions have been taken, and some are in deep, deep sjit...
Do I need to sell me shares, dr Buffett?
Hahahaha....
I heard that Kosmos also was impressed by that post...
Hang in there.
Look at the volume, buddy.
It's over, positions have been taken.
Rien ne va plus. Deal with it, just like we do.
If you're still looking for all kinds of answers, go after these ones:
Who paid for the lawsuits, and why? Who kept ERHC alive?
Let us know if you found the answers.
The Doc.
You have a point there.
But they of course can still work together, it's just business.
Thanks.
But that is good news: then no further litigations… and faster track.
Unless news hits us from this silent world.
If so, then… in an instant it's all explosion.
Then you get what you could not imagine all of these years… a Big BANG.
Like an atomic bomb. Boom.
:)
A bad taste when you drink it... ?
Tastes like oil.
Hang in there, ERHC is almost bankrupt…
Oh, no... wait! :)
I only got 118 shares from the dealer today...
He Bro,
How about post 335687?
Any opinions coming, just for 'entertainment value'?
The Doc.
Hope springs eternal, even on a Sunday. Hang in there.
In the mean time:

Second best post I've ever read? Probably…
I reckon some are still looking for answers… lot's of questions.
Bro… BRO... COME ON.
You must have read, and clearly understood this official document:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/apdocuments/3-19419-event-5.pdf
Best post I ever read? Probably...
Slam dunk.
Homebrew,
I am really happy with the fact that I, not long ago, bought substantial amounts of ERHC shares in these low ranges.
I don't see the huge volume returning again at these prices.
I think we will first see news about developments on the litigation-front before any large volume trading will return.
Kosmos and Total will have to decide what their next step will be: more litigation, or a deal regarding over block 4.
They have to make a choice in the short term because they are obviously interested in the EEZ.
What do you think they will do? A deal or more expensive litigation? They are probably in talks right now, to work out a deal? And if they don't come to a satisfying outcome for both parties, they can always go the litigation path…
Let me hear what you think?
Of course either way ERHC is part of the deal, and therefor part of the new exploration venture in the EEZ (and JDZ?).
So that's the reason that I did buy substantial amounts of ERHC shares at these current price levels, when it was still possible.
Very happy with that decision. I would not like to be on the sideline watching this just for 'entertaining value'. There is obviously real value also, and that would be more entertaining for the long run.
Do you also already have a clue who paid for the ERHC lawsuits and why?
Is it going to be more litigation or a TOTAL/KOSMOS deal?
Yes, and?
This has been convincingly discussed just a few posts ago. It takes to much time to repeat myself over and over.
I own 50 million shares at average 0.0004
That is all that matters. Probably a ticket to the tropics. Teens is possible. Good night.
It's too late now to buy shares at these safe prices.
Eh, by the way: Eco has no 'real operations'.... they have rights to blocks, and partners.
Read 335640 and 335638 again.
I feel like I am in a loop discussing things about ERHC...
But the goal is to make money.
Nope, the black hole theorie dictates that this is not the case.
The presense of black holes dictates that one can make money on ERHC via alternate ways...
By the way: I explained that at these levels there is hardly risk.
Like I said, it is important to keep the eye on the BALL: ERHC
The rest is noise.
I wonder why some did not buy real shares.
Look at today's volume: 0
While I have an open order out at .0004
"Eco said a new independent reserves assessment has pegged Orinduik's gross prospective resources at 5.14 billion barrels of oil equivalent, up 29% from previous estimates of 3.98 billion boe."
And now look at the share price, look at the chart of Eco Atlantic:
https://www.google.nl/search?ei=P09VXuSXHcXzkwXszImgBQ&q=eco+atlantic+share+price+lse&oq=eco+atlantic+share+prioc&gs_l=psy-ab.1.1.0i13l5j0i22i30l5.0.0..3776...0.0..0.158.310.0j2......0......gws-wiz.......0i13i30.lSwTOjukKQ4
Look at the 1 year chart… no certainties. Those that 'know' about ERHC (i.e. what there is to know right now), did probably buy… already.
What we DO know is: ERHC ain't going bankrupt, thanks to the pretty big litigation efforts.
It was a wise decision to buy (a lot of REAL) shares that cheap. Therefore I did. There is hardly any real risk at this price… and now we wait.
News of a deal going forward alone, will send the share price to the cents-level...
Nobody knows anything.
Oil needs to be found. No matter how good the outlook.
Look at eco atlantic in Guyana, where Tullow and Total are partners.
They found heavy oil… now it's commerciality needs to be checked.
https://www.spglobal.com/platts/en/market-insights/latest-news/oil/020320-tullow-partners-to-assess-future-of-guyanas-heavy-oil-block
This is still oil exploration, therefore your assumptions are incorrect.
And I don't rule out that a lot HAVE bought, when it still was possible… right on.
If everything works out in this scenario I understand the figures, sort of.
But one thing is almost for sure, we won't find oil everywhere…
And will they give us 300 million for the JDZ? No, i'm afraid.
So that is why I claimed teens, because it is way more realistic. And it would be simply fantastic.
And that makes one wonder why not all here seem to be on board...
Now it's too late, we have to wait for news, to get more (any!) serious volume.
That is FAR, very far from an answer as to WHY....
well, you know! Lol.
I get it that given the right circumstances a nice gain could be made from this near zero level.
That is why I ACTED, and not just talked. Clear? A nice gain?
How much is 10 cents divided by 0.0004 ?
Nice gain? Nice gain? That is an understatement...
But it does not matter in the end...
"Kudos for a sprinkling of some reality:"
It still does not answer the question (read: enigma) that some here are not even stakeholders.
Since with a carried % and finding oil millions can be made... a valid explanation needs to come out, still. That is why Krom could be right with his shorters, since you can't buy ERHC 'options'.
But now it's to late, the daily volume is smaller than small.
Yes, a carried % is what they need to make a dollar plus share price… only they do need to find commercial oil, of course.. duh... doc.
I must say honestly that this is my perspective also. Maybe there was some shorting going on from out of Canada, but not that much imo, just a hunch, nothing more.
But there are some other points of interest:
It would not make much sense that Offor would not make sure he got at least 50%, since he (proof) pumped in another $250.000 back then, and could have got back to 50% plus later for relative very little money. It's not that he could not make that 'gamble', far from. There was no reason for him to lose interest in ERHC after he made that purchase.
Other point: the lawsuits did cost (absolutely a fact, despite having seen any 'proof') substantial amounts of time and money. And somebody out there made this all happen, and it was of course an insider. Does not matter who it was. A real insider, not a (perceived) insider like Krombacher, lol.
So we have proof (yes, deductible proof for sure!) that there is value in the rights ERHC still owns. Without any doubt whatsoever.
Will we ever hit $8,- ? No, of course not. Maybe a 0.0004 % change.
Does that matter for investors? No, of course not.
A buyout by either Total or Total/Kosmos in the teens would be simply fantastic.
But we will see, that's for sure.
At least we don't have to expect a bankruptcy, because of all the recent effort, time and money that has been spent on this supposedly sinking barge called ERHC. There is absolutely not 'nothing' going on. On the contrary, my dear Watson.
I also don't believe that all this litigation money has been spent to make a few million dollars on a sale to TOTAL or TOTAL/KOSMOS. It should be more substantial.
The Doc.
Dead stock indeed if this happens, you are right Ponzi.
But not: dead ownership. So as long as ERHC can do a deal with Total/KOSMOS current shareholders will keep their ownership.
It has been quoted here from official documents (proof) as you know, right?
I think that is the most important thing. Current 'owners' stay owners.
I'm not worried about any revocation. I'm more worried about finding oil.
I still feel extremely confident with my 50.000.000 shares, so...?
I don't have to be right every day.
Let's see what deal comes out.
Then we will evaluate here.
And still non-stakeholders thought: let's keep a daily eye on this sinking barge...
So the value must be coming from somewhere. At least: a chance at some value…
Unfortunately the question at hand is dodged again.
I must say, this is indeed right on the money. Yes, it is:
