Unfortunately the question at hand is dodged again.

Word to the wise: Don't be mislead by any outsider insider promising 4,000,000% gains

Just for the record, even 1000% is also more than enough to make that bet.

So the question stays unfortunately open as to why we 'sense' the black holes here, every single day, for so long now.

Did you read:

file:///C:/Users/Marcel%20Tilmans/Desktop/KOSMOS%20BRIEF.pdf

Some random quotes:

Kosmos STP honored the obligations by negotiating a special “production
sharing contract” for Block 4 with the Sao Tomean government. R 4. But instead
of honoring its obligations, ERHC Energy stole what it learned from Kosmos
STP’s negotiating efforts, repudiated the agreement to deal exclusively with
Kosmos STP, and struck what it deemed a better deal for Block 4 with a Kosmos
STP competitor. R 5-7.

WTF!?! Is that the word "Deal" ? WHAT deal? There is no deal. Look at the share price, man! There can't be any deal whatsoever…

Regarding the amount of work that is in these lawsuits, this quote hints to a LOT of material (that means: Work & $$$ that was done earlier):

To resolve the instant dispute about an apex deposition’s propriety, the Court need not master all of the case’s underlying facts and procedural history.
But because evidentiary relevance plays a key role in the apex deposition analysis,
a basic understanding of the action’s claims is in order.

I will continue now to read the brief again. This was only on the first pages... lol.

The Doctor.
