Luckily for me, your predictions and interpretations of things have been constantly wrong.
Nice!
Great! You got in when we were still in trips. That’s awesome!
I certainly do! Been here five years.
I agree. We just have to be patient. This certainly is not a stock you trade in, it’s a stock to invest in.
So now you can see for yourself, based on your real life experience, he is being misleading in this matter, so imagine all the other stuff that we don’t really have that much expertise in, how he is misleading everyone on that as well.
There’s a reason why they are two separate job titles, it’s because they are two different job descriptions.
AUDIT
verb
examine carefully for accuracy with the intent of verification • audit accounts and tax returns ??
syn: scrutinize, scrutinise, inspect
attend academic courses without getting credit ??
That’s the Webster dictionary definition of the word audit. The root word where the name auditor comes from. To examine carefully for accuracy with the intent of verification. I
What part of that is unclear?
It’s amazing how you understand EVERYTHING so well.
Well I’m not an expert in accounting and auditing, but I am in business and I can tell you with my real life experiences. When I submit my information to my accountant, he almost questions nothing, verifies nothing pretty much, because he either takes my word for it, or knows that I am responsible for the outcome and just files the paperwork in which ever way I tell him to.
I have worked with an auditor however, and they don’t take a single word I say as truth. They badger and hound me for EVERYTHING! They don’t take my word for anything! And I’m just an individual
So I have a very hard time believing that an auditor whose job and livelihood hinges on them following the letter of the law to the T, just blindly excepting anything the CEO of a public company says. Based on my actual real life experience, not theory, not me pretending to be an expert, but REAL life experience over many times and many years, what you are saying is incorrect
we don’t have to go anywhere to know that , I will help you here and confirm that you’re right , Nutra Pharma and Rik have never put their IP‘s through United States FDA approved trials .
But what you fail to mention , because your intentions are malicious , is that they don’t have to go through FDA approved clinical trials to eventually get FDA approval .
They have gone through trials overseas , because it’s more cost efficient, or have willing partners willing to foot the bill, which is completely legitimate and legal , and at some point they will submit their findings to the FDA for approval .
Pharmaceutical companies from all over the world do that all the time
You using the word miraculous, tells everybody exactly your intention here. A miracle happens when you’re just sitting in your living room and some amazing Something Happens. But when the CEO tells you we hired an accountant firm to become current, and then they become current, that’s not a miracle. That’s intentional and it means the company sees a bright future for itself and it’s correcting course. But of course, when you have a malicious intent, NOTHING is good, EVERYTHING is bad
The unpredicted CE came on. Otherwise, you bet your ass we would be way over a penny by now.
thinking that this CE is a permanent situation, is absolutely wrong. You’re hoping and wishing it is, because you want to hurt people here, that is feeling, knowing that the CE is eventually coming off, is thinking. The right thinking
Keep repeating the same thing, MAYBE it’ll become true
The CE is a temporary situation, it’ll eventually come off, and things will rapidly move in a much better direction.
To look at what everybody knows is a temporary situation and say this is the future of the company, is very shortsighted.
Anyway, Time will tell and I have a feeling you won’t be around for me to say “I told you so“
Guaranteed going into the gray so Rik can sell the company blindly to whomever he wants at whatever price he wants. Seven week financial review, guaranteeing us there is no way we would be current on time.
Absolute rubbish! If I came up with stories like that, that turned out to be so wrong, I would be embarrassed and disappear. But bless you, keep going
Watch this and you’ll see how winners are made. It’s not how hard you can hit it’s how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. I commend Rik on taking punch after punch after punch and continuing to move forward, not just for himself, but for ALL OUR sake.
Exactly! Have you ever heard of a negative miserable person succeeding? Have you ever watched an interview with a tycoon where he spends the whole interview talking doom and gloom? Never! They are incredibly positive, incredibly forward thinking, to the point where half of them all called delusional, and later in life called legends!
Luckily for me, you’ve been plenty wrong
… to a year. Let me give myself some leeway. ~
Funny, we either read different emails or our brains process information differently.
I am now convinced more than ever that I will be a millionaire in the next six months
There seems to be a little bit more clarification with regards to his previous statement when he said the matter of the CE is now with his attorney.
This time he is saying they are working it out. I totally understand what that means, because in our industry for example when the white-collar executives can’t seem to come to an agreement, usually the attorneys who tend to know each other will back channel a solution. Like I said before, his previous statement doesn’t necessarily mean a lawsuit.
Everything else sounds great and we need to just stay positive moving forward. The CE eventually has to come off.
Perfect! Thank you
Thank you sir, makes no sense to live life otherwise.
Thank you gentlemen.
Again, you’re not remembering my posts at all. Maybe because I’m not repeating it daily on a loop. But at least once every other week when discussing something, I say the phrase “Rik is ultimately responsible“.
If by me NOT calling him every vile and disgusting name there is, I’m considered to be uncritical of him, then yes I guess I’m not critical of him
You stating that I’m not critical of him means you are selectively remembering my posts
I have been critical of him, but in a measured, fair way and definitely not on a nauseating daily loop
I’m sorry that I don’t see him as a crook and a conniving thief and a bogeyman out to eat our children at night.
I will repeat my biggest critique of him, I think Rik is a genuine literal genius. Super super smart guy, but he could use help in the business end of things. I’ve stated this at least a couple of times in the last year.
Unless you want me to repeat that on loop on a daily basis?
Everybody has a right to their opinion, but we all have a right to see through and sort out what is an opinion and what is simply maliciousness or recklessness.
Rik has his shortcomings no doubt, as we all do, but to be called all these vile names on a daily basis is absolutely outrageous! Someone tell me how consistently and on a daily basis calling a CEO a thief and a con artist and a snake, how is that a constructive opinion? That crosses into recklessness and maliciousness and it shouldn’t be allowed on the board
I’m not an expert in the law and I’m probably not an expert in anything, but one thing I’m really really good at, is recognizing patterns and using logic to decipher them.
The SEC case which is what all the nay sayers are hanging their hat on, was conceived by a complaint from a former employee to the SEC. It’s been three years. THREE YEARS!!! One thing that should be removed from everybody’s lexicon is that this case is a slam dunk.
Laughable! Absolutely laughable! Calling this a slam dunk. Slam dunk means they should’ve been wrapped up in a year. Two years tops! Where are we at now? We are three years later, several rewrites of the complaints later, one decision against the SEC later, and there hasn’t been a decision on how to move forward with a potential trial.
Does that sound like the SEC has a Rik by the balls? In my OPINION, my opinion, the SEC lawyers regret the day they picked up the phone and listened to that employee. They regret not spinning him and kicking his ass out the room when he spewed his nonsense. But anyway, time will tell won’t it?
Until then though, he’s an innocent man hustling against all odds, to get his company on track to bring some revolutionary cures to market.
I wanna ask you and everybody else, forget about Rik, if those IP‘s were to actually come to market, wouldn’t it be freaking awesome! There’s nothing political about answering this question for me. If these IP‘s were to come to fruition and go to market, wouldn’t it be amazing?
So keep attacking all you want, I’m rooting for the guy not just because I want to make money, but because the end product actually could help humanity, and because I live in the real world where I know succeeding in business is messy.
I’m rooting for the underdog
Please name one person who applauds the SEC case and/or the CE
You’re 100% correct! That’s certainly why I’m here, and I assume all the longs.
With me he usually responds 70% of the time. So it’s not completely out of character as far as I’m concerned.
Anyway, he doesn’t owe me anything, so if I get a respond it’s great.
Exactly same thing here. I sent him an email last week and another one this week and I haven’t heard.
Well, it’s also sad…
Yup.
You’re 100% correct!
Hahahah Hahahah Hahahah
HAHAHAH
I have to admit, I am heartbroken though. Even though logically, I know the price with the CE on doesn’t matter, but when you’re emotionally invested, your heart goes in a different direction.
Anyway, we just have to be patient, once the CE is off, and it will come off, we will be in a much better situation
I think we are misunderstanding each other. All good though
I know, my point is, there is no selloff. With the CE in place you’re going to have crazy ups and downs that don’t mean anything.
Put in a buy order for a measly 1 million shares and see where the price goes. Simplest way to gauge
Let me help you by unpacking this oFFICIAL tweet for you
So on one hand, they filed the third quarter financials (continuing business as usual) and on the other hand they are working with OTC markets to remove the CE designation (WHILE addressing the CE issue)
So what are your thoughts? You could save yourself by simply responding. HAHAHAHAHA
