If by me NOT calling him every vile and disgusting name there is, I’m considered to be uncritical of him, then yes I guess I’m not critical of him

You stating that I’m not critical of him means you are selectively remembering my posts

I have been critical of him, but in a measured, fair way and definitely not on a nauseating daily loop

I’m sorry that I don’t see him as a crook and a conniving thief and a bogeyman out to eat our children at night.

I will repeat my biggest critique of him, I think Rik is a genuine literal genius. Super super smart guy, but he could use help in the business end of things. I’ve stated this at least a couple of times in the last year.

Unless you want me to repeat that on loop on a daily basis?

Everybody has a right to their opinion, but we all have a right to see through and sort out what is an opinion and what is simply maliciousness or recklessness.

Rik has his shortcomings no doubt, as we all do, but to be called all these vile names on a daily basis is absolutely outrageous! Someone tell me how consistently and on a daily basis calling a CEO a thief and a con artist and a snake, how is that a constructive opinion? That crosses into recklessness and maliciousness and it shouldn’t be allowed on the board

I’m not an expert in the law and I’m probably not an expert in anything, but one thing I’m really really good at, is recognizing patterns and using logic to decipher them.

The SEC case which is what all the nay sayers are hanging their hat on, was conceived by a complaint from a former employee to the SEC. It’s been three years. THREE YEARS!!! One thing that should be removed from everybody’s lexicon is that this case is a slam dunk.

Laughable! Absolutely laughable! Calling this a slam dunk. Slam dunk means they should’ve been wrapped up in a year. Two years tops! Where are we at now? We are three years later, several rewrites of the complaints later, one decision against the SEC later, and there hasn’t been a decision on how to move forward with a potential trial.

Does that sound like the SEC has a Rik by the balls? In my OPINION, my opinion, the SEC lawyers regret the day they picked up the phone and listened to that employee. They regret not spinning him and kicking his ass out the room when he spewed his nonsense. But anyway, time will tell won’t it?

Until then though, he’s an innocent man hustling against all odds, to get his company on track to bring some revolutionary cures to market.

I wanna ask you and everybody else, forget about Rik, if those IP‘s were to actually come to market, wouldn’t it be freaking awesome! There’s nothing political about answering this question for me. If these IP‘s were to come to fruition and go to market, wouldn’t it be amazing?

So keep attacking all you want, I’m rooting for the guy not just because I want to make money, but because the end product actually could help humanity, and because I live in the real world where I know succeeding in business is messy.

I’m rooting for the underdog
