Clearly you don't understand the facts, let me help a young new investor like yourself out.
There will never be a $200 million greenhouse because the federal government won't allow it.
The state of New Mexico won't let them sell any of the plants without a license. Bright green didn't think they needed one lol.
The entire project was to be funded by Eb-5, do you think the feds would approve the funding of an illegal grow operation?
I post facts and current realities, I guess you could say I have an agenda for the truth.
No actually it isn't, that's why it's been dark the last 2 years.
No funding
Can't build buildings
Can't have employees
Can't sell in the state of NM
But the company told us all this.... oh wait, I did.... the company hasn't said anything other than through "emails" to Ih7b posters. So either they don't have good news or they don't have news at all. In that case it would be better to go dark. Then as the pps starts to fall, issue an unnecessary change to the SS and then come up with some merger bs to keep what investors they can.
Instead of posting "wonderful things to come" please post something with actual merit. The merger isn't going to do anything for a horrible business plan.
Question my motives all you want, doesn't change the fact that this company is legally defunct in the state of New Mexico.
The federal government is literally using them as an example of what not to do....
But don't forget the unnecessary merger...woooo....???
Actually it does had you taken the time to read it, all 50+ pages like I did then you would understand the legally screwed themselves. I don't think they did it intentionally at this point, I think they were just ignorant enough to think they could do this on reservation land without any oversight.
So if they can't have employees, a building or grow plants how are good things coming?
You don't have to take my word for it or read some of my emails. The city, state, and federal governments are not going to allow this project to happen. The company is currently in unknown litigation, I can see why they went dark now. It would be hard to explain that they did little to no DD on how this would actually pan out, and have therefore wasted everyone's time and money.
They literally failed at this so bad that the federal government wants to use this project as a teaching point for other native american reservations to not do this.
Stockwell failed so hard on this that it is comedial.
Here is the proof that this project will not be happening soon, if at all.
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/324181447_New_Mexico_Tribal_Cannabis_Policy_Politics_Guidance_for_Government-to-Government_Cooperation_in_State-Tribal_Cannabis_Compacting
"Finally, based on the Acoma Pueblo-Bright Green venture’s
stated plan to neither pursue permission from the state of New Mexico to conduct its massive cannabis
grow nor comply with established New Mexico medical cannabis laws and regulations, the operation
would likely be a large target for a federal enforcement to deter tribes from establishing cannabis
programs or businesses that go beyond the scope of state law. Considered together, the Acoma-Bright
Green joint venture presents a very high risk to the Pueblo and Delaware company of being: raided by
federal or state police authorities, taxed heavily by the state of New Mexico, vulnerable to civil liability,
and having its contracts found to violate public policy."
Wow. I mean just, wow. What were they thinking? They made themselves a giant target for the state, federal, and indian affairs officials. Just hiring a non-indian employee would instantly make that person a criminal. Didn't they think of any of this beforehand? Not pursuing a state permit? How did they plan on selling any of their product?
If that wasn't enough, here is proof that the company is in current litigation over the crumbling greenhouse in Grants that has yet to start being renovated.

Now combine alllll of this with the corrupt Eb-5 investment that we haven't heard of in 2 years. Not a pretty picture.
Bright green is no longer on the dalsem website.
There has been zero mention of the sunnyland farms greenhouse they bought. If they actually bought it?
Also, looking at Bright Green Group of companies on the New Mexico state site shows that they are current. They incorporated back in 15', then went dark and defunct for over 2 years. Suspicously tied to the lack of other news during this period.
The best news this stock has had in years is that we now have a merger taking place? For what? This project was supposed to have been done already and making money. Instead they decided to cut corners and piss off literally every institution and law enforcement agency tied to this. Had they not done that they might have had a chance.
Stick a fork in this one ladies and gentlemen. It's done.
If you are going to reply to this please only attack/refute/comment the message, and not me.
If stebra keeps it up this could be no bid by end of year imo.
I wonder what's taking Mazars so long??
That share reduction sure looks good on the filings....oh wait....it's not there.
Sounds good. Just making sure speculative info is not advertised as fact. The emails are bad enough.
Shows 75 million "pending"
Speculation does not equal fact.
I found a problem with this.
The first article is the only mention of the sunnyland farms greenhouse on the entire internet. Other than the shady fire that burned it down to start. He also states he is going to invest $10 million into the Grants facility as well in that article.
3 days later the article about the reservation operation in Grants shows up. 3 days later. With zero mention of that $10 million. In fact in that article it clearly states that the entire funding for the Grants facilities will come ONLY from EB-5 investment.
So the guy buys a greenhouse AND signs contracts for hundreds of millions within 3 days. The first article even states that he is going to throw 10 million at the grants facility just to get it going. A full 2 years later nothing has been done at the Grants facility, not one thing.
Odd?
What about the EB-5, you forgot that one.
The company is not talking to anyone but you. That is a big problem.
"Investors were told their money would be used for The Palm House Hotel, well-known people would sit on the project’s advisory board and famous people from celebrities to politicians “will be part of the club,” the indictment said. Instead, Matthews and Evans wired investors’ money through various accounts for personal use."

It would be crazy if GNCC did that with a Microsoft executive wouldn't it?
If an investor wants info about a company should they only talk with just the officials from that company? Should they base their entire investment on what the people inside that company say?
Or should that investor do macro research on that company as well? The surrounding variables of a company can be quite important, like if they have money to operate, money to build buildings, a building to grow plants, plants to sell, a way to sell, a license to sell... see where I'm going with this?
Read those emails as many times as you want, you'll get current factual info from the surrounding area before you anything from a penny stock company.
I think the most important part of that is the title itself "investors worry"
Doesn't look good for any program that based itself on the Eb-5 system.
Oh wait isn't that where the 80, 120, 160 or was it 200 million was supposed to come for GNCC???
"U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley wrote a letter to President Donald Trump in June saying that the EB-5 program has become riddled with fraud, while Lee Francis Cissna, director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, has asked Congress to allow the program to lapse in the absence of significant reforms, as there have been concerns about fraud, abuse and national security risks."
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/30/eb-5-investors-worry-us-visas-to-millionaires-may-soon-be-overhauled.html
Doesn't look good for the funding of this entire project :(
If the EB-5 program does not get renewed the pps will drop like a rock imo. Kind of a nail biter for anyone in this thing right now...
EB-5 investment program, you know the place where this company was supposed to get all its' money is being shut down in less than 2 weeks if does not get renewed. The company went dark a few months ago, me thinks there is a coincidence.
You should really call that number, or any number in Grants, New Mexico. They will tell you the same thing, that nothing is being done. This company has not done one single thing it said it was going to do.
There are no buildings, no plants, no revenues and no cashflows.
The company has gone dark, it is no longer telling investors anything about its' operations.
I understand you think talking to the company is DD but you also have to do external DD on the company as well. I really am trying to help you understand the situation here.
Still waiting on that update?? Maybe, just maybe, there is no update?
Sharp rise, sharp fall. Now it begins to deflate.
Nothing has been verified other than what I have posted on this board.
Pretty cut and dry to me as well.
No revenues for years to come, but the pps should stay afloat till then right?
Did you ever call the number I posted to verify that nothing has been done that they said would be by now?
Have you heard from this company recently?
I bet it was right before the price dropped 50% to its' current levels.
Did you guys hear the good news about bright green today?
Yeah me neither. That's bc there is no good news when it comes to scams.
Empty chatter is unproven speculation. Call the city of Grants, New Mexico. They have the answers.
Tried calling a city office and they are "quiet"??
that makes zero sense
There is no such thing as "longs" in penny stocks. That is what true investors understand. The term long was coined to make inexperienced investors feel more comfortable while the pps bleeds down into oblivion.
The people that got out today realized that.
So then you understand it's a pump and dump or are you just lying to yourself. I think it's the latter.
23.5% drop in pps
So I take it, it was your $63?
You should really stop telling me to go away and invest some of that effort into some real DD. I've already shown you the light. The market is proving me right and you wrong.
LOL I don't invest in trash like this.
Real basic question for you, if you get all your DD from the company wouldn't you think that might be a little biased?
I called the City of Grants, New Mexico myself. I even posted the number for you yesterday. You should call it so you can understand that you are spreading false information.
CBD stocks hotter than hot right now. Q4 is going to be fun!
Which is sad because this could have been a powerhouse in the US MJ market.
