My profile pic is Banana OG. The bud looks delicious; anyone would smoke that in an instant. But check out the dense frost on the fan leaves and stems too? That's what we need for extraction, which has much higher profit margins. We'll have plenty of good-looking flower buds for sell, many strains in grows, but we need to be cloudy trichome harvesters first - that's where the big money is. We'll take those trichomes wherever they can be found.
Good luck with your strategy.
SIGO gives details on REI Extracts in last 8K. Just a letter of intent so far. This is why we hear nothing about the first harvest - its been reserved for manufacturing. SIGO is trying to close a deal and needs to keep quiet until they have approval from their potential partner to talk details:
(b) On February 7, 2018, the Company has received a letter of understanding (intent) with REI Extracts to build out its manufacturing and distribution divisions. Under the intended terms, REI will pay for the build out of the manufacturing facility including all equipment and overhead associated to its ongoing operations. The Company will contribute its licensing and biomass from the cultivation operations. The Company will receive all proceeds from the sales under the joint venture and will pay REI 75-80% for managing and financing the operations. Essentially the company will receive 20-25% without any out of pocket expenses related to the manufacturing division. Thereby, allowing the Company to use its capital for its cultivation operations and allowing experienced extractors finance, run and manage the manufacturing division. Additionally, REI will assist the Company to expand into the Los Angeles and Southern California market through REI’s established distribution network. Nothing would limit the company from also manufacturing products under its own brand of “VBF Brands.”
We make Moon Rocks; we're good here
emit, Isn't REI the extraction company SIGO is partnering with and receiving 20-25% of their sales for them to leverage their manufacturing license and St. George is a lender? I was thinking they were two separate companies.
REI probably does not want its partner, SIGO, talking about its business - yeah, that's more likely.
Don't worry, we're here to hold your hand. You'll make it through.
I bought more today; glad someone sold.
Takes a team to operate that farm. Takes leaders to appreciate the team with free lunch. Yesterday was a celebration, in case you missed that. SIGO just got a clear line of site, full wind, towards Sunset Island with the financing deal. Hope you can stay on the ship.
That plant/harvest schedule was published by SIGO in a PR. That's serious accountability right there. So far they have hit all the dates; most early.
Key date for me is 4/6. That's the beginning of the perpetual, every 2-week harvests. Once they get to 72k sq ft, they will be harvesting 6 times the rate, or about 3 harvests per week.
By May, they could be able to report a net income for Apr. That will make the SIGO story very appealing to a wider investor market - startup turns profitable.
Only 1% of CA growers are licensed.
Extraction revenue could be double flower revenue under REI deal. 10 times flower revenue if SIGO starts extracting on their own, which they will, of course.
All these factors, and many more, cause me to start mentally preparing myself to be a millionaire in a couple years, or sooner. ??
WE sit here as arm chair blowhards, bickering back and forth about this ticker while the SIGO team is actually doing the work. We don't deserve the respect they give us. SIGO gets no money from all our trading of their shares, but they clearly demonstrate that they keep our best interests in mind. We, including myself, could do no better. None of us could do a better job than what SIGO is doing. You can't argue otherwise, or we would have done it. But we haven't. We just sit on these computers, typing into these message boards. I'm speaking to myself too; not afraid to speak into the mirror of truth. Try it out sometime; might learn something about yourself. Last post, good night!!
So you jumped back in. I thought you were waiting for $1.50. Must of had some doubts it would get that low. Funny how action trumps words, huh?
BTW, absolutely I'm investing in the leadership of Valerie and TJ. They started with a dilapidated building and turned it into a full on MJ jungle. 6 licenses from the State of California. They clearly have taken this farther than any of us could, or we would have done so ourselves, right?

They seem to be open to all good ideas. If you can help, please do.
Instagram is probably the best PR platform you can have. Pictures, conversations specific to the pictures, timestamps, no clutter and free.
105 Instagram posts in one month = transparency
This is cutting edge investor/public relations work right here. No doubt this view into the SIGO reality can be (has been) leveraged to build relationships with investors, partners and customers.
It captures the human spirit behind SIGO and turns into so much more than just a ticker symbol.
Simple and effective. Free, too!
Lots of sarcasm in the posts today. Stick around and you'll figure things out real quick. Welcome!
Visit http://www.instagram.com/vbfbrands and read thr comments for each picture. Pictures tell the real story about SIGO.
The loan is what will make all our dreams a reality.
Have you read TJ's LinkedIn page? The guy is a value creator. He's also frugile with his resources. I trust he and Valerie will get the maximum value out of that 4.5 million.
They needed that money to get over the hump, get to 72k sq feet so that net income from operations fuels expansion. Its possible that this will be the last investment needed for SIGO.
Any person who has a basic concept of business clearly sees these moves as positives.
Full wind in our sails towards Sunset Island. I hope everyone has the presense of mind to enjoy the journey. Not all do, though. Their loss, of course.
Great work today, 2day2morrow. You earned your shares today.
Im encouraged by all the energy and passion being put on display. Tells me Im at the right place, at the right time. Ive seen many boards look like ghost towns because nobody cares about the company.
Yes, please sell; I'll buy them.
Mimes as in silent, but both words work lol
No one wants to talk about those numbers. Its like gold prospectors finding a new vein of metal in the ground. They become invisible mimes.
Extraction = The Big Money Frontline
Thats why we don't hear much about that part of the battle. Intertwined partnerships, machinery giving competitive advantages, secret processes and methods. SIGO will proudly show the plants growing, but Pizza (Valerie) and Music (TJ) aren't dumb. Got to keep the real golden goose under wraps.
Meanwhile, new pics up on Instagram.

Lots of bays loaded with plants.
Manufacturing busy, busy. Lots of productive activity in SIGO land.
Ha, wish I was, but not. Moon rocks are in my future, though.
Right industry, Right time. Period.
No need to scam when you create and sell a product in very high demand / rising demand, and that promotes peace and happiness for all.
MJ exists in the universe for a reason. Think about it.
We're not selling software. Just pure, sun-grown weed. Simple.
Bay 5 planted right on schedule! Everything SIGO said they would do, they are doing. All happening right in front of our eyes on Instagram. Investors see what we see, CA sees what we see, REI sees same thing too - a winner. CAN'T DENY THESE FACTS!
Keep looking forward; never looking back. Have plenty of time to look back after we reach Sunset Island. For now, game on and full speed ahead.
2k more shares in strong hands (MINE)
SIGO EMPIRE BUILDING COMMENCES
I know for a fact they took a picture of one cola. Everything else are assumptions and hypotheticals.
How do you know there is not more than one cola on that plant? Can you see the whole plant? We only see a part of the plant, so impossible to make any good guesses.
Still a month out, too. It's way too soon to be making harvest judgments.
Good try, though.
Looking at one cola and questioning an entire harvest? That reasoning does not seem sound to me.
You have seen Youtube videos?? That's it?
lolololol Okay, your opinion has been noted.
Still one month from harvest. Hairs are white. Most bud weight added during last few weeks.
For extraction, we need trichomes, wherever they exist.
Planting of Bay 5 scheduled for 2/23
This should be a focus for the upcoming week. Got to stay on that schedule!
Just gained 8 followers on Instagram, 121 total
February has 28 days. Hmmm, that's suspicious.
Instagram channel started 21 Jan, 2018, and they have ramped up the usage of it in February because its a winning tactic for getting true, honest information out into the market.
Illegal weed distribution a problem in CA

Black market is using the regulated market as cover. Delivery people need to show some type of credentials. Will be interesting to see how this gets enforced.
Also, where there are problems, there are opportunities.
Lost two Instagram followers; down to 113. It's amazing how that is even possible. The game has barely started. Just proves that the market is filled with all kinds...
The Phase 2 expansion was already factored as a vertical grow at 50k; says in the PR.
Also, Phase 1 will yield 19,000 in grow space, or 85% of the 22,000 total space. That was stated in PR also.
So...
Phase 1 = 19000
Phase 2 = 50000
Phase 3 = 9000 * (85% canopy) = 7650 * 2 levels = 15,300
Total = 84,300 after all three phases and with two tiers.
Not trying to be a downer, just want us to speak accurately when it comes to revenue projections. Also realizing this has been discussed already. I was reading from the bottom up. Regardless, PPS is expected to be way higher than it is now.
I have more dry powder for next week, so hope to find some good prices.
No one remembers if late; just if good or not.
I would not be surprised if they waited to file so they could show rising revenue. Then, once we enter April, the perpetual harvests kick in every two weeks indefinitely, and revenue will be consistent and rising from there.
